"Scott?" I whispered/yelled down the hallway. I lost him. I got separated from him and Kira and now I'm being hunted by the beast. Well, I got away. For the time being...
"Fuck," I groaned, holding onto the wound on my head. Hoping to stop the blood from continuing down the side of my face.
I could hear the growling and roaring of the beast on the other side of the school so I knew I was safe.
As I pushed opened the doors to the library, I fell into a chair. I lifted up what was left of my ripped shirt and looked at the huge, deep scratch on my side. I could already feel it healing though. I just needed to rest, and soon get some blood.
The smell of human blood intoxicated my nose. I pushed the chair from behind me so fast it fell over as I stood up.
I just now realized that I was not alone in the library. Multiple beating hearts triggered my hearing. They were all beating so fast, as was mine, with fear.
My eyes finally adjusted to the darkness and I saw many of my fellow classmates peering their heads around sides of bookshelves.
"It's going to be okay," I whispered and walked closer to all of them, hoping to calm them down.
I could still hear screaming everywhere outside the library. I heard a growl too, though it wasn't the beasts. Scott's alive for sure. Most likely hurt.
I have to find- As if on cue, Scott burst through the doors of the library. He grunted and panted as he fell against a table.
I ran to his side immediately, wrapping my arms around him to help him stand up. Even though I was in a lot of pain, so was he.
"Are you-" He clamped his hand over my mouth, a scared look in his eyes. He shook his head and mouthed to me that we need to be quiet.
I heard the beast outside of the library. He was close... Really close.
Scott looked to the side of me and saw students sitting on the ground. He looked at me and I shrugged. I didn't know what to do with them when I got here. It's safer in here than out there. But, I have a feeling it's not gonna be too safe in a minute.
Scott let go of me, able to hold himself up now. He looked at the kids, then around the library. I watched his eyebrow twitch up as he got an idea. I followed his line of vision up to the second floor.
He nodded up to Sydney, a girl in our Economics class. She looked upwards but didn't get what Scott was trying to imply.
"Go upstairs!" He whispered softly to everyone. Nobody hesitated to get up and run quietly up the stairs.
I could hear the roaring getting closer. The Beast is getting closer. Heavy footsteps approaching fast.
The Beast pushed the doors opened and growled at Scott and I. Scott and I both shifted, ready to fight. Scott glowed his red eyes and growled back at the beast.
I ran for the Beast first. I jumped up and punched it hard across the face. I landed on my feet and whipped my hair back. I smirked since I did some damage to him. The impact was so hard, the Beast fell and broke the windows of the library.
I guess I got too cocky because the Beast was too fast for me to react as it stabbed it large claws into my stomach, then back handed me across the whole library.

I couldn't help but let out a blood-curdling scream from pain and fear as I looked at the actual hole through my stomach. I have no idea how I'm not dead yet.
"Brianna!" Scott yelled and I heard The Beast roar again.
My vision was blurry but I could hear Scott fighting the Beast. I know that Scott wasn't winning because I heard things break and Scott groaning in pain.
I blinked away the blurriness, right in time for the Beast to pick up Scott and slam him into a table, breaking the entire thing.
I tried to get up but pain shot throughout my whole body and I couldn't move.
Scott jumped into the air and scratched the Beast with his claws but the Beast was just too strong. He hit Scott in the air and he landed on the stairs in a heap, blood dripping out of his mouth.
Scott turned around from his back and onto his stomach, trying to push himself back up. The Beast was on all fours, stalking its way toward Scott. They both stood up, growling at each other and in a standoff position.
Then, out of no where, Liam came through the library doors and jumped up in the air. His hands locked together to form one fist. Scott jumped out of the way right as the Beast turned around, only to get knocked in the face by Liam.
Then Braeden and Malia came running in. Braeden shot the Beats with her shotgun multiple times as Malia walked behind her, claws out and ready to fight if needed.
The Beast stumbled and growled with each shot, then finally jumped through the huge glass window of the library.
Liam helped Scott up as Malia ran to my side. She tried to pick me up but I only winced in pain.
"I-I'm not healing," I panted.
"You're in too much pain," Malia placed her hands onto my hands that were covering my wounds, trying to stop the bleeding. "He gotcha good."
She closed her eyes and began to take my pain away. My eyes also closed from the relief she brought me. I could already feel my body starting to slowly heal.
"You guys didn't seriously think you were gonna have a chance against that thing, did you?" Braeden asked the both of us.
Scott shook his head, "No. But I got it's scent."
Scott ran off towards the doors, hurrying not to lose the scent. Liam was right on his tail until I called him to stop.
"I'm going too." I grabbed onto the bookshelf I was leaning against and tried to pull myself up.
"No, you're too hurt. Stay here, Scott and I have got it," Liam said sympathetically.
"I almost just died, again, fighting that thing. I'm going with you to find out the chimera that's killing dozens of people. Now, just help me up."
Liam and Malia both shared the same annoyed look. But Liam rolled his eyes and turned his back to me, then squatted down.
"I'll carry you, c'mon," Liam groaned annoyingly.
Malia helped me climb onto his back and when Liam had a hold of me, he laughed.
"You're really light."
"Just hurry and catch up to Scott. He's hurt too, we need to be there with him."
Liam adjusted his grip under my thighs then began to run the direction Scott just went in.
"Scott, wait!" Liam yelled. "You're hurt."
We caught up to Scott as he trailed against the wall of the school for support, then pushed out the doors that would lead to the back parking lot.

"You got to slow down," Liam said.
Scott just ignored him and sped-walked to the parking lot, sniffing the air like a mad-man. He slowed down as he got to the cars, taking a stop at each one to smell.
He almost went pass one but then he skidded his shoes to a stop, placing his hand on the trunk of a black car.
I patted Liam's should to let me down, he dropped me to the ground but kept an arm wrapped around me so I didn't fall.
Scott placed his hands under the trunk and grunted as he tried to force it open. He bent the metal of the car but finally got it open.
The only thing in the trunk were a pair of size ten sneakers. Now for the moment of truth.
Scott picked one up, showing us the whole sole of the shoe stained in blood. Scott held onto the shoe as he slammed the trunk shut.
I nearly jumped when I saw Mason standing beside us. How did I not hear him approach us?
"Scott?" Mason looked at Liam and I, really confused. "What are you doing in my car?"
It felt like I was just hit in the stomach again. I shook my head. No, it can't be Mason. I looked at Liam, the sadness in his eyes as he looked at his best friend.
None of us expected this. None of us expected it to be someone in our inner circle.
"It's you," Scott said breathlessly.
"What?" Mason looked to his best friend. "Liam, what's he talking about?"
Liam's grip around me tightened. He looked at the ground, trying to process the information we just found out.
"Liam," Mason pleaded, taking a step closer to us.
Corey appears suddenly, quickly grabbing Mason as he makes them both invisible.
"Corey, wait!" Scott jumped towards them, moving his arms around. But they were both gone.
***
"Ow, shit," I hissed as Malia helped me lay down on Scott's couch.
"Still not healing?" She asked me.
"Uh, getting there," I grabbed a couch cushion and placed it behind my back.
"Good thing I got this from your car. It should help, right?" Malia held up a bottle of blood from my emergency stash in my car. I smiled at her and took it from her hands.
"You know me well." She smiled and sat down beside me.
"We gotta find them," I sighed and began to drink the blood, already starting to feel better. "It's Mason."
"I know," Malia stood up. "I'm actually supposed to be looking."
"I should be too," I groaned and tried to sit up.
"Nope, Scott said you're not aloud to leave until you're healed." Malia pushed me back down.
"Scott's still hurt too," I argued.
"And he's upstairs resting, like you should be doing."
Stiles then busted through the front door. He ran pass the living room towards the stairs. I heard his shoes squeak as he stopped abruptly. He then walked backwards, his eyes widening as he saw Malia and I.
"Oh my gosh," he ran to my side, knealing in front of my legs beside the couch. "Are you okay?"
I tensed up and my heart sped up as he placed a hand on my knee. I gulped and nodded, unable to process words.
"Scott's upstairs. But he's okay, Kira's with him," Malia informed him.
Stiles didn't even look at her when she said that, he just nodded; his eyes still focused on me.
Dammit, Stiles. You're making this break up harder. Stop staring at me with those hazel eyes. You're driving me insane.
Oh shut up, Brianna. You're the one having sex with him. It's you that's making it harder.
Yeah but-- I rolled my eyes and shook my head. I'm literally have a fight with myself.
I placed my hand on top of his and slid it off my knee. He didn't even realize that he did that, his eyes widened. He cleared his throat and stood up, dusting his pants off.
"So why did you come to Scott's and not back to your house?" Stiles asked me, walking away casually, trying to put some distance in between us.
"If Lena saw me like this she would turn into the Beast herself and kill me. She hates when I go out and get myself in to stuff like this. I'll go home when I know she's asleep."
"If I know anything about your Aunt, she's gonna be staying up till you're home," Stiles says with a smile, placing his hands on his hips.
I groaned and leaned my head back. "You're right. Shit. She can't see me like this."
"You can stay at my place," Malia offered. "You've allowed me to stay with you many times, I can finally pay you back for once."
"Oh my gosh, Mal. That would be great. Ugh! You're a life saver." I managed to sit up on my own and wrap my arms around her.
"What are best friends for?" She laughed.
"Just give me a few minutes to lay down and rest, then I'll text her and say I'm staying at your place."
"Well, I have a curfew and I need to get home, so," Malia got up and scooped me under her arms. I mean, I guess if you have werecoyote strength, might as well use it.
"Um, so I'll see you guys tomorrow?" Stiles asked while following us outside.
"Yeah, we'll meet back here in the morning, talk about how to get Mason back."
Malia and I took my car back to her house. She let me borrow some of her clothes and I took a shower to wash off all the blood. By the morning I was all healed up and feeling better than ever so we went to Scott's and met Stiles, Lydia, Liam and Kira.
"My dad's got an APB out," said Stiles.
"For a 5'8'' 16-year-old?" Kira asked him.
"I recommended nine-foot tall rampaging werewolf," Stiles said sarcastically.
"It still might not be him," Liam said quietly. Liam was having a really hard time coping with this information. I mean, why wouldn't he? Mason is his best friend. There was nothing I could really do but place a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
Everyone else looked at him. Their faces saying 'really'?
His head fell sadly as he said, "But Hayden's at the school looking."
"Malia and I can go back to the woods," I said. While I was asleep, Malia went out into the woods and looked for him. No leads but I told her next time we will go together.
"My mom can check all the hospitals in the county," Scott appeared in the doorway of his kitchen. All of us turned around to him. "We can find him."
"What happens then?" Liam asked.
Scott smiles and says, "We figure out a way to save him."
"Okay. Where else could we look?" Lydia asked everyone.
"Let's ask Corey," Scott suggests as I furrow my eyebrows. Scott looks over his left shoulder and reaches his hand out, gripping onto something as pulls Corey out of his invisible state.
All of us jump back. How did we not know he was there? How did I not know? Am I really that clueless not to hear another heartbeat or feel someone's presence right behind me?
"Wait, wait, it's not my fault. That took him and I couldn't do anything," Corey struggled against Scott's grip as he tried to free himself and explain what happened. "They took him..."
"Did you say they?" I asked Corey.
"The Dread Doctors."
Also, does anyone know if season 6a is out for purchase yet? Like, DVD? Because I can't start on that yet till it's out. Thanks :)

How am I Supposed to Save This World with No Power?
Wu Li was but a student trapped in a future he did not want when the Portal sought him out to become the Savior of an entire world. However, unlike any beings born in that world, Wu has not a single ounce of power within his body. Worse yet, he's the fourth one that's been summoned in history and he's got massive shoes to fill. How will he overcome his own powerlessness and become the savior that everyone expects him to be? With a beautiful girl acting as his slightly disappointed yet adorable guardian, a smoking hot rivalling bounty hunter from the High societies out to take his head, and countless other encounters along the way, Wu fights on to become the greatest of the four saviors, while seeding this world with...the principles of science. This is a story set in a world with a rich history of the magic power known as the Wave, and all native species are capable of interacting with the Wave to obtain power in a variety of ways. Think of this as a combination of Dr Stone and Black Clover! I am writing this story using similar structures to anime seasons, and the chapters in itself are structured more like manga chapters. The first two seasons are already planned out, and it is likely going to be daily upload (12 noon EST) of chapters from ~ 2 k words in length during the 'season' when there is backlog of chapters, with a week or two of a break in between seasons if no backlog. If you liked this story, please drop a rating and review. If you hated it, please drop a review and help me get better. Don't just spam a 0.5 rating and leave like a coward lol.

Journey West 5000
With her parents murdered and her brother abducted, a trainee Monk of the Gun pursues the one responsible, the Bull Demon King, undefeated Warlord of the Crimson Army.Struggling to track down her enemy while braving the dangers of the wilds, she enlists the help of Sun Wukong, but 500 years under a mountain have taken its toll. Unstable and weakened, will he be more hindrance than help? Can he become the warrior he once was?A Monk and a Monkey journey across a world...... where the remnants of technology are seen as magic, while pockets of humanity strive to drag themselves out of ignorance.... where the descendants of animal-human hybrids, once created as instruments of war, now seek to dominate the world as demons.... where beings who call themselves Immortals and Gods preoccupy themselves with selfish pastimes, ignoring everything else. Among other things, a story about growth, grit, and being better than the person you were yesterday. Here's my rambling on why I'm writing Journey West 5000. Journey West 5000 is my crazy ambitious writing project to adapt a classic epic called "Journey to the West" for a global, modern audience. It's a sci-fi story disguised as fantasy, and has some road trip + monster of the week elements (as does the original Journey to the West). No system, definitely no harem, gradual power progression. Hmm, what else can I put here so potential readers know what to expect? My writing style for now is mostly "show don't tell", because I believe that readers don't need to have everything pointed out to them, and that they should be allowed to make up their own minds about characters based on the actions of those characters. I'm also trying to be less long-winded (a weakness pointed out by some friends) in order to write according to something Neil Gaiman said, which is to write as though I'm the one who has to pay for every word, not the reader. This will bring down my chapter word counts, and might drive away potential readers, but I believe there's value in learning to compress and be concise. All chapters posted here will have been edited. Constructive criticism, comments, and feedback would be very much welcome and appreciated. Please, please help point out any typos or grammatical mistakes, I'm striving to minimize those as much as possible. Above all, I hope you enjoy my story.
