*Thomas pov.*

We made it to the building, the man in a blue shirt and another man barricades the entrance so the infected can't get into the building, I look around it seem it used to be an old office building that's changed into storage. There's a large stack of blankets and toilet paper still wrapped in a plastic cover. People are taking cover behind stacks as they are confused and scared whispering to each other.

Man: I can't believe this is happening.

Women: I left for pain during the first outbreak just to return for the second one.

Women: *crying*Why..... Why me.....

Andy and I walk passing the stacks of blankets, the scared survivors, and as we continue I notice two people are hiding between large boxes he walks closer to them getting Andy's attention.

Andy: What?

When got to them I soon recognize the two people..... my mom and Tammy.

Me: Mom...Tammy?

Both turn and see us they jump to thier feet rush towards us, Tammy hugs andy while I embrace my mother. I could he both of them crying and I could feel my mom's tears.

Mom: I thought I lost you.

Me: You didn't. I'm still here.

Mom: Why did I even bring you back here?

Me: It doesn't matter*look at her* What matters is that I'm here alive. I survive the first outbreak, I'll survive this one and I won't be alone.

She smiles at me before hugging me again and I'm glad she here with me cause she the only family I have.

Mom: * let's go* Why don't you check on Tammy and Andy they seem to need comforting.

I look over and the two are scared but thier calm...

Me: Yeah, I'll do that.

I walk to them ask if they're okay they look up at me and Tammy runs and surprise me with a hug.

Tammy: My dad's infected*cry's*

Me:*hugs her back* I know I'm sorry.

Tammy: How did you do it.

Me: *release her* What?

Tammy:*release him* How did you survive this! You've been here with infected for six months and it's only been a whole day for me. I can't do this.

Me: It was hard... I barely get any sleep worrying in infected attacks me in my sleep. I always on the run and I never get used to it, but I had something to fight for... My mum, Jim, Selina, and Hanna. That's what keeps me going and now I have you two, I'll look out for you guys and protect you more matter what.

I could tell both of them are awe of my little speech. Tammy did something that surprises me again, she kisses me on the same right cheek again.

Tammy: Thank you. Thomas, you are the bravest and kindest man I have ever known.

Me: *blushes* U-uh no problem. I'll let you be with your brother.

Tammy: Ok thank you.

*Third pov.*

At the entrance, The same man and two others and including Thomas are watching all the chaos as the military killing everyone on the ground.

Man: This is insane!

Women: They're shooting everyone.

Man: It doesn't make sense!

Scarlet: It makes perfect sense. It's code Red.

The three looks at Scarlet.

Scarlet: There Three stages; One kill the infected..... two if the virus spreading containment....... Three containment fail..... Extermination. Now they won't stop until everyone is dead.

Women: They can't kill-

Thomas: Where were you when the first outbreak accord?

Women: What?

Thomas: Where were you when the first outbreak accord?

Women: I was in Greenland.

Thomas: Then you don't know do you.

Man 2: How do you-

Thomas: I was here when it happens. It looked like a coordinate riot then it's not. By the time government take action it was too late. The infection destroys the entire country in 28 days, what happens if its escapes to France?

Man: Well then I'm not sitting around just to be exterminated.

Man: If we take one step outside the infected will get us if not the snipers.

Doyle: Well you don't have a choice.

The survivors and med officer turn around to see a soldier appearing from the darkness, armed with his rifle.

Doyle: Right now, it's dark outside so the snipers can see you through thier scopes, and if you stick to the shadows you'll get cover from the infected. If you wait for the daylight, then you might as well be dead then.

Scarlet: Who are you?

Doyle: Doyle.Delta, rooftop uint.

Scarlet: Why are you not at your post?

Doyle: Why aren't you?

Thomas: Hey aren't you the sniper I wave to yesterday?

Doyle: Yeah, and you are the teen who went after the two kids early today.

Thomas: Yeah.*walks have his hand out* Thomas.

Doyle: Doyle* accepts the hand* It's nice to meet you* let's go*. Well, you guys do whatever you want. I'm getting the hell out of here.

Doyle walks to the back of the room, Thoams grabs his rifle checks the mag seeing it full, puts it back in cocking it.

Thomas: I'm with him. Mom.Andy.Tammy. let's go.*Walks to Doyle.

*Timeskip*

In a back-alley, Doyle opens the walk-out weapon in hand aim it down the alley checking for infected.

Doyle:*waves to them to come*

following him were Scarlet, Andy, Tammy, a woman, man, the man in the blue shirt, last was Thomas. They follow the sniper down the alley as they hear a few bursts of fire from the soldiers.

Scarlet: there less shooting maybe they got it under control.

Doyle: Or fewer shooters.*looks at the group* Ok I'm going first*looks at Andy and Tammy* You two watch me. Go where I move. If I stop you stop. If I run you run. Got it.

Andy/Tammy: *nods*

Doyle: Thomas, since you are armed you watch our back ok.

Thomas: Got.

Doyle scans the area before telling them to go. As Doyle leads them to cover, cover in a doorway, cover behind the side of a car, and alley. Then Doyle's walkie went off.

Flynn: Doyle?!

Doyle quickly directed them to a doorway of a small office building, having the survivors hide next to Doyle while Thomas aims his weapon down the street keeping out for the infected.

Doyle: *put his two-piece on his ear* Flynn?

Flynn: Doyle, Where are you?

Doyle: Ground Zero.

Flynn: Damit, What are you doing down there. You got serious shit head your way.

Doyle: We already have some shit here.

Flynn: No this is worst. The Air cavalry just receive thier orders. They're going to Firebomb district one.

Scarlet eyes were wide overhearing them while the rest are confused about what he's talking about.

Doyle: That's quick.

Flynn: They are not taking any chance. The outbreak is out of control. Unless your out of the target zone, You are dead.

Doyle: How long?

Flynn: They're on thier way. You have five minutes. Tell me where to pick you up?

Doyle: How about the park.

Flynn: Yeah, I can do that.

Doyle: I'll keep in touch.

Flynn: You better be!!

Doyle: *turns walkie off and looks at the civilians* Ok you guys heard him. Let's go.

As they run down the street a shot was heard killing the woman, the group paused in confusion until Scarlet broke it.

Scarlet: Sniper!!

Doyle: Move take cover!!

Another shot was heard misses them, the group runs down the street. The sniper shoots again this time made its mark killing the survivor next to Thomas. They made it to cover in a doorway, but a stray bullet hits a brick breaks into pieces as a fragment injury Scarlet, Thomas yells for her name as he grabs he moving deeper in the door way. Doyle looks at her leg seeing blood coming out, he grabs his water canteen and a bandage.

Doyle: *looks at Thomas * Do you know how to use this?

Thomas: *grabs it* Yes I do.

Doyle: Okay. *grabs mirror from his pocket*

He moves the mirror out looking at the reflection seeing the sniper. The sniper position himself at the balcony of an office building(realize there's a lot of office building in London)The sniper shoot what looks like a person peaking out, shoot three times misses twice before destroying the mirror the thrid time.

Doyle: Three shots. He's panicking.

Thomas cleans his mother's leg before raping the leg up. He overhears Doyle calling to the man in blue(Does anyone know what his name) telling him to run out there to distract the sniper, but he is too scared to move.

Doyle: You are going to go out and draw him out. He's going to miss but I won't.

Thomas knew what needs to be done, looks at Andy as he looks out there. Thomas knew whats he thinking. Without think, Thomas runs into the street drawing the sniper fire.

Scarlet: Thomas No!

Tammy: Thomas!

Doyle cursed as he grabs his weapon aiming at the sniper. The sniper shoots multiple times and misses. Doyle gets a clean view takes the shot killing the sniper. Thomas reaches the end of the street and takes deep breaths recollecting himself as Doyle makes it to him.

Doyle: Good job Thomas! Now let's get out of here.

Doyle, Andy, Tammy, Thomas, the injured Scarlet, and the survivor make thier down another street trying to get out before the bombs drop. Unknown to them thier a certain infected watching them from the sidelines before disappearing into the darkness.
