Sloppy little black letters looped around Alec's wrist. "I'm Stiles." They read, "My favorite color is blue." Smiling, Alec rubbed sleep from his eyes.
"Stiles," he said testing the name on his tongue, "my soulmates name is Stiles."
"What?" His best friend, Jace, said from the other bed.
"Nothing." Replies Alec, a slight blush forming on his cheeks.
Throwing his comforter off his body he swung his legs off his bed and headed towards his computer desk.
"Oh happy birthday by the way buddy." Jace yawned out.
Elegant letters loop around Alec's right wrist in red when he finally looked up at Jace.
"Thanks."
