I wake up on the day of the custody hearing. I need to get ready and dressed accordingly. I put on my fancy clothes and curl my hair. I pin it back and do natural make up. I go out and see Tom in a suit. He walks over to me. "Baby... you have me. The judge will see that you have help with Dee. Me, you, mum, dad, Harry, Sam and Paddy. The judge would be mad to give custody to Karl" said Tom. We have breakfast. Lili walks in. "Good luck" said Lilli. We leave and once we arrive Jim is there. "Natalie had our baby, Nick Ryan Hayes" said Jim. "Congrats!" said Clara and Tom. We go in and we sit down.

Karl comes in with his lawyer an they sit down. I take Tom's hand. The judge walks in and we rise. "We're here for the custody over Daisy Mae Fisher" said Judge Jodie. She calls for Karl to go to the stand. I sit and grip Tom's hand. "So how long did you and Miss Clara Fisher date?" asked Judge Jodie. "We dated for around 3 years" said Karl. "How did you react when she told you about her pregnancy" said Judge Jodie. "I was shocked, of course and I left to get something for the baby but by the time I got back she was gone" said Karl. I gasp. The judge continues and I just.... his a liar. It's my turn.

"What happened when you found out about Daisy and left him?" asked Judge Jodie. "I found out I was pregnant and Karl told me he never wanted a baby and didn't want Daisy, so he broke up with me. My parents kicked me out for getting pregnant. I luckily stayed with some friends and they helped with my daughter as much as they could. When Daisy was born I didn't put Karl on the birth cert since I did not want him to have rights over her since he did not want my daughter" said Clara. "Do you have support now?" asked Judge Jodie. "I do. I live with my boyfriend Tom and his family help out. My friends that I stayed with help too but with them just having a baby, I won't be asking them much because of their new born but other than that I have support all around to help me and Daisy" said Clara.

Soon it's recess and then we go back inside and stand when the judge walks in. Karl has one more shot. He cries and pleads. He sits back down and I look down. "I give full custody to.... Karl Foster" said Judge Jodie. "No!" said Clara and Tom. Lilli walks in with Daisy. I look at her and Lilli gasps. Karl goes to Daisy. "I'm your daddy and your gonna be living with me" said Karl. Daisy looks at me. "Momma" said Daisy. I hug and tell her goodbye. They leave. Tom grabs me. "Baby...." said Tom. "He took her." said Clara. "I know. We will get her back" said Tom. I look at him and he kisses me. "I was sure you'd get custody. Judge Jodie.... I don't know what happened" said Jim. We go home after talking.

We sit on the sofa. "Look we will figure out what happened and do it all again" said Tom. "I know." said Clara. We order pizza and then we just try to watch movies. It doesn't work and we go to bed at 11.

Karl's POV

I did it. I bribed her with money and threatened to tell her husband she has been cheating with me. She's 38 and not bad looking but I have Daisy now. We just got home. I show Daisy her room and it's small, a bed, television and a dollhouse with two dolls. "Here is your dinner, pizza with coke. Enjoy. Go to sleep after" said Karl. I go watch a movie and Jodie comes over. We go to my room and well what do two adults do for fun?
