"So Haechan," Mark's mom spoke to start a conversation at the dinner table. They had been eating quietly so far, Haechan having a hard time with the chopsticks and Mark helping him. "What do your parents do?" she asked and stuffed some chicken into her mouth.

Haechan panicked and looked at Mark by the mention of parents. He doesn't have any, or at least he doesn't remember them yet.

The older met his panicked eyes and made up a quick lie. Lying and telling stories that seemed legit was what Mark was best at. He started his act and passed his mother a disappointed glare. "Haechan's relationship with his parents isn't that great right now. I don't think he wants to talk about them," he explained and looked sadly at the tanned boy next to him. "That's also why he's staying here for a while."

He patted the younger's knee under the table as a sign to act sad. Surprisingly, Haechan caught on to the lie, gaze moving towards his lab and eyes beginning to water.

Mark almost choked at how good of an actor Haechan was.

Mark's mom widened her eyes. "I'm so sorry!" she apologized and Haechan passed her a small smile muttering "It's okay."

"You know what?" Mark's dad chimed in. "What about you boys go upstairs and get ready for the night?" he suggested in a warm tone, trying to bring the fake sad atmosphere up.

Mark nodded and stood up from the table. "Thanks for the food!" he said and dragged Haechan with him out of the room.

"Mommy! I want to go with Haechan also," pouted Mini after Mark's mom held her back from following the two boys who vanished out of the dining room.

Upon entering Mark's room they broke out into laughter, finding it extremely funny to fool people.

"I didn't know you were such a good actor," Mark laughed.

"Actor?" Haechan asked, unable to quite remember the word.

"Yeah," the older smiled. "An actor is someone who acts, pretends to be someone or feel something they don't. In movies there are actors," he explained and suddenly got an idea.

"Maybe you were an actor before losing your memory!" Mark exclaimed and ran over to his bedside table where his phone was.

Haechan followed his movements with narrow eyes, watching as he took his phone and started typing fast. He went over and looked at the screen. "What are you doing?" he asked and pouted up at the older.

Mark stopped and looked to his side, meeting the other's glistening eyes. "I'm looking for you on... the... internet," he spoke, the sentence turning into mumbled words as he got lost in the boy in front of him. His mind went blank as eyes traveled on the latter's face. He knew the boy was beautiful but was just reminded of how beautiful.

Mark had never imagined he would find someone so perfect, especially not the way he did.

"Mark are you oka-"

"Marker!"

An angry Mini stomped into his room, throwing Mark out of his trance.

"You have explanation to do mister!" she gritted through the three teeth she had, stomping over to Mark with her little feet, finger pointed towards his nose.

Haechan watched in amusement as the little girl glared at her older brother causing him to gulp.

"Listen Mini, it's not the best time right now-"

"No! I want to know why you and Haechan are friend, but not tell Mini!" she protested, thinking the tanned boy was the one from the stories Mark had told her. He looked like the character Mark had made up, actually, they were completely identical, that was also why Mark had given the boy that temporary name, but the real-life Haechan wasn't the Haechan Mark had told about in his stories.

"We actually met today Mini. I found him on the road while I was out buying groceries," he admitted getting an idea. "But you can't tell mom and dad because they'll send Haechan away," he whispered.

Mini's eyes widened. "Will they send him back to enmies?" she whispered back.

"Yes, they will. Haechan will be sent back to his enemies and you don't want that do you?" Mark asked causing Mini to shake her head.

"Good," Mark said. "So promise you won't tell mom and dad?"

"My mouth shut!" she grinned before running out of her older brother's room.

Mark sighed and glanced at Haechan who stared at him with furrowed eyebrows, not understanding what just happened. "What?" he asked.

"It's a long story," Mark smiled and walked closer. "Let's just find a mattres and go to sleep, sounds good?"

Haechan grinned, the famous grin Mark really adored.

"Okay."
