《Heathers x reader (genderbend)》An unexpected date

"I said, would you like to go to the ball with me?", I repeat.
"Really?", Martin smiles. "I'd love to!".
"You're g-going with Dumbtruck to the Christmas ball?", Hunter McNamara shutters, pointing at Martin.
"It's Dunnstock, and yes I am", I smirk, grabbing Martin and walking out of the cafeteria.
I let him go as soon as we enter the hallway. He stared at me like he has just seen a ghost.
"S-So you want to go with me to the ball?", he shutters.
"Of course Martin!", I laugh and hug him tightly.
"Y/n can we talk to you?", I hear Hunter Chandler calling from the cafeteria entrance.
"Why?", I ask and take a step back to stand beside Martin.
"Anything you can say to me, you can say to Martin. So go ahead".
"Fine. I don't see why you're going with that nerd-, I mean guy. You deserve so much better than him. And I've never even seen you talk to him so why start now?", Chandler sighs as he crosses his arms.
"Because you guys don't understand how hard this choice is for me. It's like choosing between my best friends! So I decided to go with my friend Martin here", I explain and wrap my arm around Martin.
"Y-You're in love with Martin?", Vincent question.
"No, but you don't have to be in love with your prom date. You go with whoever makes you laugh and makes you feel safe. If it's a friend or a lover, faith has to decide", I sigh,
"Now I'm going off to class".
We all watch as Y/n struts off while holding onto her books. Martin stare at us for a slight second before slowly backing away seeing Hunter Chandler's death glare.

"Hunter calm down", I reassure him.
"How can she chose him over me!", he barks.
"Didn't you listen? It was because she felt stressed out", Duke rolls his eyes.
"Shut up Hunter. God, you're giving me an even bigger headache", Chandler spits and walks off.
Duke follows in a hurry while I'm left alone in the hallway. I feel so stupid and so bad, putting all this pressure on Y/n. How couldn't I see how hard of a choice this was for her. That I've been a part of making her feel stressed out kills me. She deserves so much better than me. But I can't help it. I want her to be mine, and mine only.
"Hunter, are you okay?", Vincent asks, making me flinch.
"Of course I am", I quickly reply and turn to him.
"I just feel so-".
"Stupid. Me too", Vincent interrupts me.
"Yeah", I shrug. "But I guess we can't blame her. She decides who she wants to go to the ball with".
"Yeah you're right. She deserves having a good evening after everything she has been through. And just because she's going with Martin doesn't mean she won't hang with us", Vincent nods in agreement.
"Exactly", I smile.
"Hey, would you maybe want to go grab a snack at the seven eleven down the street?", he mutters with his eyes falling to the floor.
"I'd love to", I squeal. It'll be nice hanging out with someone except the Hunters.
I flop down at my bed with a sigh of escaping from my mouth. The day has been exhausting. I practically had to hide in the bathroom at all the recesses to avoid any of the Hunters or Vincent.
"Mom!", I groan while turning on the tv in my room.
Mom rushes into my room by the second. "Yes honey?", she says and raises her eyebrows.

"Can we please go dress shopping? The Christmas ball is on Friday, which means it's only two days left!", I ask her.
"Wait, I have the perfect idea!", she gasps before walking out the door in a hurry. After a few minutes of waiting, she returns with a light pink dress. My mouth uncontrollably fall open.
"Mom! When did you-", is all I can make out at the moment.
"It was mine when I was at your age and I always kept it in my closet. It would mean so much if you'd wear it! Only if you want to of course", she explains quickly.
"If I want to?! That dress is perfect!", I shriek and jump out of the bed, wrapping my arms around her. "Thank you so much mom!".
"Oh that makes me so happy to hear", she sighs, hugging me back. "Try it on!".
I nod as mom hands me the dress before I quickly threw it on. Once I finally got it on, I hear mom gasp. She places her hands on my shoulder and leads me to my mirror. My mouth fall open once again. It fits perfectly, like it's made for me. It's the type of dress you only see in those cliché movies or hear about in romance novels. But this one was actually in real life.
(Don't mind the model, the dress doesn't have to be exactly that size. Just imagine it being just your size, like it's meant for you)
"It fits you perfectly Y/n. You look so beautiful", she exhales.
"I don't know what to say", I sigh in disbelief.
"I know what to say, you're wearing it and you're going to look perfect. Now get it off so I can wash it for you. It has been in the closet for years, time to get that dust smell out", she giggles and walks towards the door. "Just throw it down when it's off".
She closes the door to let me admire myself some more. With some styled hair and a little makeup, I would look like a super model. Maybe I would be too overdressed? Oh who am I kidding? I couldn't care less about what the people at Westerburg high think of me. As long as I have a few good friends, I don't need to be accepted by anyone else.
Friday night is going to be amazing, I can't wait. And maybe then, I'll finally be able to give the boys the answers they deserve.
I dread the thought of choosing one of them and hurting the others. But the longer I waited, the worse the situation got. The last thing I want is to lose them, since they are my best friends. I love them.

The Wizard Division
Everyone knows that magic is real, that it's the driving force behind the evolution society has gone through over the past few thousand years. Everyone gets annoyed by faeries that steal your socks, or swap your car for a carriage, or coat all your food with salt. Because things like that don't matter enough to hide. Everyone learns about Hitler, the darkest necromancer ever known, who singlehandedly waged war on the rest of the world, in school, and the other similar events in history. Because they were too large to hide. But for everything else, the veil hides the magic from the mundane. There might be an unlicenced werewolf working as your librarian. Maybe a dragon owns your local banking chain. Maybe the murder victim who was killed in a locked room WAS killed by an angry ghost. Or a shapeshifter. Or the elder Fae. Or a rogue Wizard. The solution? Everyone knows the answer to that too. The one thing every police department in the world has in common. The Wizard Division. The L.A.W.D. 8 85The New God’s Representative
I was given a one-a-trillion chance opportunity to reincarnate into a fantasy world by a god. The actual chances are probably even lower — I mean, how would you even calculate the chances of being in my frankly ridiculous situation? In any case, the deal we made seemed pretty good; at least hope so, seeing as I’ve forgotten most of it along with the memories of my past life. Now, I’m a baby bird monster in a world with magic. I can see my Status as if I were an RPG character. And running with the RPG theme, my main Quest in this world is to become its strongest entity or titular God. I have a couple thousand years to do it or else the laws of reality itself will erase my existence. But, hey. That’s exactly what I signed up for, right?
8 114Naga rising (Final version)
Eshanai used to think that her life was pretty good, that the elders of her tribe of Naga sisters had their best interests at heart. But one suspiciously regular disaster after another sort of makes you question things. So when Eshanai decides to go out on the island to do the unthinkable, break some rules, and nothing terrible happens to her like the elders said it would, her questions start to multiply. What else could the elders be wrong about? Were the Naga really chosen by the spirits? And could there be other people out there, beyond their island? Follow Eshanai and some of her sisters as she tries to find a way to leave the island and comes up with increasingly creative ways to get into a certain Oni's pants. Author's note: This is not a rewrite of my original Naga rising story. It's more of a reimagining, as it contains many of the same characters and settings but will have a completely different plot. Be advised that the two are not related to one another. This should not be seen as any form of sequel or prequel story. So I have caught up to my backlog, and at first, I thought I could release a chapter once a week. That turned out to be unrealistic as I am writing in my spare time, so periods of inaction might not be uncommon. Some of the tags might not come into effect until later on in the story.
