Sasuke: As her little brother, naturally she cares about him even if she doesn't show it, but that amount is nothing compared to Itachi's since and Itsuko aren't really close. Additionally, she feels that he's an idiot with his decisions just like Itachi.
:Itsuko does find SakuraSakura and feels a sense of sympathy for her being paired in a team with the two who were destined to become strong eventually, having to deal with the stress and feeling of being weak.
