ARIANNA..

I honestly haven't thought about that. He is an Alpha, and he needs his Luna.

"What am I supposed to do?"

"I want to announce to everyone tonight that you are my Luna. All you need to do is show up. I'll take care of the rest."

A few hours later, we were packed and on a private plane to South Dakota. I've never been on a private plane before. It's very comfortable and luxurious. The interior is cream colored with matching leather recliners. In the very back is a small bedroom with a full sized bed and a tiny bathroom for long flights. I could've sat anywhere, but chose to sit in Hunter's lap the whole way there. He didn't seem to mind. He held me close to him. Kissing me and nuzzling me the whole way there. It felt so nice and I could feel the love and happiness from both of our wolves as well. A few hours later, we arrived at the airport and after another hour, we arrived at a huge castle! Yes….castle! I was completely awe stricken! My mouth hung open like a caught fish, as I stared wide-eyed at the castle in front of me. Hunter chuckled and put his arm around my waist.

"It is pretty amazing, huh?"

"Are you kidding!? It's incredible! I've never seen anything like it!"

"You're royalty now baby."

"I can't wait to see the inside."

A few minutes later we were shown inside, and I felt like I was transported back over 200 years. There was no electricity. To keep with the look and feel, it was completely lit by candlelight and fireplaces. The chandeliers all held slow burning candles. The walls were covered in gorgeous tapestries, and statues lined the entire main hall. We were led to a big reception desk, which was the only modern looking thing, except for no computers. We signed into a large book, and were given keys to our room. Hunter led the way as I took in all of my surroundings. Many guests have already arrived and greeted us with smiles and nods as we made our way up stairs and to our room. We stopped in front of a huge set of double doors. Hunter unlocked the door and we were met with the most beautiful room I have ever seen. I gasped and took in our room. Completely decorated in gold. Gold colored bedding, gold decorations on the walls, golden wallpaper, and gold candle holders. It made the whole room sparkle. A huge fireplace awaited to be lit. There was no other source of heating the room, but it didn't feel cold despite the weather outside. Maybe I was too awe-struck to feel cold. I ran around the room admiring everything while Hunter chuckled at me. The only modernization was the bathroom. Thank god they had indoor plumbing. They tried to make it blend in as much as possible with the existing decor. No lights, only candle sconces on the walls, and gold wallpaper with a large window with gold curtains. We still had a few hours before the ball started, so Hunter got the fireplace going so the room would be nice and warm when we got back, and we headed down for some food. Cause let's face it...this girl needs her food. After an amazing lunch buffet, we went upstairs to our room, and I flopped back on the bed, yawning away. Hunter chuckled and leaned over me.

"Tired?"

"Mmhhmm…."

"You take a nap. I have a few things to take care of anyway."

"Okay."

He leaned down and kissed me before leaving the room. I removed my jeans and shirt, and just slipped under the covers in my underwear. I was out in a matter of minutes. The next thing I know, there is a knock at the door, waking me up from my sleep. I jumped out of bed and threw on the robe lying nearby. I opened it to see a man that I assumed worked for the hotel or castle, standing in front of me with a huge box and a smile.

"Good evening Miss. Alpha Hunter instructed me to bring this to you with this note."

He handed me the box and the note.

"Thank you."

He bowed slightly and left. I closed the door and walked back over to the bed, placing the box down and read the note.

Hi Baby. I'm sorry that I'm not there to get ready with you. I had to take care of some business. I'm already dressed for the ball. In the box is the dress I ordered for you. I hope you like it. Get ready. I'll meet you at the foot of the stairs. Love you.

I smiled and opened the box. I held a beautiful dark blue, lace dress. In the box was matching shoes and jewelry. I rushed to get changed, then headed downstairs. I could already hear laughter and music playing.

HUNTER..

I was talking to the Alpha from the Crystal Lake pack when I saw Arianna coming down the stairs. I turned towards the staircase and watched in awe of the beauty coming down the steps. By the goddess, she is beautiful. I hoped the dress would look good on her, but she is beautiful. The dress flows around her like water. Her hair is drawn up into a twist, and pinned back, leaving little pieces hanging down. The jewelry is simple, yet sparkles brightly on her like she is illuminating it from within. I can smell her perfume...vanilla. It mixes with her natural scent, making her smell sweeter than honey. I feel like the luckiest wolf alive. I can feel Aden beaming inside of me from her presence. When she sees me, she smiles warmly and it fills my heart. I rushed over to the stairs and took her hand as she descended the last 5 steps.

"You are breathtaking my love."

"You look very handsome yourself."

I can't help but beam with pride at this elegant creature by my side. She hooks her arm through mine, and we make our way into the ballroom where the party is set up. Everyone is in their finest, and turn when they see us come in. All eyes are on Arianna, not me. A server goes around with drinks and I grab two glasses of champagne and hand one to Arianna. We mingle around for a while, and I introduce her to some of the Alphas and their Lunas. Some Alphas were pretty disappointed to find out that I found my mate, but congratulated us anyway. I leaned over to kiss Ari's cheek and whispered in her ear.

"Have I told you how gorgeous you look tonight?"

"Once or twice."

"You are...so...beautiful. I'm so tempted to take you back to our room and let Aden ravage you."

She giggled and pecked my cheek.

"Calm your wolf. Aden can have his way with me later tonight."

Her resistance only makes me want her more. I gave her a playful growl, and kissed her mark. She sighed and gripped my arm tighter. I purposely picked a dress to show off her mark. I wanted the world to know she was mine, and I'm glad she wore her hair up tonight. After another 30 minutes of mingling, it was time. I walked her to the center of the room and cleared my throat. I had to yell over the crowd.

"Excuse me everyone! Can I have your attention!?"

Everyone turned to us and formed a large circle. Arianna looked around nervously at everyone. While she was distracted, I pulled out the box from my pocket and got down on one knee. When the crowd gasped, Arianna finally turned back to me. Her eyes went wide and she stood straight as a statue.

"Arianna..you are my love and my life. I ask you in front of all of these people...will you marry me? Stand by my side as my Luna and wife?"
