Jungkook ran through the hallways to follow the boy but he already reached the end of the third floor's hallway but there's still no trace of the said boy. He was huffing and looking around the rooms until something came into his mind. He ran upstairs in speed reaching the sixth floor immediately. He was again welcomed by the dark floor so he stopped.
Jungkook was having second thoughts, he wasn't sure if he's right but he has a feeling that the boy might be on his so-called 'lair'. He sighed and closed his eyes for a second before he continued walking towards the last room of the hallway. He was being careful, he can't even hear his breathing properly.
Nearing the last room, he heard some sobs and whimpers. His body began to actually relax but he felt something in his chest. His hand clenched on his black messenger bag as he walked inside the room slowly.
There he saw the boy he was trying to look for, sitting in the corner of the room with his knees pressed on his chest and arms wrapping around it as Jungkook continued to hear the sobs.
"I'm sorry Cooky, I'm weak... I can't even protect myself." Jungkook heard the boy said in between sobs.
Jungkook doesn't know what to do exactly. He has never been in this kind of situation neither tried to do what he was about to do so he just sighed. He found himself crouching down beside the boy's side. The boy sensed his presence and immediately flinched and backed away to the farthest corner of the room covering his already covered face even more.
"Why bother to cover your face? I can't see it anyways neither am interested." Jungkook said, having his normal blank stare sent at the boy named Jimin. But Jungkook can't even bear to say the boy's name, not even in his thoughts. He is really afraid of the boy to be honest and just saying his name sent him shivers.

Jimin looked down, still holding onto the hood of his cloak with his two hands tightly and covering his face whilst his pink bunny was on his lap. He bit his lip and tried to answer as he controlled his sobs.
"W-What are you doing here?...Y-You're not supposed to be here." Jimin didn't mean to be rude. He actually meant that since no one really wants to go up because his 'lair' is scary, he's surprised that the boy with the black hair would be here... again. Not to forget about their last time's encounter. He knows that the boy is afraid of him too.
"Do you have a problem with your speech? You keep on stuttering." That's what Jungkook was only interested at the moment. He didn't even mind if he was talking to the boy who was scaring the shit out of him still. He's just trying to be brave for some reason he doesn't even know.
Jimin shook his head and bit his lip. "I'm just...n-not used to talking with people...that's why." He said as he hugged his bunny still sniffing.
"Could I ask why?" Although Jungkook somehow knew, he still asked.
Jimin bit his lip harder as he tried to remember the reason which he was contemplating on answering. He wasn't even sure why Jungkook was talking to him, although a part of him liked that.
Jungkook sensed the uneasiness on the younger. "I'm sorry, you don't have to answer--"
"No one wants to talk to me." Jimin said, still looking on the ground. Jungkook felt a pang in his chest. It was the first time hearing such things. "T-They are scared of me. And...I have no friends beside Cooky." Jimin smiled a little whilst he looked at the pink bunny he cared so much.

Jungkook pities the younger, he was just there staring at the boy's figure. All of what Jimin was saying was so new in his ears. He knows why others would be scared to Jimin because look at him, he always wears this big black cloak like some grim reaper and he even talks to his bunny stuff toy like some child. Jungkook shrugged the idea, sounding rude even to himself.
He thought about it for a second and he found one thing they have in common.
"You know what? I have no friends too." He told not even feeling a little bit of sadness. Jimin looked at him with the cloak's hood still covering half of his face. He can't believe that someone like Jungkook wouldn't have any friends... he didn't believe him to be honest.
"I-It can't be... you're only saying that to make me feel better." Jungkook slightly chuckled, now sitting on the room's floor with Jimin two meters away from him.
"Trust me, I don't care about your feelings neither anyone else's to make up something just for your sake. And believe me or not, I really don't have any friends and I wouldn't just say something like that to comfort you... I'm not that type of person." Jungkook spat, not even looking at Jimin.
It sounded harsh even to Jimin but instead of feeling hurt, he somehow felt confused and curious. He wants to ask more but he chose not to since he felt embarrassed. He looked over at Jungkook between his long bangs and cloak. Even though he can't see Jungkook fully, he was thankful and happy that he was able to talk to him just for a little time. A smile managed to crawl on Jimin's face, feeling happy for some reason.
The bell suddenly rang, indicating that classes would start in no time. Jungkook stood up brushing off the dust from his bottom pants and he started walking to the door but when he realized that Jimin isn't moving in his position, he looked back.
"Aren't you coming with me?" He asked confused but Jimin got even more confused. The younger shook his head immediately.
"I-If I come with you...people would misunderstand. T-They could talk bad things about you too because of me."
"So?"
"I don't want that to happen." Jungkook was really surprised about Jimin. He was creeped out by the boy before but now he's just slightly scared.
He's not that bad I guess.
"Okay..." Jungkook replied not trying to force the boy. He left and proceeded to his first class leaving Jimin.
Jimin sighed and caressed his Cooky and for the first time... he doesn't feel that alone.
