"Is this all the information you have?" Haru complained, holding onto the papers.
"You can do it, even if it's that little information. I know you can." I smirked. I didn't do any research at all, I just gave him Tsunade's name, face and her hobbies. He is a genius of these after all, should let him do it.
He glared at me, reading through the papers again. "Let's ask around at betting centres."
With that, we walked into the nearest village around. They didn't have security there so we got in without any passes or verification.
Not so far away from the entrance was a betting centre. Although it didn't look much like a betting centre. It was just a regular shop house. What made it obvious that it was a betting centre was the sign hanging at the side. It had a big word written on it, that was the word '賭', which meant bet.
"You youngsters up for a bet?" A man yelled as we stepped in.
Haru, held the paper with Tsunade's face up. "Do you know who this lady is?"
"Kid, if your not here to bet then get out of here!" The man yelled, receiving cheers from behind. Looking pass the man, the people behind were all drinking sake, betting with each other. I activated my sharingan, just in case.
"Alright. You'll tell me all you know about her if I win?" I smirked, sitting down in front of him, slamming a stack of cash on the table.
He man's eye sparkled at the sight of the stack of cash, slamming a stack of his own. "Of course! That's if you can win."
Haru glanced over, raising an eye brow. I crossed my legs, placing my hand on my lap with the other on the table.
The man threw a coin up into the air and slamming it down onto the table with a cup covering it. "Head or tail?"

"Your choice. I'll take the other." I said, smiling. The man grinned.
"I'll be taking head then!" He yelled of excitement, opening the cup.
Seeing the coin, he looked at me wide eyed, unbelieving that he just lost the bet. "H-How is this possible?!"
"That's playing dirty." Kurama laughed.
"If they wanted to play dirty like that. I figured I might as well let them have a taste of their own medicine."
Kurama laughed again, agreeing to my tactic.
I smirked, taking his stack of cash. "So, what do you know about her?"
"They call her the legendary sucker." He glared at me saying. "You'll earn a fortune if she comes to your betting centre. She just passed by a few hours ago."
"Hear that? Lucky for us she might still be in town." I said glancing over at Haru, placing a paper down on the table before heading out, deactivating my sharingan at the same time.
"Hey!" The man yelled, grabbing the paper, running after them.
But heading out of his shop, he found the already gone. He was going insane. He lost a bet, he never lost any bets because he would always use ninjutsu so transform the coin, making sure he wins. But this time he lost...it just wasn't possible. He didn't believe it. That was enough headache for him to deal with, he didn't know where to get the money he lost back. It was a whole lot. On the other hand, the two vanished, leaving him a paper. He had no idea where he'd find them to return the paper.
He slammed the table, drinking a whole bottle of sake. He sighed, looking down at the paper Itsuko left, reading through it's content. He immediately dropped the bottle of sake, causing glass to scatter on the floor.
He couldn't believe what he was seeing.
We will grant you a month time to close the centre. During that time, you must also surrender yourself for opening an illegal gambling centre and using of ninjutsu to cheat on people's money.

The consequences of you surrendering yourself is least painful compared to if we will have to come after you. We highly encourage you to cooperate.
By Itsuko Uchiha.
He starred at the paper, his eyes were so wide they could've popped out and dropped onto the ground anytime.
"Hey, what's wrong Mister?!" The people at the back yelled, laughing like they always do.
"She should be in this inn." Haru said, dragging me into the inn, asking the person at the reception. The person took a good look at our face and made a phone call before telling us the room she stayed in was room 287.
"Haru. You go in from the door." I commanded, sprinting out of the inn, leaping from roof to roof, finally reaching level 2, in front of room 287.
I opened the window, jumping through it into the room. Haru was standing at the door. He shook his head.
"Damn did she know we we're looking for her? Where is she heading?" I said, banging the wall I was leaning against.
"The nearest bar. She's likely to have dinner there along with a drink. Shall we head over immediately?" Haru asked, closing the window behind me.
"No. I'll go myself, you go get a room nearby this one. Your mission isn't over until I say so." I said, narrowing my eyes, taking a walk around the room before heading out from the door.
How'd she even know we were after her? Or was it all just a coincidence? It can't be can it?
I entered a drink bar. It didn't even take time to find where she was. She was being loud, laughing while Shizune had to settle her down.
"Tsunade?" I asked, sitting down in front of them, placing my hand on the table.
"What do you want?! Who are you?!" She asked, frowning, slamming her cup on the table. Shizune looked at me, giving me a sorry look as she sweat dropped.
"Itsuko from the leaf." I said. She looked at me, getting serious. She clearly wasn't drunk yet. Her sake bottle was still full and her cup was empty.
She took another cup, pouring some sake in. "Care for a drink while we talk?"
"I'm sorry, I don't drink." I said, pushing her cup towards her, rejecting her offer. Not that I'll get drunk, I just dislike the taste of sake. I've never gotten drunk, never in my whole life no matter how much I drink.
"So, why are you here? Did they send you to ask me to return after sending me off like an outcast?" She rolled her eyes, picking up her cup taking a sip.
"No. I'm here on no one's request. The village was undergoing an attack by Orochimaru and Lord third died. I wanted to ask- no, I wanted to get you to return and become hokage." I said, causing Shizune to exclaim in shock, covering her mouth.
"No. I reject your offer." Tsunade said, pouring a whole cup of sake into her mouth, causing a pink blush emerging on her face.
"Like how I rejected your cup of sake. That's only natural, I was expecting you to reject me anyways. But I wasn't planning on heading back empty handed either." I said, getting up from my seat, walking out of the bar.
"That doesn't seem like what you'd be doing." Kurama laughed.
"Oh shut up. It's a plan. I knew she wouldn't just return after being shooed away and treated like an outcast."

The Laptop Hero (Portal/Isekai LitRPG)
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - April 2022 Silas got summoned to another world—by a group of kids attending magic school who seemed rather unhappy with the results of their ritual. After a brief glimpse of his summoners Silas woke in the town dump. Unable to speak the local language, a misunderstanding escalated and before long Silas wound up in a jail cell, the locals having confiscated all his worldly possessions aside from his laptop, which had formed some strange bond with him. Now he can summon his laptop at will, and he can view his Status, level up, and gain powerful skills and magic as if he were some character in a video game, which is great and everything, but all Silas really wants to do is sit in a dark room and play games on his laptop. Only, life isn't a game, and Silas needs to get his act together because everyone else is playing for keeps. Or does he? Maybe for Silas life is just one big game now, with everyone else stuck playing by his rules. Assorted Disclaimers, in no particular order: I am only posting this on RoyalRoad.com, so if you find my story elsewhere it was not posted by me. Please do let me know! While I do consider this a progression fantasy, and have tagged it as such, Silas's Status improvements will not necessarily proceed in a linear fashion. His RPG stats will have ups and downs, exploits and nerfs, periods of growth and stagnation. Such is the life of a gamer, to be held under the thumb of the all powerful devs, or in this case a certain goddess devoted to the idea of Balance. SIlas himself should learn and grow, improving and progressing in areas where he struggles, or rather, to show such is my goal. The story is told from multiple points of view. While other PoVs will come and go, Silas shall remain the only lead character. The world Silas finds himself on is not a nice place. Expect him to encounter gore and traumatizing content and bad people who do bad things for selfish (or possibly noble) reasons from time to time. Some characters will use profanity, however due to cultural differences the curse words used will differ from those used in our corner of reality, so I'm not including the profanity content warning. Silas himself isn't one for foul language. No explicit sexual content here. This novel is intended for mature readers, however, and will include mature topics, including, but not limited to, sex, violence, death, and taxes. No harem. Might be an eventual romantic interest, possibly even some competitive jealousy, yet as his story begins Silas is too overwhelmed with other concerns to consider long term plans. Musophobics might want to steer clear of this story. Same goes for turophobics. You have been warned. Keep in mind, however, if my other disclaimers didn't make this clear, I only have the faintest of outlines at the moment. This story will take me where it will. My goal with this story is to write it to the end, something of a long-term writing exercise, with the hope others might take an interest in my work and encourage me to keep at it. I've started a number of works before, even finished a few, but this is the first time I've shared any work in a public forum. My temporary cover was made by me, in GIMP using public domain images. If you can do better I'll happily accept your submission and give credit for your work here!
