Scene (continue Dramatic entrance of Leo in to the Alpha office.)

I walk in through the broken office door and see My mate laying on the couch and a man in white coat is sitting beside her on the other couch chair. I eye the man in white as he scribbles something on a note pad.

I let out a growl at that man and he instantly stands up from his seat and bows to me in submission and I feel fear emitting off from his body.

“What are you doing in my office Leo.?” Eva eyes me from the couch and I whimper at her cold stare.

‘When did my office changed into her office.’ Liam asks in the back of my mind.

‘What ever we own or have is hers now even you belong to her now. So how shut the fuck up and thank Moon Goddess that our mate hasn’t left us and our pack.’ I scold him for his non sense and admire our beautiful mate. I don’t know how will I be able to get her forgive us.

She still has her walls up in our mind link.

She effortlessly manages to sit up straight on the couch before she speaks to the man while all the way ignoring me. “Thank you Joseph. Give my regards to Dr. Montgomery.”

“Yes sure Luna. I will now take my leave. And please take a good amount of sleep, don’t forget to take medication on time and take good care of yourself by not letting it happen again. ” Joseph packs up his stuff as he speaks and hands over paper to Eva and gives my mate a small smile before walking out of the room silently.

'What happen to Eva..? Is out pup alright?Why Joseph is here?' Liam asks through mind link.

'Who the fuck is Joseph.?' i ask Liam agitated.

'He is Assistant doctor and works for Dr. Montgomery from Ob Gyn department.' Liam answers.

'Oh..' i glance a pleading look at Eva but she just ignores me, standing by the door, and get up her couch and walk over to my/Liam’s office table and settles her self. She opens up her paper work and doesn't acknowledge my presence in the room.

I let out a needy wince for my mate and slowly and steadily pad over to the foot of the table and settle my self on the floor. I just slowly inhale beautiful scent of my mate and swift back to much needed sleep.

……

I wake up from my sleep when I hear someone knock on the shattered office door. I let out a small growl and want to bite away that person who wants to interrupt my sweet sleep.

“Come in.” Eva’s sweet voice rings in my ears and my mood instantly changes in to happy one.

“Luna it’s your Lunchtime.” Demi, one of the pack enforcers walk in with a tray of food.

I smell variety of food which makes me hungry as well.

“Thank You, Demi, please take a seat.” Eva says and settles herself on one of the office chairs.

She haven’t seen me as I somehow, in my sleep have shifted my body back, behind Eva’s chair.

I am kind of hidden behind and Demi Haven’t seen me yet.

“So how is your day.? How are the kids?” Eva ask Demi as my mate chew on her food.

“Kids are just fine. My mate and kids went on a small picnic by the lake near waterfalls.” She sighs and talks some more about the kids, their school and her mate.

She seems to have a happy little family just like I want to have with my mate. But because of certain someone who is foolish enough to angry our mate, we might won’t. : Inwardly glaring at my human self: ‘I am sorry okay. I am really sorry.’ Liam mind links me.

‘Say it to the mate.’ I huff and shut off our mind link.

Their conversation moves on to the topic of our Pup. “So how is your pup? Giving any troubles lately.?”

“No not really. But it’s father gives me a headache. All Because of him I had high Blood pressure this morning and Maxwell thank fully asked for Joseph to check up on me. I am just tired of this drama so I am on no talking terms with him.”

My ears perk up once again and I frown. Eva had high BP. It’s no good for the pup and mate. She needs to rest and I need to take care for her.

‘She is also on no talking terms with us.’ Liam scoffs at my thought.

‘No talking terms with YOU not us. I am not included.' I reply back.

“So where is he now. I smelled Alpha at the entrance of the door. Did he do that to the door.?”

I growl, to make her my presence known, and at her question. And Demi’s body posture tightens in shock.

“Alpha Leo.” She stands up.

“Yeah he is here. Leo also did that.” She points to the door. “He just barged into the office and tried to scare away poor Joseph.” I hear Eva sip her water slowly and gets up from her seat.

“I had a long day here, let’s go for a walk.” She ask Demi, who simply nods and help Eva to clean the table by taking tray back with her.

I growl lowly to let her know that I am also accompanying them for their walk

They both talk about new trends in fashion stuff as they walk into the Elevator of the first floor by my office om corridor, I also walk in, inorder to accompany them but stay silent and they just simply ignore me.

……

“I ordered some most essential stuff for you and the pup. It will arrive within next week.” Demi chatter with my mate. Eva seem happy but her Mind link Is shut down from me.

“What Stuff?” Eva questions.

“Just baby stuff for the nursery. Like crib and baby essentials. Luna Avery is also hoping to organise baby shower for you and Alpha next week. Do you want to reveal gender of the pup too?”

“I never really thought about this stuff. But I really appreciate your help and support. I am kind of nervous as I am going to be first time mother to my pup.” Eva says. I never in my life wanted to know her thoughs more than now. I just want her to let me feel her mood and feelings.

“Lets just figure this out as we move on.” Demi says.

They walk through the back porch into the tracking area where people mostly take walks in the evenings with their loved ones.

“Mommy.” “mommy” two little girls come running towards Eva and Demi.

Demi gets on her knees and engulf two girls in a bear hug.

“We missed you mommy. Come with us mommy, daddy collected firewood for the camp and now he is preparing tent for us. We are staying in the camp for the night.” The youngest of two spoke as she point out where Demi’s mate is setting up the tent and she starts to tug on Demi’s shirt.

“Baby, I will join you two later for fire camp. I am walking with Luna now.” Demi tried to convince the two girls.

“Please mommy.” They plead.

“Yeah i also think so. You should go Demi. Family time is also important.” Eva interrupts.

“I can join them later.”

Eva gives her THE look and she nods.

“You sure?. Should I call someone from the pack to assist you.?” Demi ask Eva.

“No need. I am not alone here. I can manage.” Eva says and Demi hugs her and thanks her. She walks always to camp side by holding hands of both of the girls.

Now, Eva and i are left alone on the tracking trail by the pack grounds.

I paw towards Eva’s waist and nuzzle my body with her body and her hand find themselves on my furry body, massaging my head.

“Leo please don’t. I just need time to think.” She says.

I let out a whimper when her hand is gone from my head.

‘Anna please I need to talk to you. Liam and I are sorry.’ I try to mind link Anna, Eva’s wolf .
