The town was crawling with vampires. I could feel their presence everywhere. "It's hard to find which ones are elizabeth's" Gabriel whispered his nose twitching. "The scent of royal blood has a certain vibrancy to it. Remeber the smell if the man from the mansion kyo?" " yeah, his scent was...sweet almost" "yes that means he is a royal guard. Use that to guide you." I stared at the hotel bed in disgust as kyo and Gabriel sat down. It's colored brown comforter and cream colored sheets were stiff with starch. I could smell the scent of dull fabric softener and human. " staying n a lavish hotel would make it easier to find you" Gabriel smiled. "Here with smokers and drunks of the inner city of Atlanta it makes it harder to track your scent." I growled lowly knowing he was right. "Now take that bag Kim packed you, and get ready" I nodded.
The steam for the shower fogged the mirror giving my reflection a blurry look. I had to get into character, and somehow find the strength to put on these clothes. The whiteness of the sink was almost clinical as it resembled the tile and bath tub. Find charity. Find charity. Find charity. I chanted we needed to find him. Elizabeth was planning something terrible I knew she had to be. I ran my hands into my wet hair pulling down the dryer. Time was winding down it was only a matter of time before they found me. They meaning Lance and Elizabeth. I pulled on the black miniskirt kim had in the bag hating how form fitting it was. The shirt i could manage, seeing as it was more flowing with a band that strapped around my waist letting it hang.
The color was a beautiful ivory that dipped low in the back letting my lower back feel the air. The only thing keeping the shoulders intact was the golden chain. I dried my hair before flipping the front bang upwards. I missed my long ebony locks though the shorter look did suit me better. My skin remained the flawless light pale brown it always had been. The only diffrence was the slight dimmer color of my eyes, and the look of inner turmoil that radiated from them. Glancing downward into the large black bag i slipped my fingers around shoes. The heels were larger than what i had become accustomed to. They were how americans would say trampish? I slid the black heels on feeling myself lift several inches off the ground. Sadly to say they made my legs look longer and more volumptious. If my parents or Lance saw me they would all be saddened by my change.

"Damn" Gabriel whispered dropping a square chip into his lap. My eyes were glued to the floor as i stepped out of the bathroom. I could feel the intense stares of Gabriel and Kyo. "Is this any good for the club?" I looked up then. Kyo mouth hung open in shock before he dialed back a bit. I took in their clothing Kyo had changed into dark deniem jeans and a button down collared navy shirt. I could see his tattoo from his short sleeves. Gabriel wore a tight tshirt with baggy black pants with timberlands. I could see a speck of silver gleam from his ear. An earring i could only assume. "Yes" Kyo coughed. "Its fine. Lets get going"
The music filled the midnight air loudly as the car screetched to a stop in the parking lot. I could smell it almost immediately as i left the car. This smell was familar, it had royal blood but mixed with something that i could not place. I stared up at the neon sign that flashed HAVEN. This was my brothers club, we had to find him hear or atleast get some leads. I strode forward with confidenc i had never experienced before. I could feel Kyo and Gabriell staring at my buttocks, All eyes seemed to wander to me as i passed the long line of party hungry humans. I was never the one to be patient.I glided passed the bouncer as he opened the door for me. "You are?" i heard the gruff voice of the bouncer as he stared at Gabriell and Kyo. I touched the bouncers enormous arm. "My body guards" I said simply giving him a knowing look. He nodded stepping aside letting them in. Gabriel nodded in approval. I could smell sweat and the mixture of many colognes. I could see bodies swaying left and right as the overcrowded club pounded against the music. The lights flashed multicolored lighting up the dance floor. I could see the over head lights of the bar as the bartender grabbed bottles from the neon blue shelf that illuminated the bottle. The vampire could feel my royal essence already singling me out amongst the crowd as it began to part like the red sea. The only ones still dancing were the wolves and the humans that were oblivious to the entire scene. They bowed their head as i did a steady walk to the bar, i nodded letting them return to dancing. I glanced the baretender who worriedly reached for the best bottle of wine he could possibly find before shakily pooring it in a glass. "May i asked where the proprietor of this Place is?" I asked motioning to the club around us. I could feel eyes watching me, not the eyes of a lusting human or wolf, but the eyes of a man a very dangerous man. I looked upward seeing a woman talking to a man above the dance floor."That is the VIP section. I hear there is another important person in our midst tonight.Would you like to see the VIP room? I shook my head. "Answer me" I commanded letting royalty slip through my tone. The bartender took a step backward. "The master is out for the evening" He said almost ahamed. "Where is he?" "He went out..to-uh"he was lying that much was clear in his actions. "You are lying to me" "Please miss. He told me not to" "Where is he" he tugged the collar of his shirt."please hold on one moment" he bowed turning his back to me. He whispered something into a phone glancing back at me every now and again. "He told me to give you a drink until he gets here" "How long will this take?" "He shall be down within the hour.He asks that you enjoy yourself." I nodded turning my back to him as i sipped a glass of whine. I knocked it back with ease as i watched Gabriel and Kyo dance in the crowd. I cold feel the eyes watching me once more, but i banished the thought taking another glass from the bartender.

Two hours later
I danced against the buff body of a werewolf. He smiled eagerly pulling me closer to his chest. My back was to him feeling every touch of his hands as they slid up the curves of my body. He was a young wolf that much was clear. He was to naive to figure out whom he was dancing with. My vision was a bit blurry but not enough to throw me off balance in my heels. I smiled giggiling as the hands traced my back. The rough hands of the wolf were suddenly gone replaced my strong stoney hands. A vampire was behind me. I was curious as to why his presence i could not sense. I started to turn around when his arms held me tightly to his chest as we rocked side to side as a slow song came on. "Quite the dancer" the voice whispered almost inaudibly.
"Thank you, i call it beginers luck" "Luck you say, it was provacative as if you had practice for years" His hands neared dangrously under the hemm of my shirt. My body was lit on fire as his hands touched my bare skin. I repressed a moan by biting my lip. He grinded closer to me. I reached backwards running my hands through his short hair and strong cheek bones. I felt his nose trail up my skin leaving trails of heat. I gasped feeling my body tremble against him. I was getting to arounsed by this man. I needed to leave. I needed to get away but the feeling felt to right. A blood curdling scream errupted through the club. Most of the human kept dancing where as they non humans head shot to the sides. I watched as an army of vampires masscred through the crowld leaving trails of blood in their place. The young wolves stood no chance as these burly vampires broke through. Their eyes were trained on one person and it was me. A hand moved me behind their body standing infront of me. I stared in horror as i stared at the back of Lance who stood infront of me protectively. Gabriel and Kyo stood by my side. Kyo looked ready to attack as did Gabriel

Two And A Half Deadmen
Silver-Spruce is a very strange and very haunted town. Ghosts inhabit its buildings and walk its streets. Some of them friendly and sane. Some of them not so much. Alder helps ghosts. Helps them fulfill their last requests so they can move on to whatever comes next. Sometimes the ghosts aren't so friendly and have to be moved on by force. Alder does that as well. And he's gotten rather good at it too. After a particularly rough exorcism, he finds himself following a strange ghost to a local tourist attraction. And while Alder never means to find himself caught up in chaos, monsters, magic, and mayhem always seem to have a way of finding him. You want more specifics for what you're reading? Here you go: This is Urban-fantasy but a little bit of a different spin. Often the protagonists in such stories tend to be the bigger fish in their world, or at least far from small fry. Be they legendary boogie men or badass wizards (which is in no way a bad thing, I love a lot of those stories.) But I thought it would be fun to have a protagonist who's far closer to the bottom end of the scale. He has some magic, and it's potent in its own way. But he isn't the big dog or a fighting machine. Outside of his bubble of influence, our protagonist is essentially a normal human as far as powers are concerned. And while you should be warned that this story will get dark in some places it's (hopefully) balanced out by humor and the lighter stuff. I'm not sure how to end this synopsis section so I'll just say bye. Bye!

Mark of the Lash
Born from a precarious relationship between a Drow and his prize, Serena Lash struggles to find her place, and herself, as she fights to persevere through the hardships life throws her way. A story born from a D&D game I am currently a part of. The narrative will follow the events of the campaign as closely as possible, with some events having been tweaked to better fit into a written story. A slow burn, the narrative does skip around a bit due to the nature of the campaign, considering that not everything in the game needs to be written about. This will begin to peter out the further the story progresses, but for the first parts, expect a bit of skipping!
