She smiled as they entered and people cheered to them for their return. Grace stuck by Halfdan with a arm around his. "I see you've returned." Ubbe told him as they nodded toward each other with smiles.
As they started to feast she sat next to Halfdan who was eating. "Tell me Halfdan what was the most amazing thing you saw on your travels?" "Nothing." Grace scoffed and patted his back as she looked toward Lagertha with confusion.
"They call it the desert. It's just miles and miles of sand. Sand as far as you can see. And nothing but sand." "And what was the second most amazing thing you saw?" He smiled and Grace started to eat her own food.
"Everything." She took a sip of her drink as Halfdan turned to face her. "How were you?" "My brother left me." "Hvitserk?" She nodded and stood. "I must go. I'm feeling a little tired."
She slowly nodded to Lagertha who she guessed was going to tell him of Ivar. She felt betrayed by her own twin brother and left the room. Once she entered her own she slammed the door shut and changed into a gown.
She was close to sleep when she heard a knock at her door. She slowly climbed out of the bed and opened the door. "Oh, I'm so sorry, Princess." Halfdan said noticing she was wearing her sleeping gown.
"Oh, it's fine. What brings you here?" She asks as she leans on the door. "I was wondering if you would like to take a walk." "Of course! Let me get some furs." She told him as she went and got some fur blankets to wrap around her shoulders.
As they started to walk she looked to see some flowers. She ran over to pick one and handed it over to Halfdan who gave her a smile. "why do you like flowers." "I always saw them as the most perfect thing. They are all so beautiful."

He took the flower and was about to put it in his pocket when she stopped him. She grabbed it from him and put it behind his ear. "It makes you look less threatening." They share a laugh.
"Were your travels actually exciting?" " I guess you could say that." She nodded and took his arm around hers. "I wish I could see the desert one day." "Maybe, I will take you." She nods excitedly and lets him go jumping up and down.
"I would love to see the sand and what it has to offer. I wonder if there are any flowers that grow in the desert?" She said as she stopped walking and faced him. "There may just be that." He told her then noticed Ubbe walking toward them.
"I guess, I must say my good nights." She told him noting her brother walking toward them after Halfdan had. "Well, it was an amazing walk. I hope we have more." She told him and gave him a kiss on the cheek near his lips which stopped him and Ubbe from movement.
As she walked past him toward her home, Halfdan stood there in complete shock and disbelief. Ubbe was shocked as well and walked up toward him faster. "Shocked are you, Halfdan?" He teased the man with a smirk.
"Loss of words." That's what snapped Halfdan out of his trance and he hit Ubbe on the chest. "I'm doing fine. Until you had shown up." " I just wanted to tell you. I trust my sister and you but don't hurt her. I mean it when I say I will kill you."
With that Ubbe patted the man on the shoulder and followed after his sister. The words scared Halfdan more than he would like to admit. He knew how protective her brothers were.

Steamforged Sorcery [A Steampunk LitRPG]
This is a fantasy story in a steampunk setting, not a sci-fi. The Great War ravaged the face of the earth many years ago. In the years that passed, the world rebuilt, mixing machinery and magic to form something new. Great blimps took to the sky, belching steam and smoke as metal cities sprouted like weeds below. Angel, a talented mage, scours the desert endlessly in search of lost knowledge. When it unexpectedly falls into his hands, he quickly comes to realize that the world is far larger – and far more deadly – than he ever could have predicted. But no amount of danger is going to keep Angel from seeking out greater strength and traveling the world, claiming all the greatest treasure that it has to offer. To most, the desert is a dangerous threat to be feared. To Angel, it’s a land of opportunity, waiting to be exploited. Steamforged Sorcery is, as the title suggests, a LitRPG Steampunk story with heavy focus on magic and scenery. The main character starts out relatively strong (but far from overpowered) but will eventually grow in strength to incredible levels. It is moderately paced and does not progress at ridiculous speeds. Release Schedule: 1,500 words daily Monday-Friday

8 100Tryphant Agent's Historical Logs
[Disclaimer: This novel is no longer in continuation since I've found more joy in writing short stories. I'll continue writing about this universe and the world in it, building upon the documents of the Tryphant Agents but in another novel] What is the origin of life? What is the meaning to life? Are we the only intelligent being in this universe? Why haven't we been struct by a catastrophe??? How has the world been so peaceful for such a long time?!!! Is there a hidden force that controls our world from being destroyed?!!! How have we not noticed them!?!!! Am I just delusional??!!!! I'm definetly delusional. These are the questions that mortals often ask and frequently ignore in their life, yet answering these questions will lead a person to the Tryphant Agents. An organization who protects various civiliaztions from destruction time and time again without a single person noticing them. They are an organization that is like time, powerful yet unnoticed. This is the historical logs of the Tryphant Agents. Disclaimer: I'm writing this to fill my world with details and I'm only hoping for this to be a good story. The main core focus is to write characters with life into them, a world where it feels real, and story that is consistent. Don't expect a top tier story because this will be my experimental logs as well where I will try various writing styles. Rather I wish that you hope for a great story instead.
