"Belle get up" Caleb wakes me

"Nooooo" I groan as I turn over. I feel a weird feeling in my hand. I only had the cast for two and a half weeks but it still felt super weird. Good news though, my bones fully healed and we're unusually strong this early. It surprised my doctors as my wrist was now almost fully functional.

"Alright lets go" he chuckles as he take my arms and pulls me up.

After pulling me up he walks my half asleep ass to the bathroom

"Dudr you're so difficult sometimes you know that?" He grumbles as he sits me on the counter "I'll splash cold water in your face"

"DONT you dare!" I order, my eyes opening wide

I hop off the bathroom counter and turn around to face the mirror. Wow was I a mess. My hair even messier than normal; my face pale and lips chapped like they usually are in the morning; my spandex shorts riding up on my thighs and my t-shirt wrinkled to no end.

"I'm glad I could wake you, now hurry up and do whatever you do, I got coffee waiting downstairs" he says as before poking my nose and walking out.

It was currrently Thursday, Brett and Gabe were coming.

"Belle hurry up!" Beck yells up to me.

I just roll my eyes before throwing sweatpants over my spandex shorts and a sports bra on under a clean shirt. After getting dressed I apply some mascara and leave my wavy hair down.

As I hop downstairs to see my brothers, Caleb and Arya hustling around the kitchen, grabbing food and getting ready.

"Coffee me" I huff as I hold my hand out to Caleb

He places my coffee in my hand before I plop

down on a chair around the table with my newest book

"Whatcha readin?" He questions as he sits across from me.

"Pride and Prejudice" I glance up at him before looking back down

"Haven't you already read that? Like five times?" He questions with a grin.

Seven times. This was my eighth. He was the one who got me this book for my birthday two years ago. I didn't have my own copy, I always checked it out of the library. I must've dragged him along with me to the library five times to check out the book. Our birthday before I left, He got me my own original copy, signed my Kiera Knightley, the actress who played Elizabeth in the movie. I had read it twice in Chicago.

"Seven actually"

What can I say, it's one of my favorites and I ran out of books to read.

"That book has always been your favorite" he grins

"I love it and since I ran out of books to read, I just decided to re-read this one again" I shrug looking back up at him

"You mean to tell me you've read every single book in those piles around your room?" He questions with raised brows.

I didn't really have a bookshelf, so I just had piles of books in my room, all in all I think I have over 140 books.

"Well yeah, I haven't had a new book in a while though, so I just read the old ones" I shrug, I loved reading my books.

"Why not go to the library?" He questions

"I've read a lot of the books there, but I also always forget to return them and end up paying for them" I grin "I'd say like ten to twenty of my book are books from the library that I just forgot to return"

He just grins and shakes his head before looking down at his phone.

"Hey guys" Beck grins

"Morning bitchass" I smirk

"Morning stupid whore" he smiles at me. "Oh so, Dad and Cheri are already at the lake house, they left this morning and then Colton, Arya, Chrisrian, Cody, and Lenny, are staying home to watch Bex tonight and tomorrow. Then they are just going to drive down on Saturday"

"Okay sounds good, everyones packed so after school we just have to load the trucks and then we could leave here after Brett and Gabe get here" I tell him, lying slightly. I still had to pack

"I just thought it would give Ace and Brett some time for themselves without our annoying asses"

"Okay, I'll text the group chat," Beck agrees, slipping his phone out of his pocket

"Guys are you ready?" Ace questions from the front door

All three of us stand up and make our way to the door with our bags. The twins are and Colton were already there waiting for us.

"Bye tiny!" I yell to a still sleeping tiny before we leave

"So Ace are you excited?" I ask him as we take off to school

"Yeah, I mean we've talked over FaceTime and stuff, but I'm excited I finally get to see him again" he smiles giddily. He was acting like a kid on Christmas.

"Well I'm glad you're happy" I smile as I pinch his cheeks

"Yeah yeah, shut up" he rolls his eyes as he smacks my hands away

Everyone else laughs at us as we pull into the school parking lot and hop out of Arrex's truck.

Em, Amy and the guys join us like normal and we just sit around the truck until the five minute bell rang.

We were all laughing at something Tyler said but stop once we hear the familiar annoying voice.

"Caleb babe!" Lexi smiles her normal fake smile as she runs over to us. "And-friends" she sneers, looking at us in disgust. I just roll my eyes as I look at Emma and Amy. I laugh lightly, Caleb hated the nickname babe, he was fine with baby but hated babe. The only time he'd ever call someone that was when he was teasing me cause he knew I also hated the pet name.

"Lexi, stop calling me that" Caleb groans "You realize I don't like you right?" He questions as he glares down at her

"Well that's not what you were saying last month. Do you really switch up that easily? " she tries to smile seductively as she traces her hand up and down his chest

"God how desperate are you? I haven't seen you since the end of last school year, stop telling people we slept together since then cause we haven't " I hear the bitterness in his voice making me laugh. His face was stone cold, the usual face that outsiders saw. To others, they only see the asshole image that he puts on, and I mean it wasn't so much an image, he was by no means one for rules. Just with those he knew, he was nice, and more open to those around him. He wasn't as cold as he usually was. Caleb was rude when necessary but he was edging dickhead mode right now and I was so here for it.

At the sound of my laughter, Lexi looks around Caleb and glares straight at me. I don't back down and just stare right back with a grin on my face.

"Can I help you dog?" She sneers at me

"Sorry hun, but you're the bitch here" I grin at her

"Hm comin from the ugliest bitch in town. My dogs prettier than your fatass ever will be" she smirks making e roll my eyes. Before I can even respond Caleb steps in

"Lexi leave" Caleb states coldly "You do not get to talk to her like that. Ever. So fuck off. I want nothing to do with you. You talk to any of my friends or family like that, especially her, and I can garuntee I will make your life hell. Okay? you're lucky you are a girl because I would've knocked you the fuck out by now. Now get away from me" He sneers, pushing her hands off of his chest

Lexi just glares at us before stalking away after her friends. For someone actually kinda smart, she acted so dumb. I felt kinda bad for her if I'm being honest. She was in a lot of my classes, and from what I could tell she got good grades. She just acted so stupid sometimes, it was all an act though, one I could see right through.

"Belle you okay?" Caleb questions as he turns around

"I'm fine" I grin "thanks" I never took the things she said to heart, girls like that were really just insecure with themselves. Don't get me wrong, I am by no means the most confident person around, I just hide my personal insecurity better than other and I don't put that energy into being a bitch to others.

"Well that was fun" Em days making all of us laugh just before the five minute bell rang

"Something new every day" I chuckle as Em Caleb and I start our way to first period.

"Belle wake up" Beck nudges my arm "We're going to lunch

"Oh thank god" I pop my head up and follow everyone out.

"Amy needs help with an English thing so we'll be in the library, but we'll meet you guys later" Beck smiles as his cheeks heat up

"Have fun" I grin at him making him roll his eyes. I feel my heartbeat speed up a little bit "Don't be nervous" I grin

He just nods and starts walking the opposite way.

I look ahead to see Arrex and Em a few feet in front of us, leaving Caleb and I.

"So Becks obviously into Amy, Ace has Brett and every one of the guys has their hookup of the week, what about you? I gotta get you a girl" I smile at him. I loved playing matchmaker.

"Eh I got my eyes on one particular one, but I don't know" he shrugs "Plus relationships, not exactly my thing"

"You just need the right girl, one that'll smack you upside the head" I say making him laugh lightly

"I think I found her" he grins at me, I was honestly surprised. He doesn't really talk to a lot of girls that he has genuine feelings for. He only talks to them to fuck them, and be done.

"Then talk to her and tell her"

"Not that easy princess" he sighs as he looks in front of him "She's intelligent, beautiful and insane. So I don't think that'll be happening anytime soon, but if I do, you'll be the first to know" he chuckles "You and then most likely Em"

"Well yeah obviously" I flip my hair behind me "We have to make sure she's not a total

Biotch"

"Oh trust me, she isn't" he laughs "well depending on the circumstance"

I just laugh along with him. I was happy for him, he found someone, now he just needs to tell her.

"You two coming?" Arrex calls from ahead

"Yep!" I smile as Caleb and I catch up to them

All four of us enter the cafeteria together and start walking straight to our table. But as we pass Lexi's table, I can't help but hear them muttering the word 'whore'.

"I'll catch up" I tell the three. Caleb and Arrex both give me a look but I shake my head.Em just smirks before following the two guys. Just because I didn't take the things she said to heart, didn't mean anyone else did. I actually stand up for myself and she still continues to say shit, imagine what she says to someone who can't stick up for themselves. I won't let her talk to anyone else the way she talks to me. I'm done with her shit, once and for all. She is not going to continue talking to other like she is.

"I wouldn't get into this Lexi" Caleb calls behind him before continuing his walk to our table.

"Im sorry but do any of you even know the definition of the word whore?" I questions looking at Lexi and all of her dogs.

Who am I kidding, they were all stupid. well actually, all of them except Lexi. I don't know why but this whole dumb airhead thing was an act, she had all honors and AP classes like me. In the ones we shared, I know she did extremely well in too.

"Yeah, it means slutty bitch" Bianca scoffs like I'm the stupid one.

Yeah okay hun...Sure it does.

"Yeah no it doesn't dumbass, its a noun, and it refers to a prostitute. As in, your future jobs." I smile as I gesture at all of them "but that's besides the fact. I'm not going to stoop down to your levels." I state before turning the look at Lexi. "You can be a bitch all you want. But I know deep down you're just a lonely insecure girl with obvious attention and abandonment issues. So have fun with that! I have better things to do in life than deal with the drama this is you" I smile as I walk away.

"Okay what were we talking about?" I question as I sit in my usual seat across from Em

"Championship" Em says quickly

The guys had this Friday off, hence us going to the beach house, but next Friday was the big conference championship game. They have had practice everyday after school. All of us were excited as hell for the game. Last year they won in the conference championship against East Warren but now East Warren was back and they desperately wanted a win. East Warren were notorious cheaters but Arrex says they've learned most of their tricks. We beat them in regular season so hopefully we can do it again.

"And you guys are going to kick ass at conferences" I shrug making them chuckle

"Yeah hopefully" Arrex sighs "I swear if any of those East Warren douche bags pull any of their shit I'm going to kick all their asses"

"Chill rex, I don't think you can fight a whole ass team" Em grins making him laugh.

He would be the idiot to fight a whole ass

team, he didn't care.

"Hey guys" Beck smiles as he and Amy join us

"Where have you two been?" Tyler says, wiggling his eyebrows

Both Amy and Becks cheeks turn red causing my eyebrows to shoot up. I send him a questioning glance which he very rudely ignores before he sits down beside Jordan with Amy across from him.

I catch the smirk Em sends my way before looking back at my twin. Who is obviously trying his best to not look at me.

The rest of lunch went as normal. Well besides Beck who was avoiding me like the plague.

"Okay Aim you gotta tell me what the hell happened in he library?" I questions as she Caleb and I walk to class

"Absolutely Nothing happened" she huffs before walking away.

Okay...weird. She's never like that.

"They think you're going to be pissed cause she's on of your best friends." Caleb states simply as if he can read my thoughts "Beck told me a little bit. They almost kissed but he chickened out cause he thought you'd be pissed"

"Well I'm not him, I don't care if he likes my best friend. Sure it is hypocritical but I'm not pissed." I shrug

It was extremely hypocritical. But to be honest I didn't care. They would be cute together, they're both book nerds, and he's extremely outgoing to compliment her natural quiet and shyness.

"He knows it's hypocritical, that's one of his two rules, you cant date or hook up with his friends but here he is with yours" He explains

"God my brothers are so stupid" I huff entering the classroom

"Can't argue with that" Caleb agrees earning a laugh from me. He loved them but he was definitely in agreement with me on this one.

"Don't get me wrong I love them, they're my family but yeah, they're stupid" He grins pulling my seat out for me

I just laugh and shake my head at my idiotic brothers.
