"BELLE ITS FOOTBALL DAY!" Arrex yells as he hops off the floor, where he and the rest of the guys were sleeping, and onto my bed, where Em and I were sleeping.

"Arrex get off" Em groans trying to push my brother off the bed

"BUT GIRLS ITS FOOTBALL DAY!" Caleb joins him on the bed, specifically jumping on me

"Ow! You're heavy as hell!" I yell at him, trying to push him off

"That's all muscle babe" he grins at me. I hated that grin sometimes...most times

"Sure it is fatass" I growl as I turn my head to the side and close my eyes once again.

"Um excuse you, have you seen this ass? It's glorious" he scoffs still resting his head on my stomach.

"Caleb...stop talking" I say throwing one of my pillows at him

"But really let's go, we let you guys sleep a little longer but we have to leave soon" Beck says looking at us

"Oh fine, get off so I can get up" Em orders Arrex

"You too, move" I snap at Caleb

"No need to be crabby, it's football day!" Caleb grins as he climbs off of me. I try to conceal a grin, knowing that I was failing.

Once the guys leave Em and I change into our LHS sweatshirts with our school mascot, the rhinos, on the front, and our last names and numbers on the back. Em was wearing her usual makeup and had her short shoulder length hair slightly curled to perfection. I only applied a little concealer under my eyes along with some mascara and left my unruly long blonde hair down in its usual waves.

When we walk downstairs, we are greeted with the amazingness that is my dads cooking. He made everyone bacon and pancakes along with toast and tater tots.

"Hey Baileyboo" my dad smiles before tossing another pancake on the pile.

"Hey dad," I grin taking some bacon off the plate next to him. Earning a light smack in the hand from my dad. He hated it when I stole the bacon but let me get away with it nonetheless.

"Hey old ski" Em says entering the kitchen making me almost spit out my bacon. She was basically a second daughter to my dad and teased him much like the rest of us.

"Old ski? Really?" My dad questions, raising a brow at her.

I mean my dad was Old, I he had a twenty nine year old kid, obviously he'd be old. He turned 54 this year.

"Yeah you're old" she grins before taking her spot at the island counter in the middle of the kitchen.

"Always a joy having you around Em" my dad huffs.

"Oh you love me dad" she grins

"sadly yes" he sighs dramatically

Em has assigned us all names, my dad was Old ski, my oldest brother zach was bearded ski, then Ryan was badass ski, Ace was smart ski, Arrex was asshole ski or Adorable ski, depending who we were around, Beck was funny Ski, I was little Ski and Colton was fighty ski.

"Arrex can we get coffee?" I ask

"Already done, yours is on the counter" Caleb walks in from the living room gesturing to the counter across from me

"Did you even get th-" I start question snarkily but Caleb cuts me off

"French vanilla iced coffee, three shots of espresso and easy sugar, extra cream, or as I like to call it heart attack in a cup" he smirks

Now that was a surprise. He actually remembered my coffee order. This shit was practically my crack. Usually I only got three shots of espresso, but if I was stressed, on my period, or sad, I got four.

"You did remember" I smile as I take the cup off the counter.

"Of course the shit is your crack" he says making everyone laugh "I like your number by the way" He smirks

I turn around and glare at him. I forgot we both had the same lucky number. 16. It was our birthdays.

"You stole my number" I pout, taking a sip of my amazing coffee

"Technically, you stole my number, I was born a year before you and Beck" He was right but I still argued anyway. I could be dead wrong and still argue.

"I still find that hilarious, my best friend, baby sister and I have the same birthday" Beck laughs as I glare at him.

"Shut up" Caleb and I both snap at Beck

Mine and Beck's numbers corresponded. He was 12, the number of our birth month and I was 16, our birthday.

"Okay we got to go guys, school starts in fifteen" Ace says

"Alright lets go" I say as Em and I grab our bags

We all hug my dad goodbye and pile into eachothers cars before speeding to school and practically running to our first period classes

"Wow y'all barely made it" out teacher Mrs.Ria smirks as Caleb, Tyler, Em and I stumble in the classroom

"Yes buuuuuut I have this day old cherry dum-dum for you" Caleb smiles with puppy dog eyes before handing her the sucker

"Go sit down" she orders and we do as told.

"Dude I totally missed fourth period" Jordan smirks as he sits down at our table.

He had messy hair and swollen lips, and part of his shirt was unbuttoned. It wasn't a suprise he skipped to get with a girl, all of them did it kind of weekly. Well a majority of them did, Ace never did and Wes did it not nearly as much at the rest do.

"You missed a button" I laugh

He looks down and his cheeks tint red as he fixes his shirt and looks back at us

"So who was it?" Ace questions

"Marcy Leanness" he smirks and the guys high five him. I actually liked Marcy, she was nice to everyone, she wasn't the smartest but she was super sweet.

"Wait really? She told me she had the gonnorhea" Em says with a serious face "we talk all the time and she said something about it in third" she looks at him with a seriousness across her face.

I knew she was lying of course, she always plays with the ends of her hair when she lies. She was currently playing with the tips of her curls. The boys still have yet to learn that tell.

"Em don't fuck with me right now I'm serious" he orders

"I'm dead serious" Em being the actress she is, keeps a straight face

I try to contain my laughter and I see Caleb and Arrex are too, we are the only ones who know her tell.

After a few moments of tense silence she breaks out into laughter

"I totally got your ass" she laughs and gives me a high five

"You're a bitch" Jordan pouts "I mean I used a condom but still you bitch!"

"Awww love you Jordy" she grins

"Speaking of bitches" Ace warns us looking over my shoulder

I glance around to see Lexi and her friends, Bianca, Beatrice, and Taylor, making their way towards our table, to be honest I've been waiting for this all week, but instead of coming to our table, they stop two tables over. The only resident of the table was a smaller girl with beautiful waist length dark brown hair, she wore big thick glasses and a long red cardigan sweater with blue jeans and white converse. I recognize the girl from my sixth period class. She was super quiet and I noticed she was always reading a new book. I had only talked to her once or twice this week but she seemed really sweet. Why was Lexi talking to her? I couldn't imagine Amy doing anything worth Lexi being a bitch to her over, she was quiet and sweet to everyone. She's basically the polar opposite of Lexi and I've learned that unless you were one of her friends, Lexi didn't have one nice thing to say.

I shush my friends so I can hear what Lexi's saying and hear the words "friendless lonely freak" and immediately stand up.

"Belle what are you doing?" Em questions

"I'll be right back, I gotta do something" I grin

"Okay" Em shrugs and turns back to the guys

"Hey Amy!" I smile at her as I approach the table and sit at the empty seat next to her, facing Lexi "Thanks for saving a seat"

"I-Uh-" Amy starts to speak but I wink at her and give a slight nod to Lexi, signalling for her to play along

"Oh yeah no problem" Amy smiles slightly before I turn back to Lexi and see her staring daggers at me

"Thanks for keeping my friend company, you can leave now" I tell her monotonously before turning back to Amy

"Excuse me?" A look of suprise covers her face

"In sorry, did I stutter?" I say sending her a fake smile "I said you can leave now." I snap the last bit, fake smile falling

"Okay I know you're new here bitch but you need to learn your place, so why don't you walk back over to your friends, stop talking to us and leave Lexi to resolve her business with this little freak who tripped her" Lexi's friend, I think her names,Bianca,snaps

"It was an accident, I swear I didnt mean to! I just dropped my book and bent over to pick it up" Amy defends with tears in her eyes

I felt bad for her. It was an accident, things happen. Get over it. There's no need to go full bitch mode for it.

"No one tells me what to do besides my dad, and despite your loud ass mouth, you're nothing like him. I'm not some bitch you can walk over and I'm sure as hell not going to let you do that to others." I tell Bianca before gesturing to Amy, keeping a brave face. I typically didn't like attention but at this point I didn't care, it wasn't okay to talk to people like they were nothing.

"You're walking on thin ice. First you kiss my boyfriend and now this, I would sit down if I were you before you get yourself in a situation you'll regret. Besides who even hangs around that many guys? I mean unless you're fuckin all of them, but who am I kidding you aren't hot enough for any of them" Lexi smirks at me, it funny how she thinks that I actually take a joke like her seriously. It's even funnier that she thinks Caleb still her boyfriend.

"Yeah she is!" Caleb, Jordan, Tyler, and Wes all call over, followed by them yelling 'ow', presumably becuase my brothers had punched all four of them.

"First off, he kissed me. It's also cute you think he's still your boyfriend." I say patronizing "Second, I'm not new. Half of those guys over at that table are my brothers and the other half I've known my whole life. You have no right insinuating I'm a slut, and even if I were, who gives a damn? Maybe you should ask someone of your friends how many of them Kazer's fucked in the passed month, yet you still keep them within whatever cult you have going on," I grin glancing at all of her friends behind her who are now looking at the ground. Even Bianca, fiddles her hands as her cheeks turn red.

"My point has been proven. Its also funny how you think I'm actually afraid of you. I know other people might be, because you're loud, rich and obnoxious but I can be just as loud and obnoxious as you. You're just a lonely bitch who is insecure about her own meaningless life so she takes it out on others who are quieter and ultimately better than her. I don't give a fuck what you think about me, you can say whatever the hell you want, but you will not pick on those quieter than you just because you know they won't speak up. Now I'm losing my patience , so why don't you go sit down somewhere you're actually wanted." I say looking up at her, not breaking the stare between us

"Oh please" Bianca scoffs making me smirk "we could both easily kick your ass"

Have you ever seen like a comic scene where there's a big dog like a Rottweiler standing in front of a much smaller rat dog, like a chihuahua, and the chihuahua is hiding behind the Rottweiler just yapping away. Yeah, that's Bianca and Lexi right now.

"No you can't" Caleb yells over with a grin and he holds two thumbs up to me before high fiving Beck who was giving me the 'you've only been here a week, no fighting" look.

I chuckle at the wink Caleb shoots over at me before turning back to Lexi and Bianca.

"Don't let your alligator mouth say shit your hummingbird ass can't defend. Do not say shit just because your pride is hurt, you'll regret it later," I snap grabbing Amy's hand

"Now I gotta go, I'm allergic to fake ass bitches and I can already feel myself getting a rash. Have the day you deserve, we're leaving"

"Aw the ugly awkward freak and the ugly Tomboy freak are friends, how cute" Bianca coos trying to get a reaction out of me

"Aww the nasty bitch and the -" I speaks up but stop mid sentence with a grin. "oh wait you don't have any real friends just bitches who follow you like the dogs they are." I just laugh while Lexi glares at us, looking like she was about to explode as Amy and I walk away.

"A word of advice, don't fuck with me." I add before sitting down at my table.

Lexi storms away with her dogs scurrying after her and I gain high fives from all my friends.

"Bitch Belle made an appearance today" Caleb grins " and for once I wasn't the reason!"

"Yeah yeah, I'm sorry I'm usually not a bitch" I say turning to Amy

"Oh yeah I-I know, I swear I'm not either." Amy smiles shyly "She's just been constantly like this since school started. Thanks for sticking up for me"

"Of course" I smile at her "we kind of hate her" I laugh gesturing to Em and I.

"Oh I'm Emma by the way, but you can just call me Em, everyone else does" Em smiles and waves as she introduces herself

"Nice to actually meet you" Amy says softly

"Okay so guys, this is Amy," I introduce her to the rest of my friends

"You're in our AP anatomy right?" Caleb asks

Amy nods slightly in response. Sadly that was one of the three periods I shared with Lexi and Bianca.

"I thought that was you," he smirks and shakes her hand "Well to formally introduce myself, I'm Caleb"

"Yeah, you know him and then my three brothers, Ace, Arrex and Beck. And then there's Tyler, Jordan and Wes" I say pointing out all my friends and brothers

They all I've welcoming smiles but return to their normal conversations, Well all besides Beck whose eyes linger on Amy a slightly longer than the rest.

"I love that book" He smiles at Amy, pointing at her book, A Song of Ice and Fire, "I just finished the series"

That was Becks favorite series by George R.R. Martin. I've only ever read the first book, personally they were too long for me. I have no problem reading 600 page books but any more than that and my attention to the plot starts to diminish. Beck though could read books over two thousand pages long like it was no big deal.

"Wait really?" She smiles at him with wide eyes

"Yeah it's an insane series, I also watch the show" he nods

"I wanted to finish at least the first book before starting the show. Is the show any good?" She questions, obviously happy at the shared interest.

"Yeah it's amazing, definitely recommend, there are slight differences from the book but they're pretty minor, in total it's almost spot on" Beck nods

"Good to know, I'll have to hurry up and finish then" she smiles at him and he returns the gesture.

The bell inturrupts our conversations and within seconds were all standing up while grabbing our bags to go to sixth period.

"Hey Amy you want to walk with us?" Caleb asks her before I even could. We usually went the back way from lunch cause there was usually less people.

"Oh yeah-uh sure" she smiles and nods

"So Belle-Uh w-why did you defend me?" Amy questions timidly

"Why wouldn't I? Lexi was being a bitch, no one deserves to be talked to like that" I smile genuinely. Everyone deserved to be treated like a human until they give a reason not to be.

"Well thanks"

"It was nothing really," I shrug

"You know a lot of people thought you are a bitch to be honest" Amy tells me "you know cause youre more of LIKE the 'popular' crowd"

"Ha she is" Caleb snorts

"Only when necessary! Shut up Caleb " I smack him on the chest, shutting him up "I try not to be a bitch, I'm nice to everyone until they give me a reason not to be," I smile

"well I'm glad"

"Me too, us freaks gotta stick together" I grin making her laugh

As Calebs holds the door open for us and we enter our last period of the day.
