“How does it feel,” the man whispers in my ear,” to know that everything you have ever known is gone because of you.” Against my better judgment tears start to form in my eyes. I take a shaky breath to control my emotions and not show weakness. Of course, just my luck, the man notices that he hit a sensitive spot. Laughing the man turns me around to face him my back to the window. “Aw, did I make the little hero cry,” I glare and try to turn my head away,” Did I tell you to move, Pet!” He slaps me. So hard that I fall to the ground. Ow! My face hurts, tears involuntarily run down my face. My vision blurs. I can vaguely see the man walk towards me. He bends down smirking and slowly he raises his hand and starts to brush the tears away. I close my eyes not wanting to see him practically glowing in victory.

"You want to know why your alive?" He asks. I don't answer afraid of what I might hear even though I have a pretty good idea why I'm still alive. “Well?”, the man asks,” Do you, Jackson?” I shake my head no not looking at the monster who started it all. He laughs again. What is with him and laughing at my misery? Strong hands grab my hair. Pulling harshly forcing me to stand. I keep my eyes closed. He leads me to the bed before roughly pushing me onto it and before I could even move he is on top of me. Effectively keeping me from moving away. He grabs hold of my hands and forces them above my head close to the headboard.
