Defiant's EMH with the help of a couple maids attends the shipgirls hurt in the battle while in the Conference room with himself, Prince of Wales, Hood, Queen Elizabeth and Warspite. "I see, when the special combat zone collapsed, it caused the nearby areas to become unstable as well." "Are the Sirens behind all this Chaos?" "It may have to do with project Orochi, that mysterious caused by both Enterprises, Something tells me that they're related. "Whatever the case if our goal is to thwart their plan, then we can't let the Sakura Empire escape." Queen Elizabeth said as she looks out through a window to see a cracked sky. Belfast looks up at the anomaly and asks herself. "Enterprise why?"
"Achoo!" Laffey says as she hugs herself for warmth. "So cold outside." Voyager unzips her jacket and gives it to the freezing Destroyer. "We've got separated from the others somehow and we've got to find a way to meet with the fleet soon!" Javelin said as she struggles with the freezing wind and all three stop when they saw a siluette of a person. "It's Ayanami!" Javelin says as Voyager prepared her shields. "Oh Great! This again?" Ayanami said as she grabs her sword ready to strike. "I don't understand why you won't fight? why're you just standing there? "What's the matter with you?" "We told you before, we just don't want to, we want to be friends." Laffey replies before Javelin. "That's right! Why would we want to hurt someone we'd rather be close to!" "Because we were created to be enemies that's why!" Ayanami said. "It doesn't matter cause you strike like the kind-." Voyager tried to explain as she tried to help the other two Destroyers. "What is wrong with you? We're Warships that fight Opposing Warships how is that so impossible to understand." "You're wrong when I come from, my people used to have an enemy until they formed a peace treaty that-." Voyager once again was interrupted as Laffey pushed Javelin to the water as a blast hits her shields. "Stop picking on her!" One said as another arrived to fire some more shots. "Yeah what she said!" "Please stop! We don't want to fight!" Voyager moves around to cover the Destroyers with her shield. "Do you think we're going to be falling for that." The Shipgirl grabs Ayanami. "Why're just staring at the horizon let's go!" "Looks like we're going to have to settle this another time!" The Sakura Empire ships fired one last volley causing Javelin who left the comfort of Voyager's shields get hit but luckily was caught by Belfast. "Can you hear me?" Belfast asks in a soothing voice. "Are you alright?" "I think so?" Javelin replies. "Then let's go, its not safe here."

"Look who's finally awake!" A Sakura ShigGirl said as Kaga jumped. "Dear Sister!" Zuikaku then rushes towards Kaga. "Kaga, please slow down, you've already been severely hurt." "What happened?" She looks around for a moment. "The last memory I had was fighting the Grey Ghost but then." A hairpin falls in her wrist. "My sister is she? She then looks at Zuikaku and asks. "Tell me where Akagi went? Please!" "She's umm." Zuikaku says as she tries to get the words put. For the meantime, everyone was wondering about Project Orochi and how the 1st Carrier Division began to act strangely.
Belfast, Javelin, Laffey and Voyager were heading back to the fleet when Belfast pops out a question. "Are you worried about that Sakura Empire girl?" Javelin looks down. "Oh I guess so." "Oh yes, I wish I was there sooner, I'm sorry that I was to late to help you." "Are you mad at us?" "Pardon?" "Because Ayanami is our enemy, I'm supposed to fight her but none of us wants to." She sighs as she continues. "We just don't know how to change that." "Well then, you should give it more time, because we can't let the way we were created long ago define our decisions and now we can move in any direction we please and that power shouldn't be taken lightly, try to remember that we were made to fight and defend but we're not obligated to destroy." Both Destroyers smiled as Voyager began to speak. "Its just like back in my time, when we gave another race time to become friends with my people after the treaty until Enterprise E's Grandmother died protecting their colony from a common enemy in the early to mid 2300!" A huge gust of wind came their way and they turned to see a Siren ship sinking. "This area's unstable so we have to move quickly and try to regroup with the Fleet." "But what about you?" "No matter, I have to stay back and find Enterprise, I owe it to her and as a maid, its my duty to stay by her side, and I can't let her down." "I want to help you to." Laffey said. "Do you mean that?" "So do I, the three of us will help you find Enterprise and them we'll go home together." Javelin replies. "And don't forget about my Enterprise and most likely they'll be together since I saw them before the light brought us here!" Voyager said before they took off insearch of both Enterprises.
"Say it one more time!" Kaga yells out. "Kaga, try to control your temper." Soryu fixes her glasses as she says. "This order's effective immediately, we are terminating our search for Akagi. All ships reconvene back at headquarters at once. We'll see you there. Be careful." "That's unacceptable, you cannot leave our Flagship behind." Kaga yells out. "Yes you're right, losing the Flagship is quite unfortunate and the Mass Produced are not functional either, therefore it is inadvisable to be in this area and our fleet no longer has the ability to continue this operation and I am unwillingly able to risk the lives of others for just one ship." "Soryu! I agh!" Kaga collapses onto the deck. "Where is she? Please come back Akagi." "I'm so sorry, but what else can we do?" "Dear Sister Soryu." Hiryu said with a smile as Ayanami and her friends looked at the commotion."

"We've tracked down their main fleet Sakura Empire is not far." Helena said as she reports. "So we have to do this?" Cleveland asks with uncertainty. "Yes Siren power is to dangerous, if we let them go now the situation is likely to get much worse." Wales replies before lookimg at Hornet. "There's nothing else we can do in This year's war."
"They're not going to let us slip away freely are they?" "Unfortunately we are not in a position to take them on in our current state." "Then I suggest that I pull the Azur Lane away please sister command the retreat." "No don't I will be the rear guard!" "Zuikaku!" "As your elder, I will not allow you to do that." "This isn't a responsibility for you to take on." "I know how she feels, so do you and I think that sisters are special and I can't imagine losing you, I doubt that I'll breakdown to." Shoukaku smiled at her sister's words. "You don't have to worry about that, your sister will always be by your side." "Take care of eachother and return to base quickly." Hiryu said as the Crane sisters nodded.
"Everything will be okay, and I may not look like it but I'm actually a Lucky Ship." Zuikaku said as her sister looks at Ayanami and her friends. "Promise that you'll look after eachother." "We promise Shoukaku." Ayanami replies moments before the 5th Carrier Division jumped to the water and stretched before heading out to distract The Azur Lane.
"Prince of Wales shot at the two only see that they avoided the hit as a mysterious person observes. "Humans are so entertaining its so strange as they claim to hate war but insists on fighting eachother, the enternal contradiction is so exhausting." "These people are like mirrors reflecting the history of the humans and it seems conflict is the human core of mind, well the world will change many times but War will stay the same." "Goodness you brought that here?" "Yes she's still got quite role to play." The person said as she looks at Akagi. "I'm so grateful to Enterprise and her descendant because of them, the cube has collected an enormous amount of data and I believe it's time to start the project." "Yes at long last." "Finally Orochi will come to life."
Prince Of Wales continues to fire at both Shoukaku and Zuikaku who also returned fire with their planes. One Sakura plane starts to shoot and hits San Diego while the others were on the icy cliffs until Zuikaku noticed both Enterprises. "It's Grey Ghost and who's that other guy?" Just then a huge Squadron of Starfleet Fighters and Wildcats came out and immediately dropped bombs and starts to shoot at the water. Shoukaku noticed that her little sister was in the line of fire and immediately jumped over her as the Starfleet Fighters were shooting dangerously close. "Zuikaku!" "Sister." The weapon fire from the Starfleet Fighters ends up stunning Shoukaku as bombs kept dropping.
The others noticed as Hornet was hoping for something with both Enterprise and the E. Zuikaku then throws a pair of stars that quickly took the shape of Aircraft and rams them at the Carrier and the Sovereign Class Battleship. With the planes successfully hitting their targets, and cloud of smoke dissappears, a hatless Carrier and her descendant stayed unmoved and in sorrow Zuikaku lools at her sister and said. "I'm so sorry please don't leave me!" Enterprise CV-6 launches a plane from her flight deck and it was about to drop a bomb at the 5th Carrier Division when they noticed that the plane didn't got to them, they saw Ayanami running after the aircraft. "I still don't understand or know the right answer but So what?!" Ayanami thought to herself as she slices off the wings of the enemy aircraft. "I know this is wrong but I don't like it!" As Ayanami was starting to fall the eyes on both Enterprises returned to normal along with both Laffey and Javelin yelling out Ayanami's name as a fissure opens up. "Please hold on." The CV-6 managed to say in her weakened state. Ayanami held out her hand for help causing both Destroyers and Voyager who grabbed something from the bottom of her ship's saucer and puts it on her back. Everyone in the proximity saw what happened even Shoukaku who regained consciousness from the hit given to her by Phaser fire. As both Javelin and Laffey struggled to hold onto Ayanami, both Enterprises passed out from exhaustion. "What have I done?" Bothe Enterprises thought to themselves.
"Are you okay?" Voyager asks the three who were hanging on for dear life. "Hurry up, I can't hold on much longer!" Javelin complained as Ayanami looked up at them. "I'm sorry and thank you." were all she said as Voyager pulled them up.

Apparently, even heaven had the odd clerical error. Which was not something Nathaniel Miller would have expected, and yet, that seemed to be exactly what had happened to him. The collector of souls seemed to have been given the wrong address, and instead of taking one Nathaniel Miller of the earth apparently right next door, he took Nate. As recompense for this small bit of error Nate was placed in the body of the Nathaniel Miller that had supposed to have been taken in the first place, and seeing as he now had an opportunity to try to live his life a different way he planned on taking advantage of this chance. No one, however, had specified how different this world would be from his, sure they had said the tech would be a little older, and there were other small anomalies. But no one had seen fit to let him know that older meant medieval, and those small anomalies mentioned? They probably referred to all the fantasy elements and magic that seemed to be part of this world. Still, he was determined to do better this time around, after all, chances like this were next to unheard of...
8 145Alive?
In the ruins of a once glorious city, a mage awakens. As the sole survivor(?) of the cataclysm that destroyed his entire species, he’s forced to adapt. While learning the intricacies of his new body, he must first carve out a place for himself in a familiar yet foreign world before he can set out to reclaim his heritage. I cannot stress this enough: the character is not human, do not expect him to react like one. I know the hand on the cover only has five finger, but I doubt I am going to find a royalty free radiography with two perfectly functional thumbs placed in a sensible way anytime soon. The rewrite is finished. Beta readers are welcomed and I am still wondering whether I should put the sci-fi tag or not.
