I walked out of Oxford ignoring everything and everybody as usual. Then next thing you know my phone being snatched out of my hand.

 Like tf. 

I turn my head around trying to see what could've caused it to not be in my fingers because it sure ain't windy.

And who other than Camilla would stand there.

This girl is an itch you can't get rid off. 

"Give me back my phone". I grit

"No!" She laughs, 

"Are you texting Ryder. Aww sweetheart you're doing to much".

Bitch first of all, what right do you have to take my phone out of my hands? Second of all, no. I may like him but I ain't gonna bother him 24/7 like you do. Get your fried head out of your STD filled butt.

I swear to you I have never been so mad. Like deadass I was seeing stars and I could feel the steam coming out of my ears. But being the calm person that I am, I swallowed my fury and turned to face her directly.

All her friends were standing there and Ryder was just coming out with Dylan.

Something in my fazed brain clicked and realized that this was all an act. They want me to lose my cool in front of Ryder. 

I smiled and my normal personality came back.

"Camilla! Sorry didn't see you there. Can you give me back my phone?" I asked politely

I could see Ryder glancing at what was happening and Dylan's encouraging smile reassured me that I was doing good.

Camilla's face changed within seconds. She leaned closer to me as her friends whispered and scoffed at me.

"I know what you're doing, you nerd." She gritted in my ear.

6 feet much?

"Well too bad for you I was one step ahead of you". I shoot back

I snatch my phone right out of her hand and walk away.

I feel like some celebrity. Everyone was looking at me, with new respect.

I was dying inside.

Honestly I don't know where that confidence came from, but-

I ducked behind the building where nobody could see me and started breathing, like I have never breathed before.

"What was I thinking?!" I cried

I clutched to my bag with nervousness.

"She is going to murder me tomorrow!"

I turn to the corner but bump into a rock?

Rubbing my nose I look up. 

Did y'all actually think that like some cliche story, Ryder would be standing there?

Haha.

No.

I actually bumped into the gates, that were officially closed now.

Cringing at my stupidity, I ran to the station to catch the bus. I had some books to return today and I was too lazy to drive this morning. Kinda wish I did though because now I'm taking the bus with creepy old men and sick children.
