Luke up top
--------------Jamie's PoV-----------
I walked into the small cafe with my stomach turning for some reason. Marcel smiled, and waved at me.
"Hello, baby boy" Marcel said patting my head
"I'm not a baby" I whined out hitting his hand away.
"But you're a boy, thats surprising." He said with fake astonishment
"Stop, where is my book" I said waving off his comment.
"Here, geez in a rush, you didn't seem to be in one yesterday when you said you'd be here" Marcel teased me handing me the book. I ordered some tea as well, I paid him and walked out to head home. I walked around aimlessly in the park for 10 or 20 minutes before heading home. I walking up the dirt road into the house to see a pissed Luke on the couch and Benji no where to be seen.
"Hey Luke, wheres Benji?" I asked kissing his cheek.
"I don't know. I last saw him in the kitchen" He said rubbing his head.
"Headache?" I asked kissing his head.
"Yeah" He sighed.
"I'm sorry babe, I'm going to go find Benji." I said walking up stairs to check our bedroom. I opened the door and was horrified at what I saw. what happened to him, who the fuck touched my mate?!
--------------------Benji's PoV-----------------
I turned on the shower and washed away the blood that was on my face from either cuts that are now healed or that I through up. I washed my body and hair, and my stomach turned. I needed to hunt. I was still in lots of pain but with all the blood loss I need more, I normally hunt once or twice a week but this took a toll on that. I step out of the shower and dry off, I walked into the bedroom as Jamie did the same. Jamie scanned my body and raised a brow.

"Where did you get those bruises?" he questioned me as he walked over poking one of them making me flinch.
"I umm...I fell" I said scratching my neck. I can't tell him what happened.
"Benjamin, Who did this" Jamie said in a stern voice.
"Jamie, don't worry I have it all under control" I assured him kissing his head.
"If I see them again we will have problems" he growled at me walking out slamming the door. Grate two pissed mates. I slip into some basketball shorts and walk down stairs as Jamie glared at the bruises on my arms and torso.
"Where are you going" Jamie said trying not to sound worried and curious
"Hunting babe, I'll be back in a bit" I said walking out the door. I was running around for a good hour before I had what I needed for the week. I made my way back to the house and went up to the bathroom before Jamie and Luke could see me. I know Luke would be creeped out by it. He won't need to worry about that with Jamie because he's a half blood so he needs a vampires' blood not a animals blood. I get ready for my second shower today. I think that it is a bit weird to shower twice but I need this smell and excess blood off before seeing my mates. I hop into the scorching water, and wash my body before drying off. I slipped on my shorts again pulling on a t-shirt I walk downstairs to see Luke and Jamie curled up against each other. I sighed to myself and decided to do some paperwork I should have been doing all day. I walking into my office and pull out some files to read through them, and sign whatever I need to. A small knock at my door maid my head shoot up from the paper I was reading.

"Yeah" I said as Jamie walked in and over to my lap. He curled up on me like he does most days he wants to sleep on me. I put my papers down to pet his head as his breath evened out telling me he was asleep. I picked him up to carry him to our bedroom. I tucked him in kissing his head and walking out to get back to work. I walked down stairs to get water and saw a tired confused looking Luke.
"He's in bed" I said pushing the glass against the ice dispenser that was built into the freezer.
"Why?" He asked glaring daggers at me.
"He came up to my office and fell asleep in my lap. I took him to our bedroom" I said smirking knowing he was jealous. He grunted, and walked up the stairs I'm guessing to our bedroom. I take my water up and finish my paperwork within an hour. When I walk down stairs Luke and Jamie are watching a movie on the couch.
"Benji! we're watching Mockingjay, watch with us" Jamie said popping up and running to me pulling my arm. I chuckle and follow him to the couch and sit down a space away from Luke just incase. Jamie lies down putting his head on my lap. I don't pay the movie much attention as I think about what happened today. We're mates, there's no way he can reject me right. I've lived through the civil war, WWl and WWll, theres no way I can die like that. How could he accept Jamie and not me? How could he hit me and not feel anything at all, we still have a connection. He should be able to slightly feel what I can feel. Also why couldn't Jamie tell when it was happening? Why is he so jealous at me touching MY mate? What the Fuck did Luke do to me?!

Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
