《Unforgettable (Peter Parker x Reader)》Secrets are revealed

After walking though the crowed of teens I was able to find Michelle standing in the corner looking bored out of her mind.
"If you're just going to stand in the corner the whole time, why don't you just go hime?" I asked her as I managed to get through the dancing teens and lent on the wall next to her.
"Nah, I like looking at people and laughing at them as they make a fool of them selfs." She said, not looking away from the crowed. "Why aren't you with Ned and Peter?" She asked as she turned towards me.
A scowl came across my face. Why would they keep me out of what ever they're planning. "Their keeping me in the dark about something. I know I've only known them for a week, but they shouldn't exclude me like that." I said over the loud music.
"Hey, they'll come around. In the mean time, lets raid the kitchen. I'm starving." Michelle said as she grabbed my arm.
I just laughed. "Didn't you already eat?" I asked as we started to walk towards the kitchen.
"Yep. Doesn't mean that I'm not hungry though." She said with a smirk.
After eating half of the food, I looked off to the side to see Ned standing awkwardly by himself. "Hey, I'll be right back." I said and put down the red cup that I was holding.
I pushed people out of the way until I was standing in front of Ned. "Ned, wheres Peter? Don't tell me he ditched you." I said and he looked at me awkwardly.
"I'm just waiting for Peter to get back from the uh.." He paused not meeting my eyes before he yelled "Bathroom!"
I nodded my head not completely convinced that is where Peter was. "I'll wait with you until he get back then." I said and I saw Ned's eyes widen.
"You don't have to do that! Go have fun." He said and I shook my head.
"I'm not leaving you Ned. Plus the only people I know here is you, Peter and Michelle." I said crossing my arms over my chest.
Ned gave a defeated sigh mumbling 'fine' as we continued to stand off to the side awkwardly.
After a while of awkward silence I count take it anymore and my two friends whispering to each other was starting to bug me.
"What where you and Peter talking about when where walking here?" I asked turning my attention towards him.
Ned stiffened but didn't look at me. "It was nothing important."

"It sounded I'm important. Plus ever since I walked though the door to Peters apartment earlier, both of you have been acting weird." I said stepping into Ned's eye line.
"Ned. Tell me whats up with you two? You've been excluding me." I said giving him a small glare until he finally cracked.
"Alright fine! Peter saw you at Stark tower!" He whispered/yelled throwing his hand in the air.
I froze. Peter saw me at Avengers Tower. How was he able to follow me and Happy from Queens all the way to Manhattan and keep up?
"I-I intern with Tony Stark. I was just there to work. T-thats all." I stuttered out.
The look Ned gave me told me he wasn't convinced. "Alright. You can't tell anyone. Not even Peter alright." I said giving Ned a small glare.
He quickly nodded his head and doing the 'my lips are sealed' motion.
I let out a big sigh. "I don't intern at Avengers Tower. I live there." I said. I saw Ned's eyes widen. Before he could go all crazy and open his mouth, I quickly interrupted him.
"No I'm not an Avenger, plus what happened with Germany and the accords and everything, they don't live there anymore." I said looking at him in the eye.
"Wait, if you're not an Avenger, why are you living there?" He asked looking at me confused.
I bit my lower lip, thinking whether or not I should tell him.
"(Y/n)?" Ned question and I let out a sigh. They would find out sooner or later.
"You know how I said I was living with my cousin." I said seeing if Ned can put two and two together so I don't have to say it out loud.
He's eyes widened again and once again whispered/yelled "Your cousin is Tony Stark?!"
"Shhhh. I don't want anyone to know!" I whispered harshly at him.
"(Y/n) (L/n) is Tony Stark's cousin." Ned whispered to himself. He looked like he was about to pass out. I quickly grabbed onto his shoulders, making sure he stays up right.
"Ned. You can't tell anyone. Not even Peter. Please, please just keep this between me and you." I begged as I looked into his eyes.
He looked at me for a second before he nodded. "I won't tell anyone. Not even Peter. I'm really good at keeping secrets you know." He said and I laughed.
"Sure. Like how you kept Peter knowing that I was at Avengers tower a secret." I said with a smirk.

"You guilt tripped me. I couldn't say 'I don't know'." He said with a small laugh.
After sometime Peter wasn't back for the 'bathroom' and it was getting late. Ned also called Peter once but it went straight to voice mail. I looked down at my phone and saw it was almost 12.
"Happy's not going to be happy with me." I mumbled and turned to Ned. "Hey, since Peter has either ditched us and went home or he's just taking a really long crap, I'm gonna head home. The guy who's meant to pick me up won't be to happy to come out past midnight." I said and gave Ned a apologetic smile.
Ned turned to me with a sad smile. "It's fine. I could just find Michelle and hang out with her." He said.
"I wish I could keep you company but I have to go." I felt so sorry for leaving Ned by himself. "I'll see you on Monday." I said as I gave him a hug.
"Yeah, see you on Monday." He said as he waved me goodbye.
I pulled out my phone as I walked out the front door and texted Happy telling him to pick me up. It was a while before I got a text back saying that he's going to pick me up a few back away and that it'll take him around half an hour to get here.
I started to walk down the dark street, the only light was the yellow glow of street lamps hanging over head.
As I was walking along I herd a car engine and yelling which was then followed by multiple explosions.
I turned around to see a familiar white van, but this time it had scorch marks across the sides, as well as a certain red and blue clad boy being dragged around behind it.
I dropped to the ground as a purple beam shot in my direction. I quickly got up and tried keep up with the Van.
"Spider-Man!" I yelled as I ran, trying to keep up with the van. I manage to get his attention as well as the guy in the back.
I recognised him as the man we saw earlier today, with the shock thing on his arm. "You should keep out of people's business little girl!" He yelled and fired in my direction.
I manage to doge the blast as concrete and dirt flew around me from where the purple beam hit the ground where I was.
I herd a yell and then footsteps run in my direction. "(Y/n)! Are you alright?" He asked in a panicked voice.
"I'm fine. Go stop those guys." I said as I stood up on shaky legs. Spider-Man did move, instead he tried to help me up.
"Go! I'm fine. Its more important for you to stop those guys." I said as I pushed him away. "They longer you talk to me the farther they get away." I said and pushed him again.
"Please get home safe. I don't want you to get hurt." He said in a whisper as he looked me in the eyes. He hesitated before he swung away.
I stood on the footpath by myself with a smile on my face. At that moment I knew that I had felling for both Spider-Man and Peter.
I moved my arm slightly causing me to hiss. I looked down at my arm to see a large scrape. With a sigh I slowly started to limp to a park that Happy told me to wait at.
I sat down on one of the seats with a groan. "Spidey better not get himself killed." I mumbled to myself and took my hand away from my arm to see how badly it was scratched.
I looked at the angry looking scrape and sighed. "Luckily Tony isn't here to yell at me for being stupid." I mumbled and lent my head back at the night sky. Only a couple of stars stood against the black sky because of all the light from the city that never sleeps.
I herd a honk and I looked up to see a familiar back car and a not to happy Happy looking out the window.
I got up with a groan and hopped into the back. "You did something stupid didn't you." He said once the door was shut.
"Please don't tell Tony." I begged and he sighed.
"I should, but I won't." He said and started to drive. I looked out the window towards the park and saw something fly towards it with something in its arms.
Just as the park was about to disappear from my sight, I saw that it was one of Tony's suits holding Spider-Man. Once Spidey was on the ground he took off his mask.
My eyes winded when I saw a head of familiar curly brown hair. I wasn't able to catch his face before we turned around the corner.
I sat properly in my seat and looked down at my hands with wide eyes.
Was the person behind the Spider-Man mask Peter Parker?
