《Never in a Million Years ✔️》1-Still the same Bitchass Belle

"Baileyboo!" I hear my twins voice from behind me. God, I missed hearing his annoying ass.

I feel the biggest grin take over my face as I face my brothers. I haven't seen my family or been actually home in just under a year.

"Guys!" I yell as I full on sprint over to my brothers. As soon as I'm in arms reach, my older brother, Ace, pulls me in for a hug.

"We missed you Bails" Ace says with tears in his eyes. He was always the more emotional brother, he was definitely the sweetest and more understanding one in my family.

"Everyone did" Arrex, Ace's twin corrects. Now Arrex wasn't necessarily as understanding and sweet as Ace was, he was more the protective one. He's the one to tell it like it is no matter how crude. He'd kick someone's ass in a heartbeat if they ever hurt any of us.

"You guys have no idea how much I missed you" I say, though it's mumbled by Arrex's chest

"I'm suprised, I thought you would've loved to get away from us" My younger brother, Colton grins. Colton was the baby of the family and you definitely knew it. He was the showboat in everything he did, he loved attention but not in the bad attention whore way. He just naturally attracted attention and instead of avoiding it like I usually would, he'd bask in it. He was cocky, but he honestly had a right to be. The boy was athletically gifted. At just fifteen he had starting spots on almost every varsity team in our school, besides golf and tennis. He hated both of those though, so it wasn't that big of a deal. He was extremely dedicated and really put his heart into everything he did. Like Arrex though, he liked to fight a lot, which would get him into a lot of trouble.

"Oh don't think you're special now, I was so happy to be away from you guys at first" I say making them laugh "but then after a few weeks of living in my dorm , it got too quiet, I missed the chaos" I grin up at them

"Okay I want a hug" my twin, Beck pouts. He was without a doubt my other half. I seriously have no idea how I went a year without him. We were similar in a lot of ways. We both had the same golden blonde hair and brown eyes. We also both had the freckles across our noses and the same devious smirk that's gotten us in trouble on multiple occasions. The differences besides our height were typically minor. Like his eyes were dark brown whereas mine were light. I had the thick, wavy hair where he had the more polished tame hair. The obvious was definitely the height differences. I stood at the average 5'4"... my twin however was a giant at 6'2". Like me he was super outgoing and bubbly, but he could easily flip that switch and turn into a dick when necessary.

"Hey twin" I grin as he wraps his arms around me in a bone crushing hug. Somehow my twin got taller in the last year...Or I got shorter which is a possibility. I was average height, but all the guys in my life were fuckin giants, the shortest being 5'11".

"Hey baby sis" I feel his chest vibrate as he laughed.

I hated when he called me that. He was only three minutes older than me, but this time I let it slide, I missed him. Being apart from your twin for a whole year is hard. He's my partner in crime.

"Babygirl!" I hear my dad yell to me. I look over to see him and my stepmom, Cheryl smiling the widest smile I've ever seen.

"Dad! Cheri!" I yell before running over to then and wrapping them in a hug

"God I know it was only a year but you look so much older Belle! No longer my baby." He looks down at me with teary eyes, calling me by my middle name . "Your face...you seriously look older. How is that even possible?"

"Dad, I'm still the same Bails" I roll my eyes at him. He was so mushy sometimes, especially when it came to us kids.

"Oh my god I've missed you! The only sanity I had was Em!" Cheri says, enveloping me in a hug. Being surrounded by guys for long periods of time would drive anyone insane, well, if you weren't used to it like I was "I'm so sorry that I have to leave just as you get back," she smiles sadly at me.

She had to leave tonight for a show in Australia. Shes a fashion designer and is currently a featured artist for a show in Sydney in three weeks. She has to prepare and run dress rehearsals so she wouldn't be home for the next month.

"Its fine! We can have a girls day once you get home!" I grin as she lets go "Its my turn to go insane, you enjoy Australia!" I say making her laugh.

Though Cheri wasn't my real mom, she's been there for me since I was ten. She's more of a mother to my brothers and I than our actual mom is.

"God you have changed" My dad says as Cheri nods along.

"Dad! I'm still me" I smile at him as I roll my eyes. He looked like a scary guy with his strong build and resting scowl but in reality my dad was just a corny, sentimental teddy bear.

"Yep, the same bitchass Belle" I hear Beck snort from behind me making all three of my other brothers laugh. They never called me by my actual name-Bailey- it was always Belle, my second name. Bailey-Belle Ryanne Kalanski. The only one in my family with a double first name. As said before though, very few people actually call me Bailey. It's almost always Belle, sometimes Bails.

"Yep! And Im still the same Belle that could kick all your asses, no matter how much football training you go through" I smirk looking back at them. They may have gotten bigger and obviously gained more muscle from the training, but I still know all their weak points.

"Yeah right, come at me bitch" He grins while gesturing with his hands.

This was what I missed. Insulting eachother and arguing with my brothers were actually two of my favorite hobbies.

We're an extremely funny family, some would even say viscously funny, it's just how we work. If you love someone you insult them over and over again until they hate themselves, and then they need you to love them more. It's Family. So when I don't have someone insulting me daily, it's weird.

"Okay are you guys ready to go home?" My dad asks, throwing my last bag in the back of our SUV.

"I couldn't be more excited" I can't contain the smile taking over my face and I hop into the backseat.

"Oh Bails everyone's at the house by the way" Cheri says.

"Wait everyone?" I ask excitedly as my heart swells

Our friends were our family, sadly that meant this one person who was basically the bane of my existence was always there. Actually, no he's not THAT bad but he's possibly the biggest jackass I know. It's hard to belive I actually used to like him, now there are times where I can't stand him. Don't get me wrong, I do love him sometimes, being around someone everyday for your whole life, obviously you'll grow an attatchment to them but I also hate him with a passion if that makes any sense at all.

Caleb Kazer. Ace, Arrex and Beck's best friend since birth. One out of the two people we've been friends with since birth.

There are many words to describe Caleb, my favorites being, egotistical playboy asshole.

He's easily the best looking guy in Texas and he knows it. Not only is he charismatic and visually perfect, he's also extremely smart and a star quaterback who has basically every D1 school in the country after him. He has very few flaws, except for the fact that he can be a complete dick. He's literally teased and messed with me since we could walk. He also calls me princess, it annoys me to no fucking end.

"Well everyone besides Caleb and Jordan, They're at an NFL conference thing" Arrex says casually, like the NFL is nothing big. My eyes immediately go wide as I stare at his grinning face through the mirror.

"WAIT what?" I stop dead in my tracks "The fucking NFL?!"

"Yeah" Ace grins "There's a possibility, both of them might get drafted straight out of high school. Neither of them wanted us to tell you until you got back."

"That's amazing!"

Though I disliked Caleb, I couldn't help but be happy for him and my other best friend, Jordan.

Jordan, just like Caleb, was a god. He was gorgeous, flirty and full of sexual innuendos. He was also an amazing wide receiver, possibly the fastest in the state. The only difference was he wasn't a total douche. He was absoloutely hilarious and possibly the sweetest guy I've ever met. We quickly became friends after we first met when we were little and have been inseperable every since.

"Yeah they said they'll be back tonight though" Arrex adds

"I can't wait to see everyone" I grin, excited I'll get to see Jordan later.

"Even Co?" Beck smirks, knowing that I wasn't Calebs biggest fan. He was often caught in the middle of our arguments. Caleb was his best friend but I was his twin so I held some status. If I wasnt his twin, he would most likely side with Caleb on everything.

"Everyone besides him" I grin sweetly "Your best friend's an asshole"

"Oh I know but so are we" Ace says. I mean he wasn't wrong, we were all assholes. Caleb took it to a new level though.

"And besides, he's our brother" Arrex shrugs "So you kinda have to deal

It was true, he was at our house more than his own, and he was just as protective over me as my brothers were, you can guess how annoying that gets. He wasn't like a brother to me, but he definitely was to the boys.

I let out a small yawn and smile at my brothers

"Go to sleep Belle you had a long flight." My dad tells me, looking at me through the rearview mirror.

"Yeah you look like shit." Colton grins.

"Shut up and let me get my beauty sleep." I mumble with a smile on my face.

"Yeah god knows you need it." Arrex snorts while making a vary unattractive face.

I fell asleep to the sound of country music and my family laughing. I was finally home, where we had loud music and broke the rules nightly. Our town was so small we could literally walk anywhere. Its like a country Stars Hollow, everyond knew everyone; we had the little town gossip ladies, we had the diners that only locals went to, and we loved eachother no matter what . It's where I come from and the place I'll always come back to.

"Belle get your ass up we're home."

Home. Thank god. I couldn't be happier for constant warm weather and sun. Chicago was nice and all but the winter fucking sucked. I have never expirienced cold like that in my life and dont plan on doing so ever again. The lowest it got here in December was mid thirties and even that's a stretch, usually it never went below 45. I mean we're in Southern Texas whats do you expect? In Chicago though, at one point it was twenty-two below zero and that's not counting windchill. It also snowed, on and off, from December to April. APRIL!! We got one last mini-snow storm mid-april. In total this passed winter, I think we got around 4 feet of snow.

"Fuck off" I mumble to Colton.

"Fine guess I'll just go get some ice water" Ace says.

Another thing I didn't miss, my brothers preferred method of waking me up- Dumping a small bucket or cup of ice water on me. After the first attempt of trying to wake me, they grabbed the ice water.

"No!" I say, sitting up as my eyes shoot open making all of them laugh. They all thought it was hilarious.

"Let's go" Arrex grins, nodding his head to our house.

I take one of my bags from him and run inside to see my best friends.

All gathered around the living room are our best friends, Emma, Tyler and Wes. My brothers and I were so close in age that our groups, MY friends and THEIR friends eventually just became OUR friends at a very young age. We didn't really care though, as long as we were having fun, none of us were really bothered by it. Plus the Four of us actually got along really well.

"BELLE!" Em screams before jumping off the couch and running at me.

"EM!" I copy her yell as we fall into a hug.

I feel tears fill my eyes as she squeezes me tight. Another person I was practically inseperable with. Though we talked every night, it just wasn't the same as actually seeing her in person.

"God you have no idea how much I missed you" she says as tears stream down her face. I had been waiting for this moment for, well , a year actually. "God you look different!"

"I missed you too." I say as I feelmy own tears start to sprinkle my cheeks. "Are you-are you okay?"

"Ive never been better" it was relief to hear this. For some irrational reason, I was so anxious to see everyone again. It was just a weird worry that they'd all be mad at me for leaving or just not want to see me.

"I want a hug" I hear from beside me as Em and I release from our embrace. The blonde teddy bear, also known as Tyler Powell, was standing beside us pouting.

"Come here Ty" I grin at him the giant blond.

The man-child barrels towards me with a huge grin on his face as he wraps his burly arms around me. He may look scary but he's anything but.

"I missed you Little Ski!" He lifts me up and spins me around.

"Missed you too Ty" I laugh

"Okay now let her hug her real best friend" Wes grins from behind Tyler

"Bitch please" Em scoffs making all of us laugh. It was a known, Em and Jordan were my number ones. Not that I didn't love all my friends, I loved all of them more than myself and would do anything in the world for them.

"Wesley" I grin as he wraps me up in a hug. "I missed you"

"Glad you're back Little Ski, these dumbasses were driving me insane" He smirks at Em and Tyler who just glare in return

"Okay now that we're done crying" Ems says grabbing my hands and dragging me to the couch "Tell me all about Chicago."

"Well I mean you kinda know everything" I grin

I facetimed her everyday while I was there. I felt bad, but she was really the only one besides my brothers that I talked to consistently, I just didnt have time to talk to everyone every day. Hell I haven't talked to Caleb since the week after I left. But Em and I made a promise to FaceTime everyday before I left and we definitely stuck to it. It was to the point that she is even friends with my two roommates.

"Oh so I meant to ask you, Em was telling me about your two friends?" Tyler smirks as he and Wes join us on the couch

"Oh yeah, Sage and Ashley?" I smirk at her

"Yeah that's their names! They're hot as hell when can I meet them?" Tyler grins eagerly

"They might be coming down in January" I chuckle lightly sending a devious smirk to Em.

Here's the thing about Sage in particular. She's gorgeous, has this whole badass beauty thing that I wish I could have. She had dark hair and tan skin with extremely icy almost grey blue eyes all that she inherited all from her Puerto Rican mother. Along with her attitude and resting bitch face. She has more of badass style but her attitude is what tops everything off. Like me, she doesn't give a shit, but she's a lot more blunt about it. If she doesn't like you, you'll know within minutes of meeting her. She also hates fuckboys, AKA the guy currently sitting in front of me.

Ashley on the other hand is her total opposite. She's bright and cheery. She has golden blonde hair, similar to mine only it's sleek and straight, with sky blue eyes. She is always smiling and loves literally everyone, unless you're an asshole. Then she goes full bitchmode and will start yelling at you in Gaelic. That doesn't happen very often though. She's the girly one, I think that's why her and Em get along so well.

"Oh and Belle we're having a welcome home party for you tonight" Arrex adds as he sits next to Em.

"What?"

"Yep!"

"Yay," I smirk at the exchange.

I liked parties, but I really haven't been to one since I left. I didn't get out much in Chicago. They weren't my favorite thing, usually I'd like to stay at home with Netflix and my favorite ice cream, but they were fun on occasion. I was in desperate need of a fun party though.

"Dads working tonight after he drops Cheri off at the airport," Beck grins "Everyones coming over."

"First night back and staring with a party, oh it's good to be back" I say making them all laugh

---------

It was currently one in the afternoon, the party wasn't until 8:30ish and my dad left at seven, we had plenty of time to get ready. So Em and I just lounged around and ate all day. It was as if nothing changed at all.

"So how were things while I was gone?" I say as I hand her the bowl of popcorn.

"If you're asking about everything, it's been great except for the fact you weren't there." She smiles and I let out a breath of relief. Em hasn't really had it easy, I've always tried my best to be there for her though, no matter what happened.

"So any guys in Chicago?" She asks as we enter my room once again after our third food run

"There were plenty guys in Chicago, none of which ever caught my eye. I mean there was Darren but you know about him and his clingyness" I grin making her laugh "he agreed with me on everything! He never argued and did everything for me, I hated it. I can do my own shit, I don't need someone else doing everything for me all the time but he insisted"

"Oh yeah I forgot, you like the ones you can argue with. More specifically, the tall one with dark eyes and slightly curly hair" she smirks at me hinting to Caleb

"Oh totally, the guy I've wanted to choke my whole life" I instinctively roll my eyes at her. Of course she'd start on this again. Shes been convinced about this since freshman year.

"You know he's probably into that"

"Oh I would willingly bet money on it" she starts to laugh as I say this. "So what about here? Any hot new guys?"

"I mean, have you seen our friends, they don't get much hotter than that" she grins."no, sadly, no new hot guys"

I couldn't refute what she was saying, the guys were hot.

Wes had these bright blue eyes that really stuck out against his darker skin complexion and he had a smile that could make any girl fall to their knees. He was the most down to Earth guy I've ever met and he's just super likeable, it's why people, specifically girls were so drawn to him. He is quieter than the rest of the guys, he actually doesn't really talk much but he's honestly super sweet to everyone he meets.

Tyler is just adorably cute. He had electric BLUE blue eyes that would always dart around the room when he was nervous or lying. He had sprinkles of freckles across his nose with messy shaggy blonde hair. He was super muscular and honestly could be really intimidating if you didn't know him. In actuality, he was just a huge teddy bear, he's just a five year old at heart.

Jordan, had light green eyes that we're always full of energy. His jawline is as sharp as a fuckin sword and combined with that smirk of his, he has girls practically falling at his feet. He's an extremely sweet guy and if he loves you, he loves with his whole heart. He was the second biggest player in our group, he can easily get any girl he wants. He may be my best guy friend but he is definitely a man whore.
