Minął miesiąc od mojego otrucia. Mahidevran jest wieży panny na Bosforze, Mustafa wyjechał do prowincji w Bursie. Yasemin zastała ulubioną faworytą Mustafy, wszytko idzie zgodnie z planem Hurrem.
Razem z Mihrimah i naszymi służącymi wsiadłyśmy do powozu i ruszyliśmy w drogę.
Po kilku godzinach byliśmy na miejscu. Razem z Sułtanką wysiadałam z powozu i weszłam do środka. Niestety jak w każdym pałacu musza być niewolnice. Mam nadzieje, że zbyt często nie będą chodzić do alkowy Mehmeda. Główna zarządczyni, Esma Kalfa zaprowadziła nas do naszych komnat. Po chwili znalazłam się w mojej. Była ogromna i z tarasem. Usiadła na ottomanie, który znajdował się na środku mej Komnaty. Po kilku minutach do mojej komnaty weszły cztery dziewki wraz z Esmą Kalfą i jakimś unuchem.
- Sultanym. - Powiedzieli z ukłonem.
- Sultanym, oto prezent od Valide, Mihrimah i Hurrem. Kazały mi podarować ci tą komnatę, cztery nowe służące i eunucha.
- Przekaz im moje podziękowania. Możesz odejść.
Esma ukłoniła się i wyszła.
- Jak się nazywacie? Skąd jesteście? - Spytałam.
- Ja nazywam się Atike, pochodzę z Rusi. - Odpowiedziała mi pierwsza na pytanie czarnowłosa.
- Ja jestem Cennet i pochodzę z Węgier.
- A wy? - Spytałam spoglądająca na dwie dziewki.
- My jesteśmy siostrami, ja jestem Sirin, a to Asma, pochodzimy z Wenecji.
- A ja.... ja jestem Gul Aga.
- Mhm. Mam nadzieje, że będzie mi wierni. Teraz możecie odejść. Niech zostanie tylko Atike!
Cennet, Sirin, Asma i Gul wyszli z mojej komnaty. Zostałam z rusinką. Usiadłam na ottomanie, a ona stała na przeciw mnie.
- Atike, przynieś mi jakaś książkę.
Czarnowłosa natychmiast wykonała mój rozkaz. Przyniosła mi książkę, którą podarowała mi Mihrimah. Wzięłam książkę i zaczęłam czytać. Po kilku minutach przyszedł do mnie Gul Aga z listem w ręku. Ukłonił się i podał mi list. List był od Yasemin. Odłożyłam książkę. Natychmiast go wzięłam i zaczęłam czytać.
- Czy Sułtanka Mihrimah wie już o tym ze Yasemin jest w ciąży?
- Tak.
- Świetnie! Możesz odejść!
Po jego odejściu wróciłam do mojego poprzednio zajęcia. Pozwoliłam Atike wyjść z Komnaty.
