"I'm going to fucking kill him" I hear Arrex say from beside me before he storms away to grab the East Warren player.

The tackle was illegal. Not only are they not supposed to kick, you also aren't allowed to tackle the quaterback when the ball is not in his possession. He purposefully kicked Calebs knee so when he was tackld, he would fall on his leg. It was without a doubt injured and he even had a possible concussion from hitting the ground.

"Jordan hold him back." I order Jordan as coach summons the team trainer and medic.

"Belle can I have your sweatshirt, I need something to prop his head up on something" our trainer, Darcy, asks.

I do as he asks, quickly taking my sweatshirt off and taking Calebs helmet from him. He rolls my sweatshirt up and slips it under his head.

"He hit his head really hard" the medic states "I think we should take him to the hospital. If he has a serious-" I trainer starts to tell coach. My listening was interrupted by Tyler grabbing my hand and pulling me away

"Situation,now. Brother is about to kill someone" is all he says before we both hurry over to where a large group was trying to separate Arrex and the East Warren player.

"It was a dirty fuckin tackle and you know it" Arrex spits at the guy. He was apart of Charles group.

"I don't know what you're talking about. Why don't you go back to that your dickhead friend before I kick your ass okay?" The guy scoffs from behind while glaring at my brother

"A!" I yell trying to get him to at least look at me "We won, don't ruin it for a fight with some dumbass" I tell him

"Stop being a bitch then and come over here and say it, or are you really just that much of a pussy that you gotta hide behind your friends?" Arrex scoffs at the guy, purposefully antagonizing

"A! Stop. Now." I yell at my older brother

He breaths heavily, his icy gaze glued to the guy before I slightly push him away

"Go over to Co" I tell him before turning back to the other guy.

"Just go back to your benches" I bark at all of the players as ours retreat back to Caleb

"Sweetheart you know it's not smart to get it the middle of a fight right?"

"At this point I don't really fuckin care." I say monotonously

"Oh you're fiesty" he grins

"No just done with your shit" I finally snap "I will personally ruin your fucking life without even touching you the next time any of you pussies pull shit like that." I sneer before walking away

When I come back, Caleb is sitting up and smiling at everyone. He seems okay but I know he'll have to be checked out for any signs of a concussion.

"I'm okay guys" Caleb grins at us "really!"

"You were out for at least a minute and a half" coach tells him

"Well now I'm awake and feeling just fine." He smiled

I immediately smack his shoulder pushing him back down on the ground as I stand up.

"Asshole! You scared the shit out of us!" He starts to laugh at my yelling as he stands up again. He stumbled a little, and had to lean on me. He was dizzy too and his leg hurt but nothing was going to stop him from celebrating with his team.

"GUYS" Jordan yells as he looks around us "I think we just became four time state champs."

The cheers of the crowd were so loud I couldn't even hear what the guys were saying around me. Within seconds the field flooded with fans.

I smile at the chaos around me. They actually did it.

"So are you just gonna stand there or are you going to hug your favorite badass?" Caleb grins in front of me, watching all of our friends

"Who said you were my favorite Kazer?" I questions

"Just get over here Kalanski" he rolls his eyes with a wide smile as I jump into his arms laughing. He holds me up and laughs along with me as he twirls me around before placing me back down.

"Thank you for talking him into it" He mumbles as we both turn and watch Arrex lift Emma onto his shoulders

"That was all you captain" I smile up at him

"Thanks princess"

Beck quickly comes running over to us and doesn't even have a chance to say a word before I practically tackle him.

"You guys won!" I laugh as my twin hugs me

"I know!!" He smirks the widest smile I've seen on him in a while.

"Good job dumbass" he smiles as he does the guy hug with Caleb

"boys!" Coach calls them both over for a picture with the trophy while I walk over and join Emna, Amy, Arya and Lenny.

"He's happy" Lenny smiles looking at my little brother. Colton was celebrating with the team, hugging his friends and laughing so hard I could see tears in his eyes. This was his first state championship, it was also the last football game he was going to play with his big brothers.

"He should be" I grin

"They all are." Em agrees, smiling widely at our best friends as the team gathers around the trophy. Tyler jumps and lays across Jordans and Wes's arms. They all make funny faces at the camera while the last few pictures are snapped before finally, the trophy is raised.

"I can't believe we just fucking did that" Jordan huffs as he plops next to me in the diner booth.

We've discovered that we, as a group, have a special talent of finding the best small little diners or bar and grills wherever we go. It was just a weird thing with us. So here we were, all fifteen of us, smushed into a long booth as we pushed six tables together.

"Well believe it my friend, we are now four time state champions" Caleb smiles cockily as he plops next to me.

"You two stink" I say, scrunching my nose as I smell their sweatiness. All the guys were still in their football jerseys with sweatpants or joggers that they they had on the bus. After coach took Caleb to the ER and he got cleared by the doctor there, coach allowed the guys to do what they want for the rest of the night until curfew at midnight. Em, Amy and I bugged them so much to go get food that they didn't even have time to go and shower.

Caleb did in fact have a minor concussion, but nothing life threatening, he does have to take it easy for the next few days, but knowing Caleb, he won't.

"Well I'm sorry, three of the five really annoying girls were pestering us to hurry up cause they were hungry" Wes rolls his eyes

"Some of us didn't have time to shower" Christian says, running a hand through his damp hair

"You three are lucky you're cute" Caleb says sending a glare at all three of us who just smile cheekily in return.

"Ew don't call our sister cute" Arrex makes a distrusted face as Beck, Ace and Colton gag.

"Uh yeah okay, I have had to listen to girls practically fangirling Over how hot you fuckheads are for four years. The shit they have said I wish I can unhear, so you can just shut up and let one person call me cute" I roll my eyes at them with a teasing grin. For years, I have seen and hear guys and girls ogle and fawn over my brothers. It's annoying as hell, most girls just befriend me to get close to my brothers.

"Okay that's fair" Ace laughs. You'd be suprised at how many girls fawn over him too, it's absolutely hilarious when they learn he's gay. I mean it's not like it's a secret, Ace is very openly out.

"Yeah I know" I sass my older brother

"Okay, okay calm down children" Tyler grins, putting his hands up

"Says the childish one" Caleb smirks

"I am not!"

"Dude Caleb literally told me five minutes ago that you were wearing your lightning McQueen boxer briefs" I tease him. Tyler was the kid in the group, he will always be a child at heart.

"You said you wouldn't tell her!" Tyler yells at his best friend

"Oh come on! I had to!" He reasons before holding his hand up for me to high five. Everyone laughs at our petulant bickering and continue talking loudly like we usually do.

"Ka-chow" I smirk at my friend before sending him a playful wink

"You weren't supposed to say anything" Caleb leans down and whispers with a smirk

"I'm sorry, I had to" I look at him with a grin making him chuckle

"I gotta admit-" He starts to say before he's interrupted by a waitress.

"Hey y'all, I'm Lauren, I'll be taking care of you tonight" She says as she takes her notepad out. See her discreetly pull her v-neck t-shirt down to expose what little cleavage she actually has. "Can I start you off with drinks?"

"Can I have a root beer please?" I say nicely

"Yeah sure" she states before looking at Caleb "What about you cutie?" She says, the flirty tone in her voice making me cringe and internally roll my eyes at the same time. Desperate bitch. It's ridiculous how desperate girls will get just to obtain these guys attention for a little while.

"I'll have a root beer too" he says monotonousy before absentmindedly throwing his arm around my shoulder and turning back to me, not even looking twice at Lauren.

"Oh um that comes in a bottle, is that okay?" She questions again trying to gain his attention

"Uh yeah sure" he dismisses her again, "As I was saying, that was fuckin hilarious"

I just laugh at the cute boyish smile on his face but don't miss the dirty look Lauren sends me.

"You have another fan girl" I roll my eyes gesturing to Lauren whose now talking to Jordan

"Yeah and? jealous?" He asks not even caring about the attention he gets from girls "She's trying too hard. I didn't miss that discreet shirt move, nor did I miss the dirty look she sent you when I dismissed her to talk to you. She also glared at you when I put my arm around you."

"You saw all of that?" I ask him

"Yeah, I notice a lot of things" he shrugs "just like how I noticed you visibly cringe as she pulled her shirt down" he smirks at me "Is someone jealous?"

"Nope just disturbed" I reason. There was no way I was actually jealous. Right? Why would I be jealous of another girl trying to get Calebs attention? Plus I have Dallas. I have no reason to be jealous.

"Sure thing Princess" He winks at me

"Shut up Kazer" I scoff

"Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about princess. Besides she's not type"

"Really What is your type Kazer? I just though they had to have big boobs and a vagina?" I grin at him

"Hm I mean by those standards even then she wouldn't be, did you see how much she was pushing together to make it look like she had clevage?" I just snort at his response. I mean he wasn't wrong but still.

"Guys look! I can balance a spoon on my nose!" Jordan yells excitedly as he sticks the spoon to his nose only for it to fall a second later.

"Wow good job bud" Arya says sarcastically

"Hate you Ary" Jordan say to her, he's all smiles towards her though.

"No you don't," she responds, earning a fit of laughter from all of us.

We were all laughing at Wes and Beck as they literally fell into the lobby of the hotel. They made a bet on who could make it to their room first. They were the first ones to jump out of the truck.

"They are so stupid" Amy And Lenny laughs at our idiot best friends as the join us from Aryas car.

"Yep" I confirm her thought "Okay Em, you gotta get our room keys cuase you're the only one whose eighteen" I tell her. thank god her birthday was in mid-august. She was the oldest one in our friend group and third oldest in our grade.

A few minutes later she joins us with our room keys and gives one to eacj of us. Lenny, Arya, Amy,her and I were all sharing a room.

"Okay guys we should go up, Carson just texted me and said Quill's doing room checks in like five minutes" Arrex tells them

"Alright, you got the key?" Caleb questions and is answers by my brother holding up their key.

"Okay goodnight girls, we'll see you tomorrow" my brother just grins before he starts walking away with our friends.

"Oh and Belle? Blonde, beautiful, badass and scarily intelligent" he grins before walking into the elevator. I just stare at where he stood questioningly. What was that about? "And obviously boobs" he laughs and it hits me. I instantly start to laugh as I roll my eyes at home

"Night" he smirks wickedly before walking away. The girls smile before turns to face eachother

"What was that about?" Em questions

"I have no idea" but I did and the thought of it made me want to roll my eyes and smile at the same time.

"Okay, I say popcorn and movies?" Lenny grins holding up a bag of microwaveable popcorn and three movies.

Within an hour they had literally all passed out. I was the last one awake, setting up my makeshift bed on the mini couch. I could usually sleep wherever, the floor, couch, bathtub, really wherever.

I hear my phone go off with a text from Dallas at the same time a loud knocking sounds from the door.

"Belle get the door" Em grunts as we hear loud knocking.

"Fine" I grumble reluctantly as I make my way to the now silent door.

I don't see anyone when I look through the peephole, so I open the door to peak around the Corner. I ever so slightly step out of the room but before I can even look the other way, I'm pulled against the wall beside me.

"Don't yell!" I hear the familiar voice whisper yell as bright amber eyes shine in front of me

"Asshole!" I whisper yell back at him "You scared the shit out of me! What are you even doing here?!" I smack his chest as he laughs at my scared state

"I guess I just have a knack for scaring you princess" he laughs quietly

"Why are you here?" I question "I'm tired"

"We're all playing hide n seek, thought you might want to join" he smiles at me "Where are the other four?"

"They're sleeping, like I should be" I mumble

He goes to respond when we hear footsteps rummbling down the hall along with the voices of my brothers. Without thinking, he grabs my hand and we both take off to the other end, fleeing the football players who I assume have already been found.

"Elevators are this way!" I say quickly as I we turn a corner. The doors just started to close but I snake my arm through pushing the doors open before I pull Caleb in and smash the close button

"Why the hell does it feel like we were just running form the cops" I breathe in heavily

"I am very determined to win" he huffs, equally as breathless as I was.

"I can see that" my words coming out short as I take in a deep breath. Fuck, I hated running.

"Where are we going next?"

"I don't know there aren't many places to go in a hotel that are open at one in the morning" I snort sarcastically.

"What about the dining area?"

"No it's too much of an open area" I say thinking again as I press more buttons to keep the elevator going.

Seconds later Caleb grins at me as if an idea popped in his head

"The pool" he grins at me before pressing the third floor button

"It's locked Co"

"And?" He smirks "I can easily pick the lock,"

We both walk out of the elevator and beline down the hall to the pool door trying to get in as quickly as possible so we don't get seen.

"We're gonna get in trouble"

"Only if we get caught princess" he easily opens the door after messing with the lock for a minute, holding it open for me before slipping in behind me.

"Why am I friends with you? You're a horrible influence"

"Just realizing this?" He asks with a silly grin "it's been sixteen, almost seventeen, years, I would've thought you'd known that by now"

"Touché Kazer" I laugh before plopping on one of the pool chairs. He sits across from me on another chair

"Shit I forgot my phone" I say patting the pockets in my sweatpants

"It's fine I have mine on me." He grins

"So what do we do now?" I ask him, peeking out of the window of the pool door

"Well we wait until Arrex texts the group chat and says that they can't find me and they give up. Until then we're stuck in here" He shrugs following me over to the door to make sure no one was coming

"I'm bored"

"Me too" he agrees before we both start walking back

"Wait you said you forgot your phone right?" He asks

"Yeah why?"

"Great" he smiles before lightly pushing me.

Having the absoloutely horrible balance I do, I'm immediately knocked off balance and fall straight into the pool.

"You and the fuckin pools I swear" I glare at him as I come up for air

"You are so easy to just push in, it was so tempting"

"You are an asshole" I spit the chlorinated water out of my mouth and push the wet hair out of my face

"Yeah" he shrugs before pulling his shirt off after dropping his phone in one of the chairs. He jumps in next to me and Seconds later he's resurfacing next to me with a devious grin "but I'm your asshole"

I just laugh before splashing him and swmming away.

His phone starts going off so he reluctantly hops out of the pool and sits on the edge.

"A just texted, can't find us" he smirks "but he hasn't given up. Oh and he says Em wanted him to tell you that you're phone is blowing up and she's going to smash it if it keeps going off"

"Oh shit, I forgot I was gonna call Dallas. He texted me" I huff before taking his phone form him

Hey A, it's Belle, tell Em that if she smashes my phone i'll kill her. Just tell her to turn my notifications off, my code is 201621 Oh and YOU'LL NEVER FIND US!!

"There ya go" I grin before handing him his phone

"So you were gonna talk to Dickhead?" He grins before slipping back in the pool

"Eh, yeah he texted me earlier said something about going out on Sunday. Oh and by the way he wanted me to tell you congrats on state" I laugh, I forgot to tell the guys

"Tell him I said thanks" he grins "So you guys are going out on Sunday?"

"Maybe, I still gotta make sure we don't have anything going on. And I swear to god if you crash our date again, I will kill you." I tell him

"I did not crash your date! It was a simple coincidence!" He reasons trying to defend himself. The smile on his face gives him away though "Okay yeah I maybe might've done that on purpose"

"Oh I know you did" I roll my eyes at him

"I mean I had fun so I don't see the problem"

"Yeah well Dallas was not the happiest" I roll me yes at him

"Why?"

"He didn't like you at first, I think he's still iffy about you"

"Most people don't. What was his reason?" He questions with a grin. Caleb has a very strong personality, he was extremely vocal and said whatever thought that popped into his head. And if he didn't like you, you definitely knew, well unless he was trying to mess with you, then he acted nice. Most new people didn't really know how to act around him unless they had similar personalities; Loud, outgoing, vocal and fun were Calebs kind of people.

"I have a few reasons in mind" I laugh "He just didn't like you being around me cause we're close. I mean obviously we are, we've known each other our whole lives. So I told him flat out that if he was going to make me choose, he would not like the outcome." I tell him as I climb out of the pool to sit by him on the edge

"You'd choose me over him?" He looks over at me with a small smile on his face.

"If he were to make me choose, then yeah." I say simply "I had just met him he had no right to give me that ultimatum, he still doesn't and I don't think he ever will."
