《Fixing the Broken Billionaire [DISCONTINUED]》Chapter 1 (Aurora)

The sound of my alarm woke me up and I reluctantly left my bed throwing the warm blankets off of me. The cold air hugged my body causing goose bumps to appear all around my body. I hit the alarm causing the noise to finally come to a stop. I slipped on my cozy slippers and walked to the bathroom. When I turned on the light, I finally understood why vampires hated the sunlight. I did my morning rituals and soon began to face a new problem. "What can I wear?" I said out loud to myself. I dug through my closet and found a black paper bag waist pants , with a plain white loose fitting tank top, and a black blazer to go along with the outfit. I brushed my curls that went down to my waist in a low bun. I kept my face natural and let the pink tent show on my plump lips. As I was leaving the my small apartment I finished off my outfit with some black strap on heels. I checked my phone and left the apartment with 20 minutes left until my interview that would start at 8:00 am. I had to call for a taxi because I never had enough money to buy myself a car. My parents wanted to buy me a car, but they never had the money either to do so. The New York city traffic was not being a friend of mine today. I grew agitated that I would be late to my interview. It was done to 10 minutes until my interview.
"It doesn't look like this traffic is going down anytime soon, and based on where you want me to go it seems important. You should walk the rest of the way over there since we are close by anyways " The taxi driver said.

I nervously smiled for his consideration for letting me know ahead of time. Most taxi drivers will just wait till last minute as the money started adding up. "Thanks for the ride." I tipped him off with a smile on my face. I began walking to the building and 8 minutes later I reached to the building right on time for my interview. I was a bit out of breath, but before my I entered the building I quickly tried to catch my breath. I gave the lady at the front desk a warm smile and said, "Excuse me do you know where the assistant interviews are being held?"
She looked up from her computer and said, "top floor" with irritation laced in her voice. Her rudeness surprised me and I was then irritated at her.
"Thanks I guess" I replied back at her showing my irritation. I looked around for the elevator and walked onto it pressing the biggest number on the elevator which I would guess is the top floor.
I finally reached the top floor and another secretary came up to me and said, "Welcome you must be here for the interview. It should be right over there." with happiness oozing from her voice. In my head I was thinking what else was I here for.
I giggled to myself and said, "Thank you" showing my teeth. The secretary seemed taken aback my happy energy, but quickly composed herself. I walked towards the waiting room and was welcomed with a range of girls fixing themselves up. Most of the girls were not even dressed appropriately. In my mind I shook my head. I did come across a few guys who had makeup shown on their face. I sat in one of the chairs and slowly waited for my turn to be next. Each person walked out the office frustrated.

"Next" I heard a loud, cold, and harsh voice come from the office. My heart began to speed up this was my time to shine.

"I don't want to go with you" I whispered... Big mistake. I screamed as he slammed me down to the ground hard and held my neck, he straddled my hips hovering over me and growled in my ear making me whimper. "You are mine do you understand? Mine. And I will have you to myself which means you are going to join me and my pack" he said and I shook my head "j-just reject me and none of this has to happen" I whispered and he growled sliding his other hand down my stomach. "Don't test me mate" he said and I gasped as he grabbed me "you belong to me now so like I said before. Go home and pack your bags" he said and I just shook my head "I don't want to leave my pack-" "To-fucking-bad" he said "I let you go twice. I'm not letting you go again" he growled and I looked up at him nervously shaking my head. "Do as I say or I'll kill your pack. One. By. One" he said putting his lips to my ear "no" I whimpered and he looked at me. "I-I'll do it" I whispered and he nodded letting me go.
