i woke up to an empty room. after laying there, staring at the ceiling for about 20 minutes, i decided to get up and slowly get ready. it felt weird waking up in the tavern. after 10 years i expected to be waking up in hotel, or at the castle. never with captain and ban. after i was dressed i walked downstairs, finding the tavern empty. i heard meliodas yell from outside.
i made my way out front seeing everyone looking ahead of us. diane asked. hawk asked. i heard ban walk up behind me. meliodas explained. i heard from beside me. i looked up and smiled,i quietly replied.
meliodas said. he continued.
ban said surprised. diane squealed. i giggled lightly as the captain turned towards us. he pointed at diane, she asked back. he then turned to ban, ban smiled.
hawk asked. i looked him and grinned as meliodas replied, ban tried to disagree but i cut him off, i put my hand on my stomach and rubbed it for dramatic effect.
ban smirked at me and i jokingly ignored it as i focused back on meliodas, he pointed at me, i nodded and gave him a thumbs up as he faced diane and ban. he said smiling as he clapped his hands.
i ignored everything else he started to say and made my way down to the village. i slowly went up to each door, looking in and not seeing much. the whole place was just vacant and run down. i could hear diane yelling from behind me about the tavern, but no one seemed to come outside. further away, ban was looking around for food. he seemed awfully distracted by something though.
ignoring it, i turned back around to look for anything else that could give us any information. thanks to my luck though, i found nothing. after seeing what looked like to be something floating in the air with a giant ass sword, i finally decided to go see what was keeping ban so occupied. when i noticed a small boy charging at ban with a sword, and two little kids scared out of their minds, i rushed towards them bringing them inside.
as i got another look at the flying boys face i laughed, realization coming to my mind. ban began to ask but was cut off by captain, he said hitting ban on the head with a mug. i laughed at the scene and walked up. i asked him, confused on why he would be fighting with the boy. melio asked ban. he explained.

i said to ban quietly. he said looking confused, seeming to be the only one who heard me. diane said walking up to us. i grinned up at her as she stood next to king. as she turned to look at him her and captain realized at the same time. they yelled together, soon making ban realize. ban asked pointing at him. i nodded looking up at king as well.
melio said. he exclaimed making me laugh. he wasn't wrong. king looked way too different, but even i knew it was him. huh, i guess being in jail makes you forget your best friends. i rolled my eyes at my thoughts laughing at them. okay that was a little funny.
diane gushed. i smiled at the two, loving the lowkey chemistry they had. king just looked at her, and after a second he just flew away. i said lightly after a moment of silence.

after the whole meeting, ban decided to make some food for the kids we saw earlier. they seemed to be the only people in the village and they looked very hungry. the aroma coming from the plates of food in front of them smelt like heaven, and my mouth watered a little at the sight.
ban said, elizabeth said. i said staring down at it, my eyes sparkling. ban's food was amazing for sure, if i had to choose one thing to live off of the rest of my life, it would be ban's roasted honey ham. so fucking good. don't tell hawk i said that. i laughed at my thoughts as ban said, i raised an eyebrow at him. um bitch give it to me i fucking love your food. ban noticed my expression and shook his head laughing.
the girl said. the boy thanked him. meanwhile hawk was whining over the fact he couldn't get a taste. me too hawk, me too. he told the kids. meliodas asked him.
he replied. i told ban, nodding my head. ban said, meliodas replied. ban yelled. the boy asked. they two sins faced him. meliodas replied to the boy.
the boy continued. hawk asked. the boy said. elizabeth politely asked. he explained.
ban said, meliodas asked, showing hawk with a plate in front of his face, him unable to reach. elizabeth said. meliodas asked once again. the boy said, a determined look on his face.

meliodas questioned, elizabeth chimed in. hawk asked, still reaching for the plate meliodas attached to him. ban asked the boy. the boy said.
the girl told us. i grinned, that's our ticket to the necropolis. ban said to the girl. the girl corrected him.
so elaine has been on his mind. right.. how could i forget. i shook my head ridding my thoughts as i made my way outside. naive of me to think things could have been different. he wants to get her back of course, that's why he's doing this. i thought about what ellen said. share your memories with the dead? i do that all the time when i think of levi. but it's never been around here... as i begin walking to the field i think about my favorite memory with levi.
-
i was laying in a field of flowers. lily of the valley's to be specific. they were my favorite. i was lucky enough to have found it one day when i was roaming around the forest. there were gorgeous trees that surrounded me, with a small little spot on the top left open allowing light to shine through. there were bushes next to the trees, but open enough to see the trail i took to get here.
i bring levi here all the time. it's my happy place, and he's my happy person, so i decided to combine them. his ran was slowly running through my hair as we stared up through the opening in the trees, looking at the clouds above. it was a warm day. not too hot to where we just wanted to be inside, but not too cold to where we wanted to cover up. it was perfect.
no parents, no torture, no talking. us in our thoughts together. levi knew about my quietness. hell, levi knew everything about me. he knew me better than i knew myself. that is what helped. i wasn't very good at communicating in a relationship- considering i didn't have many... but he was. he knew how to make me say what i felt.
"how has it been?" he asked me. i sat up slowly, turning and looking at him confused. "you know what i'm talking about (y/n/n)." he gave me a look, pulling me closer to him gently. i sighed, "normal. not better, not worse. but at least i have time with you." he nodded, not happy with it, but he didn't want to ruin the time. he knew what i meant by the last sentence.
i didn't want to talk about it. he was my only escape. i didn't wanna spend our moments reliving what i was trying to get away from. he stood up and pulled me up with him. "what's wrong?" i asked quietly. he pulled me into a hug, not saying anything. i took in a deep breath. excepting the hug but not letting my emotions get the best of me. i pulled away slightly and pushed up, lightly pressing a kiss to his lips. i smiled and pulled away more, but not before he pulled me back into him, pressing a longer kiss to my lips.
i then realized it was getting darker, meaning it was closer to the time i needed to be home. i looked up at him, but he already knew what time it was. he smiled softly and grabbed my hand, leading me out the forest and down the trail to the village. i squeezed his hand, moving closer as we neared my parent's house. "i don't wanna." i said quietly. he turned me to look at him, "i don't want you to either, but you have to. i will see you tomorrow though, i promise. i'll come visit." he pressed a light kiss to my forehead. "be safe (y/n)." he said. i nodded and smiled lightly, before climbing through my window and waving goodbye.
-
a tear slowly fell down my cheek as i opened my eyes, pink flowers surrounding me. i let it drop, not paying attention to it as i was too busy being in awe over the nature blooming around me. then before i knew it, i was surrounded by green, standing on a green crystal. more crystals were all around us, protruding through the ground. then ban was bolting off, king following him.
and that's when i saw... a head of black hair.
and i couldn't help but make my way towards it.

High school life in a world where everyone has superpowers
So, um... how do I explain this simply? Okay, so... There's a girl, she's er... She's in high school, and, um... She has a superpower that mutes things? Also she lives? Yeah, sorry. The concept's too confusing isn't it? Warning: The stuff below is technically correct, but this fiction, with my other, is now on the failed pledge list. Shocking how a lack of updates for more than half a year actually meant something... Sorry for the delay, still not really up to writing for this series as of now (14/03/18 - remember I'm english, so correct) but I'm still trying to get into writing... Cover is thanks to Zenlith (WriTE's Founding Member). This fiction is signed under the 'The Pledge'... Some internet message in a forum about not dropping or giving a rushed ending in their fiction, otherwise meet the wrath of letting RRL mod Vocaloid have 'fun' with the fiction's description. So mainly for the sake of my fiction due to said wrath, I'll see this fiction through. Updates: up in the air... hopefully the day after this is edited, but we all have dreams. Warning for mild profanity, but it shouldn't happen too much for the innocent out there so don't take the warning to heart.

YAOS 1 - Limitless Adventures - Yet Another OP Story Book 1
December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and at Amazon. December 30th 2018: V1.1.2 of YAOS Book 1 is out, some content additions, fixed typos. Amazon's enhanced typesetting now displays tables properly. YAOS is shown through the eyes of some genius athlete getting OP inside a VR, ah wait, Full Immersion game, ?F.I.O?. Not a Hero, not a Nerd, just a driven individual paying for mistakes made, biding time until he can return to the Real World. He isn't defined like you'd normally do it, you can pick his looks and name all on your own, just like you do in video games. Believe it or not, keeping his looks undefined is harder than you think. His backstory isn't expounded in detail, but it drives his choices. Book 1 isn't about depressing sob stories but about fun and rushing forward, pursuing new horizons. Oh, and you'll end on a cliffhanger! Well, most serials do, so you will probably expect that without being told explicitly. But it isn't that bad, there's a lot of reveals and more to come once this book, that is the first in a planned three-part series, is finally ready for release on amazon et al. The published version will have: 1.) Godawful speaker tags, I hate them, they make you stop thinking and speed up editing so much. In hindsight they should have been in to begin with. But I stand by my goals proclaimed earlier. You guys should think while reading, that is the whole point of the exercise. Apply the knowledge and ideas, improve yourself, get creative! 2.) Pretty colored tables, the damned blue boxes, a lot of work, 69 in one book. Finally fixed amazon's centering issue. Can't say I liked the hours needed to debug that. 3.) The promised Mitara chapters. 4.) A cover! 5.) And lastly, updated polished versions of several chapters. MC shares more of his past, some terrible chapters (esp. 32) finally work. Some new scenes, minor rewrites in parts. Text flow and other issues. The current challenge is to maintain essential ambiguity while satisfying people wanting to know more without thinking three steps ahead. Balancing one with the other is tough. The smut which was in remains, but the story told is not to be superseded by it. A 15+ rating for the first book is also important, not to mention, YAOS wasn't meant to contain any smut to begin with. If the Author can turn to writing full time his output should increase, so please support YAOS #1 once it does finally release. ~Thank You~ No maps so far, that should be in, but is really hard to get done right. Again, tips are appreciated. Update September 2017: Stubbed chapters, sorry guys, currently don't have time to upload them elsewhere, polishing book 1 and 2, writing 3, takes precedence. Book 1 is in heavy editing, too much to keep synced and continuing editing. I'd need a site which offers JS-free rapid managing of chapters and comments. Coding one myself or setting a premade up is out of scope until I'm done with the books. RRL-old offered that, nuff said. This is only here because the author believes in fairies, nobody reads this, most likely. October to December 2017: Life threw some curveballs. February 2018: Book 2 draft 1 completed, at ~150K words. Book 2 is fairly epic in scope, requires 1 rewritten chapter, some editing. Tables and miscellanea are in, but needs at least a grammar pass. March 2018: Book 3 at 28k words, first arc, rest needs serious planning for spin-off and satisfying conclusion. July 2018: Yet another proofing/editing session of books 1-3, 101+ chapters, ~300k words. B3 at 48k, starts out great, but no ETA, no wordcount limit, in flux. But prioritizing my writing cannot be done, I hate the delays as much as you, but you will prefer the whole released in a timely fashion rather than wait. Knowing myself how excruciating waiting can be, at least you'll get significantly polished versions and an ETA on book 2 by release of book 1. December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and in the process at Amazon et. al.. . To all who wait patiently, offered feedback, thanks again!
