Stiles sat across from his father at the kitchen table. "So," Stiles started, interrupting Noah Stilinski from his work, "I need to talk to you."

Without looking up Mr. Stilinski said, "I promise I'll be done in a minute Stiles."

Nausea nipped at Stiles throat, "Take your time dad." Stiles linked fingers in front of him and began to tap them together.

A sigh left Mr. Stilinski after a moment. "What is it Stiles," he asked slightly annoyed.

How was Stiles supposed to tell him that his soulmate was a boy? He'd never even mentioned the fact that he liked boys to his father before now, so how could he? The old man use to be a soldier in the Army, even got stuck in a few fire fights back in his day. Liking boys wasn't really a thing Stiles felt like he could do.

"My soulmates a boy," Stiles blurted out.

Noah's once hunched figure straightened out. It was obvious to Stiles that he now had his fathers full attention.
