The dark night

The darkest of all

Inviting me into a serene sky of freedom.

Happiness eludes me and so does life.

Cease to breathe ---floating adrift-- ;

like feathers, melting into an abyss of nothingness;

Lay amidst those thousand darling graves.

I at rest, at last,

For a long life is a scar.

Lilacs will bloom for Once,

The thorn bed no longer causing an ache.

Death usheres light,

And now everything will be just fine and Quiet.
