Confused , worried you all are dont worry let me explain it to you ,she self-published it. Now in all you tiny brains one thought resides that is confusion, go run and read the interview to know more !!

lana is a self published author who has almost dedicated her life to writing. her books are once again of vampires and filled with fangs or claws ..let me put a stop here and ask what the hell are you still reading this ???

Me: Describe yourself??? Everything you would like us to know.

Lana: I’m Lana Sky. I'm a writer in my twenties and I tend to write paranormal romance with a dash of contemporary.

Me: *paranormal like yummy treat .

Me: I recently read on your website about you publishing the books? How has been the experience so far and how did you come up with the decision that you want to be a writer??

Lana: I’ve been a writer since I was 12 years old, so this wasn't something that I did overnight. Publishing was definitely a unique experience. I liked having complete control over every step in the publishing process, but it did seem overwhelming at times. I'm lucky that I had the support of my fans and writing friends to help see me through. 

Me:* same here

Me: Want to tell us a short summary how exactly you r going to sell your book and other details like is it available as a hard copy or not? Are you gonnna seek a publisher?

Lana: I self published it. It's on sale for now (currently through Amazon) and I plan on announcing a print version (paperback) fairly soon. ;)

Me:* I wish I could get a copy!

Lana: what are you inspirations and how did you came in the world of writing? Do you have a specific name for your fans?

Lana: I started writing when I was twelve and it kind of snowballed from there considering that I'm still writing over a decade later. : P I do not currently have a name for my fans. How about just "amazing peoples" for now? 

Me: *mine if I ever had would be honeybees

Me: do you think writing has actually somehow changed your life? Like are you now more focused in the other world, a dreamer and a bit unrealistic??

Lana: Yes. I've always been a dreamer, but writing has turned that into an almost constant obsession. I'm always thinking up new characters and plots. Always. 

Me:* during exams too

Me: Who are your ideals in the world of writing and in the fields of music, arts, acting etc?

Lana: I think they are all interconnected. Writing influences music and art and acting and vice versa. I think you meant who I admire in the fields of art, music, Etc. Lana Del Ray. Vincent Van Gogh. Edgar Allen Poe. I currently admire those artists the most.

Me: *1D!!

 Me: Was it your childhood dream to be a writer or are you actually doing some other job and writing is just a hobby if yes then how did you cope up with the pressure ??

Lana: My childhood dream was to be a writer (along with a princess) but I do have a day job as a nurse. It can be incredibly hard juggling my real life job with writing, but I always make time for it.

ME:*I wanted to be a fairy and now a writer.

Me: If you could be any book character of any book who would it be and why? You can even choose TV show or movie character.

Lana: Hmmm. Probably Gemma Doyle from the Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray. My all time favourite character and I want magic. : P 

ME: *I would like to be a fairy ! (what the hell Is again wrong with me ?)

Me: how do you come up with the amazing story ideas? How does it happen??

Lana: I’m usually struck by inspiration randomly and then I tend to mull over an idea for a while until I can't resist writing it down any longer. : P

Me:* during maths exam?

Me: what are your hobbies and secret talents??

Lana: Um. Reading. I like jewellery making. Writing. Thinking about writing. And....writing. : P

Me: list your worst, best and most weird habit?

Lana: I like eating pickles and hard boiled eggs together as a snack. Mashed together and just piping hot and yummy. I also put cream cheese in my hot chocolate.

Me: writers relate realty with fantasy so is your book, character or anything that relates to it related with realty?? If yes then who and why?

Lana: If you mean are any of my characters based on real people? Not purposefully, but sometimes a few traits of my real life friends and family slip into a certain character, not that I'd ever admit it out loud. ;)

Me:* give me a high five naughty girl same here ;)

 Me: Lately many fanfics had been published as books what is your opinion?? Do you like writing them and will you ever collaborate with people??

Lana: I don't write fanfics. I do love collaborating and have a few projects on hiatus with a few wonderful writer buds. ;)

Me: *simple yet effective

Lana: what you see as yourself on wattpad in like 15 yrs?? Are you on any other sites like wattpad?

Lana: I came from fiction press, which is another writing site similar to Wattpad. I honestly do not see myself on Wattpad in 15 years. It's a great site to hone your skills on but birds gotta fly, fish gotta swim and eventually all writers much explore the world beyond WP. You can't stay in school forever.

Me:* *sobbing* cruel reality *runs away* btw the interview continues while I go out

 Me: What things make you super insecure?? Will you desire to be someone else secretly???? If yes then whom and why?

Lana: I like myself, so I wouldn't want to be anyone else. Things that make me insecure are my own incredibly unrealistic ideals of perfection that I know, deep down, I will never be able to reach. 

ME:* *sighs* thank god *sighs* what!! once again your quotes are cruel .

Me: If you could change 3 things or more about yourself what they would be and why?? Would you want to be somehow related to the supernatural world??

Lana: I wouldn't really change anything about myself, BECAUSE I think that's the fun in life. Dealing with your flaws and making the best of it. I'm incredibly anxious, I tend to over think everything and I am extremely hard on myself. However, without those skills, I wouldn't be the kind of writer I am and I would have never pushed myself to achieve my goals in writing and otherwise. I wouldn't mind having some super strength however. ;)

ME:* What’s with you and quotes huh?? Super strength umm *scratches chin * you wanna be Emmett?

Me: What type of person do you classify yourself as?? Are you very punctual or lazy like other writers??

Lana: I have a very "Type A" personality. I tend to be a lazy writer, but an insane editor and that balance allows me to stick to deadlines somewhat even if I drive myself insane in the process. 

Me: If you were a book what would the title be and why??

LANA:The Great Contradiction of Me. Because of the obvious. ;)

Me: What personal item of yours is priceless!!! If you could bring only one thing with you to mars what would it be and why??

LANA: My LAPTOP. It has year’s worth of stories on it. I would die if something happened to it. 

ME:* SAME HERE

Me: Do you wish to be super famous in your life and what is your secret dream that you want to achieve but cant?

Lana: no. I don't wish to be super famous. I just hope that my writing touches people the same way some of my favourite stories have touched me.

ME:* SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE !!

Me: If you could direct a film!! ! Then what would you like to do in it ?

Lana: Actors?

TATIANA MASLANY. She's amazing. I'm obsessed with her skill. 

Plotline? And other things like locations??

The plot would probably be one of my stories, Drain Me just because Tatiana is the only actress alive who could probably play Ellie Gray without making me want to slap her. : P And Chris is just.... *drools*

Lana:I love the support and sense of pride that the writers on this site share. It's truly beautiful.
