"Is this gonna become our thing?" Beck asks as he snatches the pillow out from under my head "You know I'm not going to be your alarm clock forever" I hear him say as he very lazily hits me with said pillow

"Fuck off Beck" I grunt as I get up

"Glad to see you up" he grins cheerily before exiting my room

I got dressed in a pair of my American Eagle black jeans and a tight grey long sleeved t-shirt. Quickly taking my hair out of the Dutch braids that made my hair wavier than usual.

"Beck where are my black boots?!" I yell from my room

"How the fuck would I know, I haven't worn them" he yells back, he's such a smartass bitch sometimes.

"Here" Em pops in my room holding the exact boots I was looking for "Wow you look nice, are you wearing eyeliner?"

"Thanks" I grin before slipping them on and going downstairs "and yes, it's the only other makeup thing I know how to use besides mascara and concealer" I say making her laugh

The two if us both hurry downstairs where the boys are already gathered around the kitchen eating.

"Wow you look hot" Tyler grins as I walk in

"Hots a temperature not an adjective dumbass" Caleb says, giving Tyler a smack upside the head

"Thanks Co" I laugh as I take a piece of toast

"Wow that's attractive" Caleb snorts as I hold the full piece of toast in my mouth

I just flip him off before bending down and tying my boot.

"Fuck off Kazer" I day after taking the toast out of my mouth "I'll see you guys at school, I'm riding with Em today" I yell to them before Em and I both run out the door.

"Coffee?" She question

"Coffee"

"Hey Beck guess what" I taunt as he approaches the lunch table

"What?"

"I know one of your presents" I smirk up at him

"And I know three of yours" he mirrors my smirk "Nice try"

"Wait! Whose presents do you know?!" I yell at him "I only know Amy's"

"I know Amy's, Ems and Caleb's" He says pointing around to each person. I just pout as I look at all of them.

"Okay I'm my defense, he wasn't supposed to hear about my present. My present is for both of you, he just ruined the suprise for himself" Caleb defends

"I know more of your presents then you do of mine so fuck you" he was

I just roll my eyes at him before taking a bite of my sandwich.

"Hey, pain in my ass," Caleb calls out

"What?" I look up at him. He just grins as he hands me the little orange juice cup he had "Thank you" I pluck it out of his hands as I start to drink it.

"Guys the weirdest thing just happened to me" Amy mumbles as she sits down next to me

"What?" Beck questions "Are you okay?" A lot of concern crossed his face at her confused state

"Lexi was civil to me in the hall" she looks at us "She even helped me pick up my binder and notebooks when everything fell out of my locker."

"Wait why was she even over there? Doesn't she have lunch this period with us?"

"Eh she said something about going to the library" Amy shrugged

"Yeah she hasn't been as bitchy lately, Bianca on the other hand has been non-stop" Em sighs

I just nod my head agreeing. Bianca has gone out of her way to insult me somehow at least once a day, she tries so hard, yet I win every time. Lexi doesn't really do anything anymore. We just simply don't interact. She just hasn't been the usual her lately, she hasn't been as bitchy, nor has she been dressing how she usually does. Now she just kinda dressed normally which is a huge difference from her usual top of the line, badass outfits she'd typically wear.

"Eh Whatever" Amy shrugs before gunning at my twin "We still on for Saturday?"

"Ooo what are you guys doing on Saturday?" I grin, obviously trying to annoy my brother

"None of your business" Beck smirks at me

"Co, Beck and I are going out to the carnival in Mineola" Amy smiles proudly

All of the towns had their own little festivals and carnivals. Personally I love the one we had here, we always had really good bands playing, amazing food trucks and the best rides. Ours wasn't until July though. Mineola, the neighboring town always had their fest in the winter, usually calling it the winter wonderland or some other cheesy name. Besides ours, it was my second favorite festival in the area.

"Oh that's fun!"

"Yeah except for the fact that I'm major third wheeling" I hear Caleb grumble across from me

"Aww is someone a little bitter?" I tease him

"Wait! You could come with us!"

"Sorry, Dallas said he's taking me out on Saturday" I shrug "Why don't you ask Em or the guys?"

"Already did, they all said they're busy" he pouts

"Aww it's okay Coco," I patronize him "Hey! Look on the bright side, now you might actually be able to attract a somewhat decent girl"

"Please I can get any girl I want" He scoffs rolling his eyes

"Well can you want a decent girl for once and not a bitch" I grin at him

"Can't have the one I want" he grumbles with an eye roll

"You know, if you keep doing that your eyes might get stuck like that" I smirk at him. I guess I was just full of smart-assness today.

"Hey guys" Jordan smiles before plopping down next to Caleb

"WAIT where have you been?" Wes questions

"I've been at the library" he shrugs "you know, reading and shit"

"Okay Jordan the fact that you just said 'reading and shit' makes us believe that you were in fact NOT reading...And Shit" Tyler laughs at him as the rest of us all join in

"Hey Jordy" I grin at him

"Yeah?"

"Why are your cheeks all red?"

"Nothing" he says quickly just as the bell rings "Oh look at that! The bell rang, gotta go!" He smiles before hopping out of his seat and quickly walking out if the cafeteria

"Tease him after school until he breaks?" Caleb looks at me with a grin

"You read my mind Kazer, now let's go, Amy's already walking away with Beck" He laughd as I link arms with him

Amy said she'd catch up with us in class, she just wanted to go the short way with Beck. Caleb and I decided to take our usual long way to Anatomy.

"I'm so fuckin excited to dissect this cat" I smirk "All those days of Greys Anatomy have prepared me for this"

I look at him to see the usual 'Oh no' look on his face. I just start laughing at him but as I do so, I begin to trip over my own foot, ultimately sending myself plummeting to the floor.

"Maybe you shouldn't be allowed to handle the scalpel" Caleb smirks down at me as he catches me "I seem to do this a lot don't I?"

"What? Save me from busting my shit on a daily basis? Yes. Yes you do" I say laughing even more

"See what would you do without me?" He grins

"Bitch please, you'd be lost without me. I am the light of your life" I laugh at him as I try to jump on his back but failing miserably

Without me even saying anything he squats slightly so I can successfully jump on his back and continued the rest of the way to our class.

"Okay Mr.Kazer, I'd appreciate it if you would put Ms.Skilanski in her actual seat" Mrs. Ria sighed as we enter the room. This has become a daily occurance, usually Amy's in on it too, but since she walked with Beck, she wasn't able to help. Co and I try to find the funniest ways to enter the classroom just to see Ria's reaction, she loved all of us so she never got really mad.

"Yes ma'am" Caleb grins as he walks is over to our table which was right in front of Amy's. She was lucky she got the table all to herself.

"Okay class, as you know we're going to start our semester one final dissection tomorrow. Meanwhile today, I'm going to be honest, is a blow-off day" she grins as we all cheer "We've already read over the procedure that I will be repeating througout the whole process and already have materials assigned and labeled. The only thing I ask of you today is to get into groups of four"

Caleb and I both turn around with grins to face Amy. Whenever we have a group project the three of us always work together. I look around as Amy and Caleb start to talk to see everyone in groups besides Lexi, who seems to have been excluded from Biancas group. I glance at the empty seat by Amy before looking back at Lexi who was now looking down at her notebook. Oh what the hell...

"Hey Lexi" I call over to her "uh-would you like to join our group?" I ask her

She just offers a small smile before picking up her backpack and making her way to our back table.

"Uh thanks" She says quietly to us

"No problem" Amy smiles politely before resuming he conversation with Caleb. "Okay so what is a tight end?" She questions making me almost burst out laughing

"Are you teaching her football?" I grin over at him

"Attempting to" he says while looking at Amy's confused state. She was the smartest girl I knew, but when it came to football she was absolutely clueless.

"Okay so tight ends are like a hybrid position in football. They're typically big guys because they are ultimately blockers but they also have strong speed and agility skills to be useful as receivers" he tells her "The best one in the NFL would probably be Jared Cook" he tells her

I hear an almost silent 'pfft' from Lexi that gained my attention.

"Cook is no way the best tight end in the league. Have you even watched football?" she rolls her eyes at Caleb "Gronkowski was without a doubt the best tight end in the league. He's gained a total of over 7,000 yards over the course of his career, he has almost 80 touchdowns, and he has over 500 catches. Besides have you seen the man? He's impossible to take down, he's a literal giant" Lexi starts spouting facts surprisingly both Caleb and I.

"OH! I know Gronkowski! He's on the Patriots!" Amy states proudly making the three of us all laugh

"How did you know all of that?" I question Lexi

"I like the Patriots" she says simply, much quieter now also

"That would be like me saying I just like Javier Baez" I say sarcastically, she looks slightly confused as she glances over to Caleb for translation.

"She means that you don't just 'like' a team and know all of that" he grins "She's a freak about Javy Baez, along with Kris Bryant from the cubs"

"Well Okay I may just slightly love the Patriots." she says extremely quietly, as if it was a secret no one was supposed to know "My older brother, little sister and I have watched every game since like 2009. Plus my older brother was gonna play for the Patriots for awhile, well until he tore his Achilles' tendon"

"Wait who's your brother?" Caleb asks her

"Jason Pavola" She smiles "You know him?"

"Holy shit!" Caleb says, looking at her wide eyed

"Language Caleb" Mrs. Ria comments like she has hundreds of time before

"Sorry Mrs.Ria" he calls back before looking back at Lexi. Her brother was possibly the best football player in the history of our schools division. He was the only high schooler, besides now Caleb and Jordan, in all of southern Texas to even be considered for the NFL. The boys had basically worshipped Jason Pavola since we were kids.

"Yeah he's going into sports medicine now, he's actually interning at the athletics department in Carolville" she says obviously proud of her brother. Carolville medical center was possibly one of the best hospitals in Texas, their sports medicine department was highly praised for their success rate.

"That's awesome" I smile at her. I felt extremely weird talking to Lexi like this but I didn't really mind it. For once we were actually being civil to eachother and it was, well, nice.

The bell soon rang, releasing us for the day, though the three of us immediately pack up our things and make a break for it.

"Oh guys?" Lexi calls from behind us "thanks"

"No problem"
