And then Kakashi hissed that he's slow. I'm bored as hell, I didn't imagine that this cat hunting was so boring. This is our first mission as a team and yet, it's so boring. I just went along since I don't want Kakashi and everyone to shout on me, it's troublesome. It bothers me a lot.

"Okay..." He paused. I almost laugh. I remember this scene. "Go!" And then we all jump to where is Tora's the fucking cat who is always missing but it's just as good since the owner – the feudal lord's wife giving a tip for those genin team who'll manage to find Tora. "Yosh, Sasuke, check the target if it's affirmative." And then Sasuke checked so I removed my earphones since Naruto will shout and he did. Wow, their eardrums probably hurt so bad right now. I can sense Kakashi groaning out of pain while Sakura's preparing to punch Naruto, I released my KI to stop her.

Just how many times do I have to threaten her to stop that mannerism.

"S-sorry, Kashina-chan." She said. I just nodded and went to Naruto to grab Tora because she's hurting him. "Tora, stop it." I grab the cat out of Naruto's reach. "I'm tired, you're tired, we're all tired so calm down." I feel my team's glare but I don't care. Luckily, Tora's able to calm down on my hands – she actually like it there since I'm stroking her back gently.

"I didn't know you're good with cats." I heard Kakashi said. Were now walking back to where the Lord Hokage is to report our first dumbass mission. "I'm no good, it's just I know how to tame them." Well, me being Alexa before likes dogs more than cats but still I slightly like them because mom has a cat before and it's fucking disaster so in order to tame her cat, I practiced. "Hmmm"

And then we arrive at the Hokage's conference room. Iruka and the other Chunnin teachers were also present and I sensed 5 ANBU's outside the room, probably Hokage's guard for a meantime. Wait, I remember this scene, does that mean were going to the Land of Waves?!

The feudal lord's wife immediately went to me to grab Tora and then squashed it like a tomato. What the hell, this is the lone reason why her cat is always missing, eh! "Hmp! It serves that cat right!" Naruto hissed so Sakura jabbed his ribs to quite him down.

"Hn" Was all Sasuke's said. Not that I'm expecting anything from this bastard, it's irritating.

"Now, for the team 7's next mission. Babysitting, picking up weeds-." The Hokage was cut off when Naruto shouted 'NO' with his fingers crossed while his eyes were also closed. Both Kakashi and I facepalmed while Sakura and Sasuke probably thinking he's right. Well, they do really need experience, but well, just leave it there.

"SHUT UP! YOU'RE JUST A BRAND NEW GENIN! FOOL!" Woah, woah, Iruka-sensei calm down. I know you're mad because Naruto's disrespecting the Hokage but calm down. We should all calm down. And then Lord Hokage explain to everyone the importance of our missions. Were all genin so we're basically expecting D rank missions.

Naruto being a Naruto ignored his remarks to talk about how delicious his ramen dinner last night. I facepalm before looking at Kakashi. He's probably thinking that he's going to be yelled later. He looked back at me when he noticed my glare so I just shrug and let out a small chuckle before taping Naruto's shoulder for him to pipe down.

"Jiji! I'm not the brat you once knew..." And then he ranted on how he's going to become the Hokage in the future. I smirked. That's our boy! I felt the everyone's aura to be lifted because of his motivational speech. Well, that's his talk-no-jutsu that you can't just ignore no matter how strong you are.

"I see" Lord Hokage chuckled and then he shifted his gaze on mine. Hmm? "What do you think, Kashina-chan?" He's asking me? Wow, this is hot seat. I'm aware that he's aware of my Kenjutsu techniques since I'm always sensing him watching me. But this is hot seat, everyone is looking at me especially my team. "Uhm... well." I scratch the back of my head. "We need experience of course, my opinion won't matter anyway, it's your words that matter but well, we need experience in order to adopt to unexpected or expected battle since we're no longer in the era of wars and nation conflicts... we barely sharpen our skills. I'm not saying that we need wars to become strong, it's not that." I shake my arms up to tell them that it's not what I'm pointing at.

Ugh, I'm lost for words! It's embarrassing!

"Pipe down, Kashina-chan. I'm aware of what you're talking about." He said while smirking. This old guy! I apologetically smiled at Kakashi and Lord Hokage and look down since I'm feeling ashamed. "No need for you to feel ashamed, Kashina-chan. Let's see..." And then he blows his smoke out of his mouth before putting down his cigarette or what do you call that and then he looked at the mission scroll. "Since Naruto and Kashina is convincing... I'll be giving you a C Rank Mission." He told us.

"Lord Hokage!" Iruka retorted but Lord Hokage just gestured him to calm down. My brows raised so high before looking to my team who's now has the excitement imprinted on their face.

"I will assign team 7 to be escorts. It's C-rank mission." I zoned out a bit and didn't bother to listen on his remarks. I came back when I heard Naruto shouted. "Who are we escorting? A princess? Some counsellor?!" God! Pipe down Naruto! O, my God. It's only early in the morning but my head is already aching.

"Probably a drunken bastard" I whispered but I know Kakashi heard that. He has the best earing capabilities here and I don't know if the Lord Hokage also heard that. Not that I mind. I mentally smirked when Lord Hokage gestured someone to send the client in. You could smell the Sake scent lingering on him when he walked inside but that was fine.

I acted shocked when I felt Kakashi's gaze shifted on mine since I guessed it right. A drunken bastard is our client for todays mission. Great! Another annoying.

"Wha-what a bunch of little brats!" He exclaimed. If I'm not mistaken this is Tazuna – the bridge building of the Land of Waves. He's a bit ass but he's a good man – a bit. "And you little brat with the very idiotic look on your face, are you expecting me to believe that you're capable of escorting me?!" And then he drank on his alcohol. I mentally laughed.

"HAHAHAHA! Who's the little one with the idiotic look on his face...?" Naruto asked so we all lined up. I'm the tallest probably reached Kakashi's chest while Sasuke being the next and then Sakura and lastly, Naruto so he burst out. "I'LL KILL YOU!!!!" He exclaimed. Kakashi immediately grabbed a hold of his collar before he could attack Tazuna. "We're supposed to protect him Naruto, not to kill" Kakashi lectured.

"And you, the tallest one, is that a real blade?! Or just a prop!" Oho, Kakashi and my team as well as the Hokage froze because of his remarks. They're expecting me to burst out and yell since I hated being underestimated like what he did. So, I smiled. A smile that made everyone in the room shiver along with the Lord Hokage. Tazuna, who's now shaking on his knees along with the other Chunnin proctors dropped to the ground out of pressure.

"That's enough, Kashina!" Lord Hokage sweat drop. Better be thankful to Lord Hokage, Tazuna-san. If not, you'll die having heart attack. I released almost 30% of my KI earlier – the reason why the other Chunnin proctors got down. What a weak mental!

I look at him with a menacing aura before piping down. Well, that's for him to stop now. He should stop degrading my team since we're going to protect him from the demon brothers and Zabuza. Tazuna gulped but didn't apologized for what he said.

"My name's Tazuna, a master bridge builder and I expect the outmost security to get me there." Outmost, huh? Since I'm being good right now, I'll let it slide. I know that his country is poor so yeah, let it slide. So, we went outside to prepare.

I went home just to eat and quickly packed my clothes. I packed 2 joggers, 5 pairs undergarments and 4 T-shirts. After eating, I put my haori (coat type but not actually) to hide my Katana on my waist and immediately went to gate where we supposed to meet. Of course, the great Uchiha Sasuke didn't know the word 'late' so when I arrived there, he's already there leaning on the gate. Soon, Sakura, Naruto, Tazuna and Kakashi arrived so we began our journey.

Right after passing the Leaf Village's barrier, I sensed two ninjas' probably the demon brothers not too far away.

"YEAH!!!!" I snapped back to reality when Naruto yelled. "Is this your first time out of the village, Naruto?" Sakura asked. Wasn't that obvious? Naruto nodded his head before ginning like a mad dog. "I'M NOW A TRAVELER! BELIEVE IT!"

Good God, why doesn't Kishimoto made Naruto like Minato-type?! Tsk. Even so, he's so cute with his backpack on his back. He looks like a toddler, aw, Kushina, you'll love this sight.

"Hey" Tazuna called so I slightly shifted my attention to him. "Am I really going to be okay with that runt, huh? He's a..." He paused when he felt my glare. "You didn't know how to stop, aren't you? Underestimate my teammates more and I'll end you here, right here" I said with a very low and cold voice. I felt Kakashi hold my shoulder to calm me down so I scoffed before walking away. "Don't worry, I'm a Jonin." I heard Kakashi uttered.

I ignored everyone else as well as Naruto's bickers to cloud-watch. Kakashi being Kakashi brought his book out to read while we're walking so I level my pace on him. "What's that?" I asked him innocently. I badly want to laugh hard when I felt him froze because of my question. He's probably picking the best excuse or explanation on me about his perverted book. What a shame.

"It's... it's something a kid like you shouldn't know." Oh, wow, I think he's 14 or something when he started reading that damn Icha Icha Paradise book. Great!

"Lame" I retorted and left him alone.

At last. The infamous puddle of the dumbass demon brothers already appeared on my sight. Kakashi also noticed that since he looked on his shoulder before looking upwards to check weather. I look on him and notice him nodded, telling me to be quiet about it. As soon as the puddle came, I infused my foot chakra, 5 times than the usual and then SPLASH!

"Wow, puddle! Look, Kakashi-san, Naruto! A puddle!" And then I jumped on it again and again not minding the disgusting glare of Tazuna and Sasuke. Probably wondering why, the hell am I acting a child for no reason. While Sakura and Naruto being a numb, they're confused also. As for Kakashi, he's damn smirking under his mask! So, I stopped and leave them.

Hmp! What an impudent!

"What! Huh!" Kakashi shouted as the chains from the puddle wrapped around his waist and pulled to shreds. Well, that's definitely his clone. What a show off. The demon brothers appeared out of their disguise so I immediately gestured them to back off. "Everyone! Fall back! Don't let the chains touch you, we didn't know if something was mixed on that shit. Sakura, Naruto – protect the builder. Sasuke, lend me a hand." I commanded so they all nodded, they have no time to wiggle around. This is life and death situation. As soon as I felt the bridge builder back off with Naruto and Sakura, one of the demon brothers dashed to where are they but I immediately wield my blade to cut down his limbs that made Sakura and Naruto shout in horror. Did I miss? Sasuke's dealing with the other brother so I think he's fine.

What the heck, if they're aren't used to watch this kind of situation then they're aren't prepared. They should have known that life and death situation is present on becoming a ninja. I felt the two throw up because of fear, well, that's understandable.

His other brother came to me in anger of cutting his brother's limbs but I don't care. The sound of anguish from them made me feel addicted but I manage to suppress it. I don't want to look like a fucking psychopath. I infused chakra on my fist before punching the other brother on his chest, wew, the sound of his broken ribs made me cringe for a bit.

"Is everybody okay?" I asked them after shaking my blade a bit to let the blood drip to the ground. "Woah, you guys look like I killed ten people, calm down everyone." I muttered. They're all shaking, what should I do? Even Sasuke is shaking so, I calmed myself down to turn my KI off. "If you guys can't handle these kinds of insights, rethink your decision of being a ninja." That's what I said before Kakashi walked out of the woods. Wow, what a show off!

"B-but! T-that b-brutal!" Oh, God. She's scared. Hays, it's my fault to let them saw that. "I'm sorry, Sakura. It's a bad sight but I can't afford them stealing a second on me and let them hurt you guys. You should understand that life and situation is present on this job. It's not a simple ninja play thing." I lectured. I brought my flask out of my bag and have them drink on it. Sasuke also drank, he's probably afraid. Too afraid. This is his second time seeing a blood like that – brutally splashed, after the massacre. I'm feeling sorry for showing it to him.

"She's right, Sakura. Good job leading the team, Kashina. Good job team, you guys protected our client." He praised us. Wew, I felt a little, a little only, proud. "Kashina, let's talk later." He mouthed. Wow, is this what I've been reading before? The let's talk later thing and then?! KYAAAAA! No! It's better coming from Itachi's mouth!

Kidding.

"Kakashi-sensei!"

"Kakashi-sensei you're alive?!"

Both Sakura and Naruto yelled out. No, he's not. He's just a vision or illusion to jerk the hell out of you. Of course, he's alive! "You guys should calm down, there's no point on freaking out. He used substitution earlier." And they looked on where his ripped body earlier which is now woods. Yeah, they're dumb not to notice the disruption of Chakra on Kakashi earlier. Yeah, yet Sasuke and Sakura are one of the best students from the Academy. Great.

"Yeah, and in order to find who's their target" He said in low voice before he shifted his glare on Tazuna who's now sweating. I looked on Naruto who's now holding the back of his palm. My eyes widened and soon dashed in front of him. Gosh! I forgot this scene, I didn't know that those asses slipped on my watch!

"Naruto, sorry, I didn't help you earlier. I didn't mean for you to get hurt." He apologized, half-heartedly. While Sasuke mocked Naruto of being a scared cat bullshit, he made Naruto yell his name, the reason for me to cover my ears. God Damn, I feel sorry for my eardrums. "Why is it always me?!" Naruto yelled in pain. My gaze turns soft as I gently touch his palm but he let go and draw out his kunai to stab his wound.

"I pledge upon this wound, Tazuna-san. I will protect everyone! Believe it!" Wow, that's wonderful best boy! I grabbed his kunai to put it back on his storage bag. "That was a very nice speech, Naruto. But if you lose blood because of that, you'll die." And that made Naruto freaked out. Sigh, this guy. I gently touch his hands again and present my hand on Kakashi. He raised his brows as if asking what. "Do you have any bandage?" He nodded and brought out the roll of white bandage. I let Naruto's blood drip for a while before cleaning his hands with wipes carefully not touching the main wound. And then I quickly but gently wrapped the bandage around his hand. I softly smiled at him when he thanked me for bandaging his injured hand.

Now, for those assholes who manage to slipped their tiny chains. Wow, Kakashi already tied them while the other brother who's in pain of losing his both arms passed out.

"Is he dead?" I whispered on Kakashi. He just gave me a nod before picking the arms of that dead brother near him. The other one was crying but the fear is imprinted on his face.

"H-how did you guys know the ambush?!" He shouted, asking out of frustrations. "Bro, a puddle on a nice and clear day? What a Chunnin are you?" I taunted. He just growled and growled until the pain of having his ribs broken catch him and yeah, he passed away. "Oops, is he dead?" I asked Kakashi again. He just sweat drop on me before checking the pulse of the other brother. "Nope, but his chakra is low."

Kakashi then walked towards me and slightly hit my head. "Next time be gentle; your teammates aren't used on seeing those." But this is also my first time of killing! Hays, but yeah, our mentality level was obviously different. I'm mentally prepared of everything, ehh. "Sorry for arriving late, I needed to check who's their target and found out that it was Tazuna-san."

Yeah, now Zabuza, here we go!
