《Unforgettable (Peter Parker x Reader)》Peaces of a puzzle

I woke up to an alarm clock and the sun shining in my face. I groaned and attempted to find my blankets in an attempt to block out the sun and the loud noice.
I cracked open one of my eyes when I wasn't able to find them. I attempted to sit up but I felt something warm wrapped around my waist.
I turned over to see what was holding me down and saw Peter, still fast asleep with his arms wrapped around me.
A small smile appeared on my face.
It soon disappeared when the loud noice of his alarm clock still blasted though his room, telling us we should get up as Peter still has school and I had to finish packing before I have to leave.
I lightly shook Peter causing him to let out a small groan and hide his face.
"Peter. It's time to get up." I whispered and shook him again.
He opened his eyes and looked up at me with a tired smile. "Morning." He said, sleep still evident in his voice.
I laid back down and smiled. "Morning." I said and looked over to where his alarm sat. "Are you going to let it ring or are you going to turn it off?" I asked and Peter reacher over to turned off his alarm.
He turned back around and let out a sigh. "Your leaving today." He said, not looking up at me.
I frowned and brought my hands up too his face so he was looking at me. "Peter, I will come back. I promised and I will keep that promise." I said seriously.
He let out a sigh and sat up. "It's not going to be the same without you here."
"Peter, stop being all depressed. It's not like I'm going to stop taking or calling you. I'll still keep in touch. I just...wont be in New York City anymore." I said as I sat up as well.
"You should get changed. You still have school." I said and started to walk out of his room. I wouldn't be able to change clothes until I get back to the tower as I wasn't planning on staying the night.
Before I could open the door, I felt a hand on my shoulder and I was spun around. The next thing I know I felt lips on mine, making my eyes go wide.
Before I could fully react, Peter pulled away. "S-sorry." He said as his face turned bright red.
I probably looked like a tomato at this point. "It's fine." I said with a large smile on my face. "I'll be in the living room." I said before I walked out of his room.
I let out a small cheer as I walked over to the Parker's couch.
"Someones happy this morning."

I jumped at the sound of May's voice behind me. I let out a service laugh and scratched the back of my neck.
"Yeah." I said and May just smirked at me and walked into the kitchen, leaving me to my own thoughts.
~~~
Both me and Peter stood on the train platform, waiting for his train to arrived and take him to school.
"Tell Ned and Michelle I said bye." I said when I herd the train coming around the bend.
"I will. We're all going to miss you." Peter said and pulled me into a hug. "I'm going to miss you." Peter whispered.
I closed my eyes and rested my chin on his shoulder. We both pulled away when his train finally came to a stop.
He looked at me in the eye and started to walk to the door. Before he was able to step one foot on the train, I grabbed his arm and pulled him back. Before He was able to react I kissed him and moved away.
"It seamed you where the one to kiss me. I thought it was my turn to surprise you." I said with a smile and took a few steps back.
He looked at me in shock before a smile appeared on his face and he turned around and step onto the train.
I gave him and small wave and he waved back with a sad smile.
The doors finally closed and Peter disappeared from my sight.
~~~
It felt like deja vu as I looked at the now empty room that I've been living in for the past few months.
I let out a sigh and started to drag my bag over to the lift and stepped into the metal death trap.
The doors opened and I found myself standing in a even more empty main floor of Avengers Tower.
I sighed and started to walk over two the platform where one a Quinjet sat. "Are you finally packed?" Happy said as he appeared out of no where.
"I didn't take that long." I mumbled as I started to walk over to the jet and as on one of the sets.
"Sure." Happy said as he sighed something and handed it to the man standing next to him. "Anyway, Tony is waiting for you at the new compound." Happy said and walked off the jet without saying good bye.
I frowned as the doors finally closed as we where soon the air.
After a while I started to get bored so I started to text Peter even though he would be in school.
After a few messages, one made my already down mood, sink even lower.
Peter: Liz said yes to going to Homecoming with me. I still wish I was going with you :(
I smiled sadly down at the text and started to type back.

(Y/n): Same. I still want photo's of you in a suit though. Tell May to take a lot. Like a lot
Laughed at my own message, knowing that Peter would be whining at me. It made me a little better but I was still sad about leaving.
After a while longer we finally landed and the doors opened, revealing Tony in one of his expensive suits.
"I was wondering when you would get here." Tony said as I walked towards him.
I didn't say anything. I herd Tony sigh and started to walk beside me. "You're going to love this new facility. It's better then the tower. Plus you'll be able to finally stay in one place." He said putting his hand on my shoulder.
I didn't say anything which caused Tony stood sigh and stop. "Look, (Y/n). I know you don't want to be here, but this is the safest place for you." Tony said as he took off his sun glasses.
I raised an eye brow at him, waiting for him to continue.
"I'll tell you once you're settled in. For now, don't worry about it." He said and continued to walk down the grey hallway with his hands in his pockets.
I looked at his back in confusion and quickly caught up to him.
~~~
It's been a few days since I arrived at the new Avengers compound. Nothing interesting had happened. I did get to see everyone who wasn't in hiding again, which I guess was an upside. It still wasn't the same with out everyone though.
I was sitting in my room doing nothing. It was the night of the Homecoming dance and I was waiting for Peter to send me photo's that his aunt had taken of him in his suit.
I herd my phone buzz on my side table. I quickly sat up and grabbed my phone and unlocked it. I frowned when it wasn't Peter who had texted me.
I looked at the text in confusion as it was from unknown number that just had an address.
(Y/n): Who's this?
I didn't get a message straight away but after a while of waiting, they finally texted back.
Unknown: Go to the address. Go to the study on the second floor and look in the top drawer. You'll get the answers you need
I was even more confused.
(Y/n): Who is this?
I didn't get another reply from the unknown number. I got off my bed and grabbed my (f/c) jacket that sat at the end of my bed.
I walked out of my dull room and started to google where this place was.
It was in the middle of no where but not to far from where we where. I debated on wither or not I should go and tell someone but decided against it.
I snuck out of the base and started to make the long walk to where ever this person wanted me to go to.
~~~
After a while of walking I stood in front of a large rusted iron gate that was falling off its hinges. I looked beyond the gate and looked up at the large mansion. It had vines growing up the sides, and the plants where over grown.
Some of the bricks that made up the house was crumbling.
I looked down at my phone where it told me that I had arrived at my destination. I turned it off and squeezed though the gap in the gate.
I walked up the overgrown drive way and then into the house. The inside was covered in dust and had a grey tint to everything.
It looked like who ever owned the house just up and left, leaving everything behind.
I walked up the stairs in search of this study. I looked in every room until I came across what I was looking for.
I looked around the room. Books and yellowed paper laid across the floor. I walked over to the old oak desk and looked over the dust cover files. I picked one of the files up and blew the dust off it.
I coughed and waved my arm around so I could breath properly. Once the dust had cleared I looked down at the file and saw the old S.H.I.E.L.D symbol on it.
I put the file down and looked at the top draw of the desk. I took a deep breath before I opened it.
There was nothing inside.
"Why would someone want me to look inside an empty drawer?" I mumbled to myself. I was about to close it when I saw that the bottom wasn't placed correctly.
I opened it back up and pulled the bottom off.
All that was under it was a photo. One that I haven't seen in a long time.
It was a photo of me and my parents a couple of weeks before they went missing. My eyebrows scrunched up in confusion.
I turned the photo over and my eyes winded.
I felt my eyes start to water when I saw what was written on the back. It was a code that my parents made for us that we would only understand in case we where in trouble.
I smiled though the tears and held the photo to my chest.
My parents where alive. In trouble but alive.
I looked down at the coded message and saw a series of numbers at the bottom. I recognised them as coordinates. I guess it was somewhere to start looking.
I wiped my cheeks and carefully put the photo in my jacket pocket.
I looked out the large window and saw that it was starting to get late.
