The hall was well-lighted. It was quite cool. Soon the hall was fully crowded. In front of us there was a big silver screen. The guide helped us with finding out our seats. Justin took his seat beside me and Derin sat on the other side.

All the lights in the hall went off exactly at 9 p.m. At first there were few advertisements. The movie record went on playing. Then there were few news reels, then came the cast of show. The picture started. We enjoyed our beverages and some snacks that we bought at the Cafehouse during the movie.

When the movie was rolling, I noticed Justin glanced over at me every once in a while although it was dark in here.

"Are you scared?" he leaned closer towards me and whispered into my ear.

"Nope." I said, popping the 'P' and crinkling my nose.

"You sure about that? You look kinda pale, babe." he joked.

"This is how my skin always look like, Justin." I scowled at him.

"Maybe you're right." the corner of his mouth quirked up.

"Shhh..." I placed my index finger on my lips for him to stop talking.

"Alright." he ran his fingers through his hair and leaned back against his seat.

It was a great movie. The movie's scares were manufactured effectively and were sure to delight. Rebecca was a good role model as she cared about her brother Martin and protected him. With the film's PG-13 rating it was a good gateway film into the horror genre for older kids. Overall Lights Out was an exceptionally simple, smart, and scary monster flick.

The movie came to a close at 10.20 p.m. The crowd left the hall appreciating the picture very much. The movie had a very great educative value. I liked the picture very much.

"It was a good movie, right?" I asked Justin when we made our way out of the hall.

"It was okay." he forced a smile while rubbing his chin.

"Sure." I chuckled.

"So..." he trailed off and lifted a brow.

"What?" I frowned.

"Where to next?" he asked while adjusting the lapels of his jacket.

"Well, you have to take me home. I've promised my mom that I'll be home before 11." I looked up at him.

"Sure." he jammed his hands in his front pockets and started walking.

"Okay." I followed and tried to keep up with him. He was walking really fast with his long legs.

"Can you slow down? You have long legs." I pleaded.

"I'm sorry. Come here. I don't wanna lose my girl to some jerk out here." he extended his arm towards me as a sign for me to come closer to him.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I'm just saying that you're beautiful and you're gonna attract everyone's attention. Boys!" he explained.

"Why are you so worried about? I'm not that beautiful." I rolled my eyes.

"Why are you so stubborn?" he let out a harsh breath.

"It's the way I am I guess." I shrugged my shoulders and he shook his head in disbelief.

We got out of the cinema followed by Adam and Derin from behind. I said my goodbyes to them and we went our separate ways. I followed Justin to his car.

"I wanna ask you something." Justin said when I climbed into the passenger's seat. He was already in the car at that time.

"What is it?"

"Have you decided yet?" he massaged the back of his neck.

"You mean the necklace?" I asked for confirmation.

"Of course." he kept his chin lifted like he always did.

"Well...Not yet." I lowered my voice.

"Camila." he took a deep breath before continued.

"You have to understand that I'm not trying to rush you or anything. I just wanted you to know that I'm serious about you." he rested his forehead on the steering wheel for a moment before lifting his head back.

"I think I'm beginning to fall in love with you. I know it's fucking stupid! I don't know how or when or why. Every time when I saw you're getting attention from some boys at school. I felt like punching them in the face. I would hurt any guy who gets near you or speak to you or even look at you, Camila." he looked at me with frustrating eyes, meaning every word that he just said. His piercing blue eyes burned with flames of love and affection.

"I've never been nice to any girl before. I mean I treated them like they were nothing but..." he trailed off and rubbed his forehead.

"I just wanted to treat a girl better this time. When I first saw you at school, I felt something inside of me. The curiosity and the urge to know you even more."

"When I got to know you even more and since we've become friends, you kept me going. You're the reason why I quit partying and sleeping around. You've changed everything that was bad in me."

"You killed the demons inside me and brought me back to life. It's like..."

"You're the only thing that I've ever wanted. I wanted to own you and I would give my all to you, Camila." his eyes never left mine and he lowered his head towards me.

"You know what? I..." I didn't even get to finish my sentence when he put his long index finger on his lips for me to shut my mouth. He was closing the gap between us. You can definitely imagine the little space between the 2 front seats of the car. Oh my God! I hope he's not thinking about kissing me again!
