Harry's POV

Today I'm going to be engaged to the girl whom I love but unfortunately this ceremony is not out of any love but rather out of anger , it's the first step towards destroying , I wanted to have a life with her , I sincerely wanted to propose her but her deeds left me with no other options..i couldn't stand to her double faced personality so I decided to make this all rather quick and proposed her right after she returned to India from London last year ...and during these days I tried everything to win her trust and not to let her know that I am already aware of her truth .

I got ready , adjusting my tie one last time in the big wide mirror of my room when there was a slight knock on the door

I groaned thinking that it might be the lads who came here to annoy me but I was wrong when a small girl who extended a pink rose color envelope towards me ...I accepted it confusingly but still smiled and thanked her before closing the door again

I tore the envolape and there was a white paper inside

Dear Harry ,

Today your getting engaged , I wished that you would call me to tell about your engagement but you didn't and I don't blame u for that , I understand that you have your reasons ...

I still can't believe that the small wrinkled little baby boy that was snuggled in Mom's chest when I visited him in hospital 29 years back is already this big to get engaged ..My baby brother...

I have nothing against you , you will always be my baby no matter how much you resent me ...I wish you all the best , may God bless you with all the happiness .

Gemma

I closed my eyes and let a tear slide down my cheek..Gemma thinks I resent her , how can I make her understand that I can never do that...I resent the man who she supports ..I too love her from the bottom of my heart and I miss our part of sibling moment with her and how much I wished that she could come back to us rather than living with that person . But she's right I can't devoid her from being part of such a auspicious day when her brother is getting engaged through it means nothing to me but still I'm getting engaged in the eyes of the world and it will be unfair if my sister couldn't be a part of it .

I took my phone from the bed and dialled her no .without any hestitation

She picked up after first ring as of she was sitting in wait for it

Hello? She responded curiously

It took me a minute or two to finally blurt out the words

Come here ..I need you.. I whispered with a crack in my voice

She started sobbing making me do the same

I'm on my way baby bro...she said crying happily

Harry...thank u..she mumbled

I love u ..I said before disconnecting it and bursting out into silent sobs.

Naina and I was finally engaged now , she was looking so gorgeous in her purple attire , sometimes it really made me think can a girl like her who looks so innocent and caring can go this far to hurt someone for her own benefit but then I myself have heard the conversation that she had on phone so I have no other choice than to believe it

Engagement went really well , her parents still not have warmed up to me but they got along with my family and lads which was a relief , Gemma was also present in the party . it was awkward for both of us to even talk casually with each other but I know it will get better with time if we continue our newly built bond ..

It was finally time to dance , I took Nainas hand and walked towards the dance floor ..she was all red with blushing and I must admit she was looking damn cute

We slowly moved our body along the music rhythm ...she hugged me and I hugged her back ..I closed my eyes inhaling her scent

I'm also in this wicked game with u my darling...let's see who wins...I thought to myself before kissing her shoulder making her smile again..
