《Complete // Stiles Stilinski [3]》26: pt 2

I let Lydia and Malia lead me back inside. I felt numb and I couldn't even walk on my own.
I didn't know what I was feeling. It was all too much.
"Liam..."
Us girls turn around to see that Liam had jumped in the door before Scott could close it.
"There's something you need to see," Liam said hurriedly.
"You're still here," Scott said with a smile.
"But everyone else is gone," Liam replied. "All of them. They're all gone. Look, you have to come with me."
"What is it?" Scott asked.
"I-I can't explain it," Liam stuttered. "I have to show you."
Liam backed out of the doorway and Scott turned to us.
"Uh, alright. You guys stay here just in case," Scott told us.
"In case Stiles comes back?" Malia asked.
"If there's any hope, you need to keep trying." Scott then turned around and ran out with Liam, closing the door behind him.
Malia rolled her eyes and went and opened the door.
"What are you doing?" I asked weakly.
"We're gonna go find Stiles," Malia sent me a smile.
"Scott told us to stay in case he shows up here," Lydia said.
"Stiles isn't coming here," Malia shook her head. "If he was, he would've, and he hasn't, so he's not. Brianna, you still think it worked, right?"
I gulped and nodded solemnly. "I know I saw him. Stiles is out there. I can feel him through our connection."
"And you've been right about these things before. So, let's go," Malia held her hand out to me.
I looked at Lydia, then back to Malia and took her hand. "You coming or not?" Malia asked Lydia.
Lydia sighed and followed after us.
***
Since I was the last person to see him, we went where he was taken. To the school. We went to the back parking lot where we had left his jeep but it was no longer there.
Malia leaned down and looked at the tire marks on the ground.
"This looks fresh. It's from Stiles' jeep. It must have just left," she said.
"Without his keys?" Lydia asked.
"Well, half the time he got it started with a screwdriver," I shrugged.
"Then he's here. We have to tell Scott," Lydia said.
My eyes widened as I looked at the railroad tracks going in and out of the school. How did I just now notice that?
"We should probably tell Scott about that too," I told the girls, pointing to the tracks.
I walked over to them, Lydia and Malia following behind me. I stepped onto them and followed them into the school and they lead us into the library.
"Why is there a train station in the middle of the library?" Malia asked.
I looked around and saw benches filled with people, just sitting or reading newspapers, books.
Lydia sighed, "There's also a train station in the Wild Hunt."
"Any chance they're connected?"
Lydia shrugged and walked around. "I would say high. Like 100%."
Malia and I followed her.
"If there's a train station, then there's probably a train," I pointed out.
"And if there's a train, it's going to the Wild Hunt," said Lydia.
Malia looked at the people around us. "They're all gonna be taken."
"They can't get on that train."
"Um..." Malia ran her fingers through her hair and walked around the library. "Okay. Listen up, everybody! We've all got to get out of here. We gotta go right now!" No one moved or even reacted. "It's bad, we have to go!"

I clapped my hands in front of a ladies face but she didn't even blink. Lydia and Malia tried to get someone's attention but it's like they couldn't even hear or see us.
"How do we get them to leave if they can't hear us?" Malia asked.
"Uh..." Lydia paused and looked around she stopped and looked at someone. "Maybe there's someone who can."
I followed her line of vision and saw the person she was looking at.
"Oh, you've got to be kidding me."
Malia walked beside me and saw Peter.
Malia sighed and leaned down in front of him.
"Peter!" She yelled as loud as she could. She did this a couple more times, waving her hand in his face, and snapping her fingers together.
"Malia..." Lydia said.
"What?" She snapped.
"The only way we are able to break through the Hunt is with an emotional connection," Lydia pursed her lips together and shrugged. Her and I both know Malia won't like what we are asking her to do.
Malia sighed, "Dang. I wish I could help."
I sent her a glare and she shook her head.
"I'm not saying it."
"Malia," I warned.
"Nope. Not saying it."
"Okay," Lydia turned around and pulled me with her. "I guess everyone dies then."
Malia let out a low growl and made us stop. Lydia and I turned around.
Malia inhaled deeply and turned to Peter, leaning down to his level.
"Dad," she said dully. "Dad."
"Say it like you mean it," I told her.
She sighed again, her dull eyes then turned to sincere. "Dad," she said softly. "Please wake up. Dad."
The paper in Peter's hands fell to the ground and he stood up. He looked at Malia and smiled.
I felt a huge chill run through my body and my heart sped up.
"Brianna, what's wrong?" Lydia immediately noticed my change.
"He's here," I breathed out. "Stiles is here. I can feel him."
"Well, what are you waiting for?" Malia asked. "Go."
"What? I can't just leave you guys," I protested.
"We've got Peter now. You need to find Stiles. We'll be okay," Lydia placed a hand on my shoulder and smiled.
"You should probably go find him. When we were trapped in this Hellhole he wouldn't shut up about you," Peter said with an eye roll.
"Go. We'll be okay," Malia nodded to me.
I gave Lydia and Malia both a hug before I ran out of the Library.
I wasn't sure exactly where to go but my feet did. I just kept running around the school.
There was a cloud of green smoke that made me stop in my steps and all of the sudden Scott landed in front of me.
"Scott?" I quickly grabbed him and pulled him to his feet.
"Brianna, what are you doing here?" He asked me. We both continued to fast-walk through the school.
"Looking for Stiles," I told him.
"He's here. I saw him," Scott told me with a smile. "He's okay."
"Oh thank God," I breathed out.
"But I don't think we will be," His arm shot out in front of me and stopped me. There was a Ghost Rider standing right in front of us.
The rider shot me with his gun and I teleported or something and landed in a classroom.
"Oh, fuck," I groaned and sat up, rubbing my back.

I stood up and exited the classroom.
"Scott?" I whispered but as I look around, I now realize I'm on the other side of the school from where we just were.
I went to go back were he was but I stopped, feeling the need to go a different way.
I heard a gunshot and I ran towards it. Yeah, that's smart Brianna. Hear a gunshot and run towards it.
I hear shuffling come from the boys locker room and when I step in a Ghost Rider turns around and his gun is right at my face. I grab a hold of it and turn it right as he pulls the trigger. The bullet goes through the head of the rider and he's dead.
I drop the gun and look to the right where I see Stiles standing there in shock.
"Brianna?"
Tears immediately pool in my eyes and I walk in more. My heart was beating so fast and i was already getting a headache from crying.
He's here. He's okay! I can't believe it...
What the hell are you just standing there for? Say something!
"I didn't say it back," I cried.
He shook his head, "You don't have to."
We both took one step forward and we were together at last. I held onto the side's of his face as we kissed. I could feel the tears roll down my cheeks as I lean into him, wanting more.
We both pulled away and he layed his forhead on mine, a pained expression on his face. He looked me in the eyes and wiped a tear from my face.
"Don't cry," he whispered.
My lip quivered and I nodded. "Okay."
He placed his hand on the back of my head and pulled me into a hug. I layed my head on his shoulder and held onto him tightly. Even though he told me not to cry, I couldn't help but cry even more.
"Come on, it's not safe here. We have to go," he told me and pulled out from the hug. He grabbed my hand and locked our fingers together and began to pull me out of the locker room but I pulled him back to me.
"J-Just wait. Give me a second, please." I used my other hand that wasn't holding onto his and placed it on his chest. I fumbled with a button on his shirt.
"What's wrong?" He asked me, a scared look in his eyes.
"Stiles, it's been three months since you were taken, and even longer than that since we broke up. Just let me, I don't know, look at you," I let out a laugh and shook my head. My hand traveled from his chest up to the back of his neck where I let my fingers run through his hair.
His beautiful hazel eyes were beaming as he looked at me. The corners of his mouth twitches up as he smiled at me.
"I missed you so much," he whispered.
"You have no idea, the hell I've been living in since you've been gone. I got to look at a life without you in it and it was the worse thing ever." His happy eyes turned to sad as he wiped a tear away from my cheek with the tip of his thumb.
"When this is all over, there's something I need to tell all of you," I said seriously. Stiles must of noticed my change in tone and the way I tenses up because he now had a nervous look on his face.
"What's wrong?" He asked me.
"It's nothing bad... or at least i think it's not. Just, trust me on this. I want to tell all of you, together."
He nodded understandingly.
"We should go," he said.
I nodded and followed him out of the locker room and through the school, never letting go of his hand.
We were almost toward the door but Stiles stopped me when we heard someone call him name.
"Stiles, is that you?" The voice sounded exactly like Claudia.
"Mom?" He questioned and began walking where the voice was coming from.
"Stiles, that's not your mom," I said, trying to stop him.
"No, it is. I know her voice," he said as if he were in a trance. He kept walking, pulling me along with him.
"No, that's the Wild Hunt. They're tricking you. Stiles, please believe me," I tried to get him to look at me but he didn't. "The Wild Hunt brought her back, but she's not real."
His hand slipped from mine and he turned around to me with a confused look. "What do you mean 'brought her back'?"
"Stiles," Claudia's voice was more clearer now. And when we both turned our heads, there she was standing there.
"I know what you've been through," she said and started walking toward us. "I know how much you love your father." There was a sound of thunder and the hall got darker. When Claudia appeared in the light again, her face looked just like a Ghost Riders.
"But I love him more," she said, her voice distorted. "Even from the hunt, you somehow wormed your way back into his memory."
"Yeah, worming is one of my skills," he said back.
I stepped up beside him and said, "That thing is conjured from your dad's pain. If he remembers you, he can't believe in her."
"That's why you have to go," Claudia said.
She marched up to us but I pushed him back. I was about to shift but she stuck her hand into my chest and grabbed onto my heart.
I gasped and looked down at her hand in my chest. I could feel her squeezing slowly and blood fell from my lips.
Stiles jumped in and pulled her hand out of me, no longer holding onto my heart. I fell to the ground and she wrapped her hand around his throat.
"You shouldn't treat your mother that way," she taunted.
"You're not my mother," he coughed out, his voice strained.
I tried to get up but I couldn't. I tried to call out his name but nothing came out. I placed my hand on literal hole in my chest and tried to stop the bleeding so I could heal.
She kept her hand around his throat and pushed him all the way till his back hit the wall.
I watched his eyes look at me and he tried to push her off but she was too strong. I could hear him choking and I couldn't even get up to help him.
"He believes in me," she said. "Dreams. So hard to kill."
"But not impossible," Sheriff Stilinski and Lydia came around the corner and he shot her with his gun, which did nothing to her.
"Noah, your bullet's can't hurt me," she laughed.
"Fire again," Lydia told him. As he pulled the trigger she pushed her banshee scream with the bullet and it shot her in the chest. Green smoke surrounded her then she disappeared.
Stiles panted and coughed but that didn't stop him from running to my side. He fell beside me and looked at my wound.
"Stiles," I whispered and placed my hand on the side of his face.
"I-I'm okay," he coughed out and wrapped his arms around me.
The whole school began to shake and the sounds of horses screamed through the air, but we saw no Ghost Riders.
"What was that?" Lydia asked.
"He did it. He diverted the train," Stiles muttered to himself. "Scott got the Wild Hunt out of Beacon Hills."
****
"Have a great summer everyone!" Mr. Croft yelled over the dismissal bell.
"No," Stiles said and looked at all of us.
"To the seniors, I'll see you at graduation."
"No, no, no. That's it? What?" Stiles looked at us with a sad look.
Scott gave him a big excited smiles. "Last day ever."
"Well, it just feels so anti-climatic," he turned around in his seat and looked at me.
"Well, there's the whole graduation thing," Lydia pointed out.
"I've got to go to summer school, or I can't do the whole graduation thing," Malia said.
Scott picked up his backpack and stood up, along with Malia and Lydia.
"Let's do it," he said and pointed to Stiles.
"Hey, can I meet you all in the Library in like, 5 minutes? I need to talk to everyone, someone text Liam and everyone else," I called out before they walked out of the classroom.
"Wait, come on," Stiles groaned.
"I'm on it, we'll see you in a bit," Scott said and gave me a thumbs up.
I turned around to Stiles who was still sitting at his desk, a bummed look on his face.
"Oh, come on. Cheer up!" I grabbed his arm and tried to pull him out from the desk.
"This can't be it," he said sadly.
"Sorry, babe... Wanna go make out in the Library one last time?" I watched him perk up and a smile formed on his face.
He quickly picked up his bag and stood up, grabbing my hand.
"You always know how to cheer me up," he kissed my cheek and dragged me out of the classroom.
The second we got into the library he pulled me over to 'our spot' that we like to go to, which is upstairs behind the very last book shelves where the encyclopedia's are, where no one ever goes.
He dropped his bag and threw mine out of my hands and pressed me up against the shelf by kissing me. I giggled in between the kiss and wrapped my arms around his neck.
We barely even got a minute of making out before we were rudely interrupted.
"Are you guys up there?!" Scott yelled from downstairs.
"No!" Stiles yelled back, breaking us apart for a split second before kissing me again. He bit my bottom lip which made me open my mouth, giving him the perfect opportunity to slide his tongue in.
"Oh, come on guys!" That was Liam this time.
Stiles groaned and made us pull apart. He rolled his eyes and picked up our bags, then pulled me down the stairs.
When we got down there, everyone was sitting around a table. Scott, Lydia, Malia, Liam, Corey, Mason and Hayden. Stiles sat with them but I decided to stay standing.
"Now you're probably wanting to know why I asked you all to be here at the same time," I began.
"Yeah, why are we here?" Liam asked.
"So a few months ago I got a call from Stefan. But during that time was when the Wild Hunt was here and my mind was all confused and I didn't know him. But when I remembered Stiles, I remembered him and called him. And he told me something that, um... is very important."
"Just spit it out," Malia groaned.
"He found a cure that can make me human again. Well, it's not a cure, more of a-"
"What?!" Many of them yelled.
I laughed and happy tears formed in my eyes. "I can be human again."
"Brianna, that's amazing!" Scott shot up out of his seat and wrapped his arms around me.
Soon, everyone was cheering and joining in the hug. Oh my gosh! I love group hugs!
"Is this for real? Like, it can actually happen?" Stiles asked.
"I don't know the complete detail's but Damon and Stefan are bringing a woman to Beacon Hills that can just, reverse the whole curse. They actually told me a long time ago but I didn't want to tell any of you just in case it fell apart."
"But this is real? It's an actual thing?" Lydia asked and I nodded.
"When will they be here?" Malia asked.
"Today. I'm picking them up from the airport," I explained to them.
"Not by yourself," Stiles said seriously.
"I mean, you can come with me but I don't see the point. Stefan and Damon aren't bad people, they're my friends," I said to him.
"Yeah but I don't know them and I don't know this lady. She could kill you or be evil like Ms. Blake."

I've incorporates the Path's system into the leveling of this story. Some of the beginning paths will be similar or the same as I thought that the starting paths were very logical on how a system should start. The stories will be completely different as the characters and story arcs will be completely different. Again, thank you Puddles for allowing me to use your system, really appreciate it! I also wanted to thank ProFound Magician. Has a lot of insight into a story development and as his system is based on Ghosthound, I saw a some beginning stage skills that should be thought of in a character just starting out. If you haven't yet read Ghosthound or Genesis System you're in for a real treat when you do! Thank you both I hope my use is seen as an homage in the beginning. Hopefully my story can live up to the system.
