『when we were little kids, we loved the heroes. Now that we're older we understand the villains.』
Aizawa was more than grumpy when a blaring noise interrupted his small allocated sleeping time. His eyes had just nicely closed, his cats had settled and he was free of all thought. Apparently shota is not allowed to sleep.
He was even Grumpier when he pick up his device that blared, his phone, and it displayed the time The brightness glared at him, causing a sharp pain to bloom behind his tired eyes. This only helped worsen his already bad mood.
Yet as much as he wished it to be quiet and let him sleep, the fact his phone was ringing at this hour ment it had to be important as only other hero/department calls would sound when a hero was off duty. Unfortunately hero alarms had no snooze button. And as a hero it was his sworn duty to answer even if the urge to brake his phone was strong. Underground hero or not Aizawa still has leisure time and he'd like to keep it.
Finishing his internal monologue the man sighs clearing his voice before buzzing the call through.
"Hello?" He drawls lazily, Hoping to god his prayer of sleep will be heard.
"Aizawa, good you're up." Begrudgingly, Aizawa thinks.
"We have a lead." So no, god decided no sleep for him. Great. But what's going on exactly? And what's with all the mind talking, is he loosing his sanity?
"Huh?" Shota makes out cursing himself for sounding as dumb as the banana hair man.
"It's detective T. We have a lead on Izuku Midoriya. I know I said I didn't want you too involved but she's only going to speak to you and we're running out of time."
Oh. Aizawa was woken up instantly from that. "What do you need?" Comes the fast response.
"Meet me outside the main entrance of Miuyumi general hospital. Oh and shota please, make it quick."
Then the line goes dead. And the man is left holding an empty phone to his ear.
Well if it's for his problem child who's he to say no? He can't keep lying to himself that it will all work out. He needs to step up and make sure it will all work out... even if that means breaking a few rules... or laws. Eh he's an underground hero anyway.
By the time Aizawa had got to the hospital, all he could see was police cars. Rows and rows of police cars. Blue and red light reflecting off any half shiny surface, which for the record was pretty much everything. Aizawa could have been at a rave, or a tacky school disco. These were two places he despised being anywhere near.
Here he was in the centre of it all. Just great. He loved his job.
That's a lie he hates his job and he hates it here. Obnoxious flashing lights and a quiet but tense atmosphere had the hero putting on a defensive front. Walking over to spot the man of the hour.
The detective stood tapping his foot in the main entrance. Seemingly use to the lights and tension. He kept his wrist up right glancing at it every few seconds. So much so Aizawa was beginning to doubt there was an actual watch there. Yet as soon as the man saw the hero he bowed slightly and marched in through the doors, hoping Aizawa was following behind.

Aizawa indeed was following. Yes it was like he was a lost puppy behind the detective, but that's not important. He was following that's all that matters.
They quickly moved through the hospital in silence. Turning further into the building. Since it was so late the halls were deserted but somehow that helped the hero stay calm. And since he was given no explanation he was naturally on high alert. Was Izuku here? Was someone Izuku knew here? Or was it someone who knew Izuku?
The detective comes to a stop out side of one particular room. It was cornered off from the rest of the ward and seemed to be lit dimly.
"Am i to go in?" Aizawa questions, trying to look through the fogged glass. "Yes, you are," the detective dives into his bag. "Here, take this." He says thrusting out his hand. He opens the palm face up to reveal a small recording device.
Aizawa stares at the black box as if it's the unknown factor in his life's equation. He even finds himself hesitating before snatching it and pushing the door open.
It clicks softly behind him. The noise sounding louder than he was prepared for. He clears his mind and prepares for what he expects to be chaos.
The room was cold and empty. It had been cleared of furniture and decorations. Except for one bed in the corner by the window. It was surrounded by equipment, the metal highlighted by the night light. As the man moved closer he could start to make out the form of a girl. She had a blanket covering her body with only her head, and arms visible. "Oh my god." He whispers out seeing her condition. He wished this was a girl he didn't recognise. A stranger in other words. Alas it was a familiar face.
The girl cracks an eye open sensing the man and grins tiredly. "Eraserhead right?" She croaks out. The man nods letting his eyes trail to the girls arms. The much to blue vains seem to be so bright against her pale skin.
"Great, take the paper." She says unmoving. Aizawa pauses, not knowing we're the paper she's referring to is. "It's in my hair. Undo the ribbon." Aizawa follows the instructions carefully undoing the hair and finding a thick folded piece of paper.
He immediately raises an eyebrow, eyeing the girl carefully. Said girl winces before shivering. Then looking to the man with unfocused eyes.
"Look," the girl says taking in a shaky breath. "I'm sorta dying, he gave me poisoned blood yada yada. I'm a villain it's my best ending honestly." She shakes her head scrunching her face in pain.
"B-But you need to know he's been planning this for years. He's got us all where he needs us. We're all brain washed and controlled, modded by him to fit his plan." She breaths out. Her oxygen mask fogs up before clearing again. Aizawa watches her bite her lip, Pain clouding her face again. "Anything." The girl whispers. "Anything to help Izuku." She rasps closing her eyes.
Aizawa is unsure if they are her own words as she clearly wants to help the boy Aizawa cares for. Or if they are a warning from this other person she speaks of.
"I wrote the whole plan down, the locations I know. Everything. I have nothing left, no quirk, no family, he took it all. He'll use it to torcher Izuku no doubt. Make him think you hate him. He'll use your voice, he can see Izukus past memories, he know that poor kids emotions. He's obsessed, a psychopath, for just one night he'll become you entirely. And that's all he need," the girl whispers off leaving a shiver to go up Aizawa's spine.

The man very much dislikes the thought of himself being used to hurt the boy he holds so dear.
"He had your blood you know. I dont know how but... and with his quirks it's all-" the blond gasps out getting to riled up. "It's all for Izuku. Anything to keep him. I- I loved him. I want h-him fr-ee-e." Aizawa feels his own throat close up, as he's sure the girl is clearly is experiencing. "I didn't want this. Not ever! But he gets in your head. Makes you owe him! He took my family, my face, my friends. Everything's gone. He became me and now I'm hated." The mans heart aches seeing the tears slip from the girls pained eyes.
Gods how he wished he didn't know this girl.
He knows people rarely listen to the villains story. But this one seems so genuine. This girl seems like she's been played all her life. That doesn't make her a villain. That makes her like Aizawa.
Said Aizawa stands helpless glued to the spot watching the girl suffer. "Please you're his hero, help him. It's already too late but help him! And read my notes! Find Dabi, he wants to save shigaraki but he's alone I don't want my family to die again. Please sir you have to help!"
She screams.
Then a loud shrill alarm goes off and the girl falls limp. A set of doctors rush in and somehow Aizawa is ushered to the side. He can see the professionals fussing around the girl and he can't help but feel pain.
She was only a kid. His problem child is only a kid! They're all just kids yet somehow this world had screwed them over. "Toga..."
"It's okay sir she's just passed out, but you need to leave." A nurse says kindly, walking him to the door.
The man nods absentmindedly. Feet carrying him to wherever they see fit. He just registers the detective questioning him but he doesn't stop for long. He hands the black device over letting his feet walk. He can't stop. He just can't. Not until he's alone with nothing but a headache and a folded letter.
Paper has never felt so heavy as it had in that moment. The fear of what could be on it. The fear of knowing what might be on it.
Aizawa unfolds it. He flattens it. He reads it.
《This is for izuku's hero.
I'm sorry for what I did I won't use the 'he made me' excuse. My actions are my own. I regret everything except what involves endeavour, I'll see him in hell.
the big mans plan isn't a quick one. He's had it in motion for at least 14 year. Ever since his first child was born he's been obsessed.
-he's collecting quirks for him.
-he's collecting an army for him.
-he's manipulating people to suit his needs.
Everything he does is for his son. A few months ago he teamed up with a vigilante and found his sons school. He tricked a villain into going rampant. He knew who would be captured. It was all according to plan. His sons best friend was held captive.
-he sent Shigaraki
-his son made the deal
-the game was set
Now he has the boy but it all went wrong a hero came and burnt the place to the ground. Izuku got caught in the crossfire and was killed. Who would even send endeavour to rescue someone?! And why isn't he in jail?!
Izuku dying wasn't part of the plan. The boss didn't plan that, it's made his life harder, but he adapted. He always adapts. He stoped Izuku dying keeping him in a weird, almost dead state. It's creepy. He caressed the boy and caries him around like a baby. I've never seen anything like it. He sent me to kidnap a girl called eri.
-she can rewind things.
The yakuza had her for quirk erasing bullets. She's been hurt and abandoned I wish I had seen what she was needed for. Now I wish I never got her. I wish I never did anything. I wish I was stronger and fought him. I hope she's safe.
His plans are as follows.
-use copy to make a new body
-temporarily use that body as a base for his son.
-keep the dead body in a time freezing vat of liquid. (One of his stolen quirks, he has many.)
-mature eris quirk
-collect the right organs from the black market.
Once these steps have been completed he plance to bring Izuku back. He's going to use eris blood to rewind the damage done.
Izuku will be made back to as if the accident never happened.
His father is the big boss. He won't be a match. No one can stop him. He's obsessed. All might failed and so did seven others. He always brags about it. No one can defeat him. Except maybe him, or equally her.
A list of locations:
-21 fuya warehouse, cinhu lane third exit on the estate park.
-Time warp bar, red light district, shibuya
-Safe house, 129 cherrywood lane, district 12 outskirts of Tokyo JP09 TY3
-The yakuza base I got Eri from is in a secret basement in the Japanese culture house tourist destination. You can only get in through the Hokusai painting of the great wave on the wall. Behind it is a locked door. The code is #25TJ 789 C0T
If this is been delivered that means the boss stole my quirk and has had me executed for my silence. I know too much. I was too involved.
Please save Izuku, he doesn't deserve to be wound up in this world.
He deserves to be happy with his friends and his family. With you.
Just make sure he's okay. I won't die for nothing. He and I have one thing in common, we never asked to die. It just happened.
We didn't ask for this it's too late for me. But save him. Please.
Toga himiko of the himikobami family.》
Well shit, Aizawa better go find the detective.

These people have no connection to each other, yet their double lives will lead to their fates interweaving. Their lives will never be the same. That is... if they survive.
