[REAL LIFE]
SAME DAY
After an afternoon of swimming with Brendon, we finally decided that we should start getting ready to go. I was really self conscious when I first got there because of my swimsuit, but brushed it off again when he didn't say anything about it.
"I'll go shower in my bathroom. You can use the one downstairs if you want to," he says, smiling. Luckily, neither of us got sunburnt, but we did get slightly more tan.
"Thanks Bren," I told him before he went upstairs. I found the bag with my clothes in it and went into th downstairs bathroom. It took me a minute to figure out the shower, but after I did I immediately stripped and got in. I made sure to lock the door just in case Brendon 'forgot' I was in here, or he had some guest he forgot to tell me about.
After washing my hair and body, I climbed out of the shower, nearly falling in the process. I quickly steady myself and wrap one of the fuzzy towels around myself.
I hear two knocks on the door before Brendon speaks. "Are you okay in there? It sounded like you fell."
"Yeah, I'm fine. I only nearly fell down," I tell him, slightly laughing.
"Alright, if you say so," he says and I hear retreating footsteps. I finish drying off and get dressed, throwing my hair up in a messy bun for now.
Upon exiting the bathroom, I find Brendon walking through the living room in nothing but tight camo boxers. Nothing is showing, but it's not exactly hidden either. I immediately cover my eyes with my hands and try to walk forward, but end up crashing into an end table, knocking over something glass, which shatters.
"Grandma!" He yells.
"What? I just knocked over your grandmother's ashes?!"
"No, I'm kidding. It's just a lamp,"he says laughing.
"Fuck you, Urie."
"I'm down,"he says, continuing to laugh. "Why are you covering your eyes?"
"You and all your... youness," I say, waving my hand in a circle facing him. He starts laughing harder.
"What? Does the fact that I'm walking around in my boxers bother you or something?" He asks. By his voice, I can tell he's coming closer to me. I move my other hand to my face as well, just as a precaution to accidentally touching anything. This causes him to laugh again. "What? It's not like I'm naked or anything! I was practically wearing this earlier."
"Brendon," I start to say, but he wraps his arms around my waist, turning and pulling me into him, so my back is against his chest. "What are you doing?!"
"Hugging you."
"Brendon!" I yell.
"What? I want to show I care about you!" He yells back, kissing my head and face in multiple different places. I try to fight against him, even though I'm secretly enjoying it. We both start laughing, but in between he continues kissing me.
"Brendon, stop," I whine, not really meaning it, and I know he knows that too.
"Why should I do that?"
"We both have to finish getting ready."
"But I'm having fun, and don't even try telling me that you aren't," he says, spinning me back around to face him. He presses me into his chest, and I breathe in his scent. I can hear his heartbeat and start smiling.
I don't know how long we stay like this, but I eventually pull away from him and smile.

"Go put some clothes on Urie. Nobody wants to see that."
"I can think of lots of people who would want to actually."
"Your crazed fangirls don't count. Fanboys don't either," I tell him and he looks defeated. "Go put some clothes on."
I go back into the bathroom and blow-dry my hair before letting it finish drying so I can curl it. I apply some light make up, only consisting of foundation, consealer, mascara, and some light eyeshadow. When I'm finished, I finish curling my hair and brush it out to make it less obvious, finally stopping with putting it up into a half ponytail.
"Are you ready to go, Cam?" Brendon shouts to me. I start to nod before realizing that he can't see me.
"Yeah, just let me get my shoes on," I call back to him. I quickly do that and grab my bag again. We head out to the car, and as always, Brendon opens the door for me. I thank him before getting in, and he runs around to the other side and gets in as well.
"If you want to turn on some music, go right ahead. It's a bit of a drive, but I think you'll like it," he tells me, handing me the aux cord. I don't have his car hooked up to bluetooth on my phone.
"Alright, thank you," I tell him and go to my playlist. "I'm warning you now, this song has all my favorite songs from this year so far. Don't judge me for them, as there a quite a few of your songs."
"You know I don't care," he says, and I turn the music on. The first song to turn on is Fireflies by Owl City. "Woah, this is a throwback!"
"That it is, but it's still good."
"That's for sure," he says, and starts singing along.
Leave my door open just a crack
Please take me away from here
'Cause I feel like such an insomniac
Please take me away from here
Why do I tire of counting sheep
Please take me away from here
When I'm far too tired to fall asleep
To ten million fireflies
I'm weird cause I hate goodbyes
I got misty eyes as they said farewell
When the songs over, he stops singing and I pause the next song from coming on.
"What? Not gonna let me sing now?"
"No, it's not that. You just sound really good. I know that's a stupid thing to say since your a professional, but I've never heard you sing in real life," I tell him.
"Oh well thank you. When I go on tour again you'll have to come to a show. Best seat of course," he tells me, grabbing me hand as I smile. "Now play the next one."
I do as he says, and LA DEVOTEE comes on. We both start singing it, me obviously sounding terrible. He laughs at me when I mess up the words, but I brush him off quickly.
We continue this trend all the way through Party Tattoos by Dodie, Immortals by Fall Out Boy, Burn by Elle Goulding, and lots of others. Then Murder Song (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) by AURORA comes on.
Five, four, three, two, one
Five, four, three, two, one
He holds the gun against my head
I close my eyes and bang I am dead
I know he knows that he's killing me for mercy
"What the fuck was that?" He asks, ignoring Golden Days, which came on afterwards.

"It's called Murder Song, and it's by AURORA. I heard it in The Flash and immediately fell in love with it." It was from season 3 when Iris dies. That episode was one of the only times I've cried watching TV or movies. As an actress, I don't really watch something to watch it, but instead to study it. I always try to improve my skills, just as anybody else would.
"Ok then. Well we're here, so turn off your depressing music and let's go in," he says, turning off the car. I turn off the music and grab my small purse before getting out of the car door that once again, Brendon has opened for me.
"You know you don't have to open the door for me. I can do it myself," I tell him and walk beside him. I want to hold his hand, but we can't since we're in public. Once we announce it, it will be different, but until then, we're stuck.
"But I like doing it for you beautiful," he replies almost instantly, as if he expected me to say that. I just roll my eyes and walk into the restaurant.
"Welcome to the Melting Pot, do you have reservations?" The worker asked us.
"Two under the name of Urie," he says, and she finds it.
"Alright, follow me to your table," she says.
"Is there anyway we can get a table as far away from any windows or doors as possible?"
"Of course Mr. Urie."
We follow her to the table, which is quite far away from everyone else, which is perfectly fine. We both sit down and open our menus.
"Have you ever been here before?" He asks me.
"I don't think so. It's a fondue place, right?"
"Yeah. Here, I'll explain it to you," he said. He continued to explain to me how the ordering worked and we agreed on what to get. Soon enough, the cheese portion of our meal arrived, and we both started eating. "Open your face."
"Open my face?"
"You know what I mean! Just do it," he says. I hesitantly open my mouth, and he puts a piece of and apple dipped in the cheese inside.
"Thank you,"I tell him and eat it.
"You're welcome babe."
Soon enough we had finished our meal, barely able to finish the chocolate fondue they served for dessert.
"Oh my god that was so fucking good!" Brendon yelled once we got into the car. I started laughing at his actions.
"It really was. Thank you Bren."
"You're welcome babe. Now, what's the plan for getting you home? Your car is at my house, but I don't really feel comfortable letting you drive home by yourself this late," he tells me, looking over at me. He hasn't started moving yet, so he doesn't have to worry about crashing the car or anything like that.
"I'll be fine Bren."
"You know I worry too much Cam. I would prefer if you just stayed at my house. If you want, I'll even sleep in a different room," he proposes, and I can't help but roll my eyes at him.
"You know I don't care about that. We shared a bed the whole 12 days we were in Australia."
"So does that mean you'll stay?"
"As long as you don't get upset when my alarm goes off early in the morning," I tell him.
"How early is early?"
"I'm thinking around five. The meetings at eight, and the place we're having it is a half hour drive without traffic, but probably an hour with it. And that includes the time I'm allowing you to try and convince me to stay," I tell him.
"That seems to be a good time. How long do I get?"
"Half hour."
"I can work with that. Go ahead and put your depressing playlist again if you want to," he told me, and I hooked my phone up.
"It is not depressing!" I try and convince him, but just then Impossible Year comes on, and he gives me a look. "Shut up! The next one won't be!"
"Right," he says, dragging out the word, but starts singing it anyway.
There's no good times
This impossible year
Just a beachfront of bad blood
And a coast that's unclear
All the guests at the party
They're so insincere
They just intrude and exclude
This impossible year
Once that one was over, the next song came on, and I nearly screamed, as it was End of All Things.
Whether near or far
I am always yours
Any change in time
We are young again
Lay us down
We're in love
We're in love
In these coming years
Many things will change
But the way I feel
Will remain the same
"I hate you and your depressing songs that I can't help but love!" I shout and skip the next song. Finally, fast paced songs, such as Centuries and Uma Thurman came on, and we both started singing them, Brendon adding unnecessary high notes to make me laugh.
All too soon, we were pulling into his driveway, and I had to turn the music off.
"Well that was fun," he said and turned his car off. We sat there for a few minutes, trying to calm down a little from all the singing.
"Very. We should do it again sometime. Just not right now," I say and we both laugh.
"Definitely not now."
"Should we go inside?"
"Probably," he says, getting out of the car. I move to open my door, but of course he gets there first.
"Thank you, Bren."
"You're welcome, Cam," he says and grabs my hand. We walk like this to the door, where he takes his hand back to unlock the door.
When we get inside the house, we both take our shoes off as he doesn't like the mess the shoes can bring. I set my purse down, and feel his arms wrap around my waist, him pressing his lips into my neck.
"Bren," I whisper, but I'm not sure why.
"Yes?" He asks, turning me so I'm facing him.
"Nothing," I reply, and before I finished speaking, he kisses me and I kiss him back immediately.
***Minor sexual content, if you can even call it that, not really though***
Soon enough, he signals for me to jump up, and I do, wrapping my legs around his waist. He holds me up, and adjusts his grip on me so I'm now taller than him. We continue kissing as he somehow gets us up the stairs and to his room.
When we get there, he pulls my dress off of me, leaving me in just my bra and underwear. He lays me down on the bed, and I take off his shirt and start to undo his pants. He connects our lips again and kicks off his pants as well.
"Wait, I don't have a, you know," he says, hovering over me. "Do you?"
"No. I don't exactly carry any around with me," I respond, and he rolls off to the side.
"Well, what do you want to do with this predicament?"
"I can't afford to accidentally get pregnant right now. I'm sorry, Bren," I tell him and roll over to look at him, and he does the same.
"You don't need to apologize, Cam. I can understand that. Next time we'll be better prepared, but in the mean time come here," he says and pulls my into him, wrapping his arm around me. Soon enough the two of us fall asleep like that.
Before I forget, I changed the person who plays Jaxon to Jeremy Jordan, who plays/played Winn on Supergirl. In order to do what I need to do. Thanks for hopefully understanding, you'll understand more when I write and publish it!

How am I Supposed to Save This World with No Power?
Wu Li was but a student trapped in a future he did not want when the Portal sought him out to become the Savior of an entire world. However, unlike any beings born in that world, Wu has not a single ounce of power within his body. Worse yet, he's the fourth one that's been summoned in history and he's got massive shoes to fill. How will he overcome his own powerlessness and become the savior that everyone expects him to be? With a beautiful girl acting as his slightly disappointed yet adorable guardian, a smoking hot rivalling bounty hunter from the High societies out to take his head, and countless other encounters along the way, Wu fights on to become the greatest of the four saviors, while seeding this world with...the principles of science. This is a story set in a world with a rich history of the magic power known as the Wave, and all native species are capable of interacting with the Wave to obtain power in a variety of ways. Think of this as a combination of Dr Stone and Black Clover! I am writing this story using similar structures to anime seasons, and the chapters in itself are structured more like manga chapters. The first two seasons are already planned out, and it is likely going to be daily upload (12 noon EST) of chapters from ~ 2 k words in length during the 'season' when there is backlog of chapters, with a week or two of a break in between seasons if no backlog. If you liked this story, please drop a rating and review. If you hated it, please drop a review and help me get better. Don't just spam a 0.5 rating and leave like a coward lol.

He slowly backs up until his back is against the wall like my own, "You're..my neighbor?" He points to my door and I nod my head quickly. He hums softly, "You been here a while?" He asks and I nod my head once again. He chuckles, "Ya head hurt?" I nod again but stop as he laughs softly, "I-I mean.. no.. it doesn't." My cheeks burn red as I look at my shoes, "I-It doesn't hurt.." I repeat like a dummy and listen to him clear his throat, "So do you actually live there or was it bull?" He nods to my door and I play with my fingers, "Yeah.. I do.." I feel his eyes watch me and I quickly stop. "You live with your boyfriend or do you like sweatshirts that reach your knees?" He teased, making a giggle slip past my lips. I look away to the floor again, "I-I like big shirts... a lot." I mumble softly and he nods his head, "Hol' up." He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom." I puff my cheeks a little and give him a small glare, "Hush." He leans back against the wall and shakes his head, "It's cold out.
