《Sweet Child of Chaos》In the company of killers

Rotten blood fell from his slitted veins as he failed to stare at the demonic duo which had calmly inflicted minimal wounds upon his skin.
Multiple 'K's were carved oh so deeply, making sure that not even magic would be enough to get rid of the scars left behind.
Killing him would be easy, Kisa had said and Kai had trusted completely in every single syllabus that fell from her lips.
The same ones that would tell sins to many, but wouldn't dare ever lie to him.
She promised him the best revenge he could ever have and he trusted her completely. Kisa had never failed him before.
So they took their time with Joshua Parker, carving his skin as if he was marble, using him as a canvas of rebellion, sorrow and anguish.
Making sure that whenever his dark blue eyes, that would never shine as brightly as Kai's, met his reflection on the mirror that he loved dearly like the narcissist bastard he was, he would forever remember the events of night.
But that wasn't enough for the demonic duo, it wasn't enough for the years of torture he had caused his first born.
It wasn't enough for the years of resentment.
So Kisa had a little something else hidden under her sleeves and she would enjoy teaching the Petrova specialty to Amara.
Kisa called out for Amara, who was sat upon a table while swinging her feet back and forth as she waited for Kisa and Kai.
Amara's head snapped up at the affectionate nickname, smiling shyly, knowing that Kisa wouldn't call Katherine that and that she only referred to Kai as 'Her Angel', which meant that the other Petrova was talking to her.
The brunette slowly dropped from the table and skipped to her new sister, eyes wide in curiosity although keeping herself behind Kisa as if to not interrupt in anything.

Katerina perked up at the words coming from her twin sister, a frown immediately replacing her annoyed features once she noticed the familiar history.
Joshua paled as he listened to the familiar story, it was one he wished to be a myth, to continue being simply a bed story to keep witches in line, this reaction only caused Kai to listen with more interest while Amara held onto every single word carefully.
Kisa's lips curled up slightly, hickory eyes flashing with deep knowledge as her fingers traced up on Amara's arm, moving them with hers.
The fluidity of the movements within the slow pace made it look like a dance, carefully thought over as the wiser brunette whispered the archaic words and her copy followed suit.
Kai watched mesmerized as the look alikes moved in complete synchrony, a sweet smile dancing on Amara's plump lips, cheeks slightly reddened and tanned skin reflecting the gold of the sun.
His demon conducting her movements expertly, fluid like water running down its course, hickory eyes reflecting her soul, understanding, calm yet full of the unknown.
She remained in the shadows and let the golden sun bath her human clone, even if she could stand underneath the sunlight, it was as if she was made for the darkness as was Amara for the light.
The last word was whispered and the beautiful dance was replaced by excruciating screams of pain, the magic which once habited Joshua's body fought against him, trying to break free and return to the earth.
Katerina whispered to herself, still unable to wrap her mind around the evens.
Kisa said as she looked down at the man crawling on the ground.
Her eyes held nothing but disgust.
He spat as he tried to stand up, only to stumble on his own feet and fall back, too weak to stand.

Kai questioned grinning, before he bit his lower lip and shook his head.
Snorting, Kai tilted his head to the side as he concentrated on the spell he was about to perform, couldn't have lil old Joshua getting the easy way out by killing himself just now right?
Some nightmares implanted on his brain and he was good to go.
Katerina left before the group, deciding to wait by the car while Kisa and Kai got changed into something less... bloodier.
Amara being Amara didn't mind waiting for the duo, leaving Kai to walk in between the two copies with one arm around Kisa's shoulder and the other around Amara's waist.
A giant grin on his face.
Kisa told him softly, sending him a rare real smile, his ears turned red and he turned his face to the other side, looking at Amara who looking down at the ground as she tried to avoid stepping on a body.
Amara grinned up at him, her cheeks blushing furiously as she jumped excited
Kisa said calmly, a small smile playing on her lips while Amara nodded rapidly.
And the three musketeers stopped walking as they saw a very similar looking girl standing beside Katherine in a very heated argument.

Old Riding Author Lunatic Asylum
Just off the A19, in the dark, incomprehensible lands known as Yorkshire, there lies a town. A town where shadow-silent alleys glint with the secret hunger of knives. Where blood soaks the chipboard window shutters of forsaken terraces stretching off into the night. Where the smog-choked air rattles with the depraved laughter echoing out from clubs that can only generously be described as post-apocalyptic. Well, that’s Middlesbrough. But down the A19 a bit (an impossibly long way down, actually) there lies another town: Raughnen, in the ancient, forgotten Old Riding. It is an equal match in muggery and thuggery alike. It also has magic spells and pointy wizard hats. And now, across the miles and across all sensibilities, a pretty nasty power (a magic one) calls out for its pretty nasty counterpart (a decidedly unmagic one): a proper sound Boro lad. Nothing good can come of it. This is a collection of one novella and four connected short stories: I. A Yorkshire Summoning II. Old Riding Day Trip (the novella) III. Heaven is a Parmo IV. Death on the 66 V. Death on the 257 In total, this comprises 34 chapters totalling around 35,000 words, so try not to worry. It will be over relatively quickly. There are three more short stories with more tenuous links to the core collection: Rush, Paper Round and Scenario 79: Sausage Fingers, all of which can be found in my collection Short Records of Misadventure. Reading these may allow you to make more sense of certain parts of the story, if any sense is to be made at all. NOTE: There are instances of prejudice and discrimination within these stories, including elements of sexism and ageism, which are purely the thoughts and actions of the characters involved and which certainly do not reflect my own views on these matters. ANOTHER NOTE; A WARNING, PERHAPS: This can get a bit weird. In less than 150 pages, we have four viewpoints, first and third person narratives, and a completely disjointed plot with lots of gaps, dead ends and no real resolution. Also ZERO lunatic asylums. It's all a bit odd. If that sort of thing isn't your cup of tea, which it most likely isn't, it might be best to move on now.

Heart of the Forest (Hiatus)
Luke was an ordinary college student, though a little nerdy, when The Begining happened. Now he finds himself in a game-like world and he might be one of the few ready to fight back. Follow him in his quest to defend his home. This is my first fiction so I will be thankful for any suggestion or criticism you send me. First arc: up to Chapter 20 I believe that at some point I will go on with this story, but it won't be any time soon.

The Gambit
The kingdoms have rarely experienced peace, with kings and rulers warring against each other on any percieved slight. With explorers riding the waves to find new lands and merchants eager to set up trade routes while profiting as much as possible. Would the status quo still hold up? The veil is already weakining as more magic and horrors seep through the gap. How would the world deal with the sudden increase in the limited resource of magic? With the times changing, barren lands become trade hubs and the power shifts. The system holding it all together, is in a fragile balance, would a single death break the balance and cause the most devastating war the people have experienced. The direction of the story : The story will not contain any main protagonist, rather multiple protagonists and antagonists with the protagonists having bad some character traits and the antagonists some good ones. I plan to make a story of flawed humans, so if you are looking for OP MCs you would not enjoy it. But I still hope you give it a try. This is my first time writing and I am doing it to get better, so any suggestion or criticism is welcome. I am a university student, so do not expect a robust upload schedule, I'll try to put out 2 chapters a week, but there might be some delays. I apologize for it in advance. P.s. English is not my native language, so there might be some errors, though I tried to mitigate them as much as possible.

The Happy Village
Note: This story has ended. This is not the final version since it needs a lot of revisions, so this is a testing ground for a newbie like me. Note 2: This novel is also posted on justlightnovels.com. Surrounded by the beauty and grace of Mother Nature, there lies a little village. In serenity the villagers live without much worries except for their jobs and personal lives - after all, there seems to be no major problem at first. Everybody is happy, everybody is well. That goes the same for two girls, Neha and Sachen, who are friends since childhood, and who believe that they will stick with each other forever. But one day, the High Order of the Celestials announces that the gods are angry at the village due to the rise of sin and corruption. They will take extensive measures to ensure the village’s survival, though for the girls, things are not what they seem. A series of events will forever condemn the girls in agony and sorrow, and will tear apart their little hearts.
