《Sweet Child of Chaos》Run you clever boy

Kisa looked down at the man in front of her, wrapping her fingers around his neck as she changed their positions.
"See? That's more like it" her smirk was certainly disconcerting, she was enjoying it too much, he could feel it after all.
"Now now, I've read a lot about your kind, but never saw one myself, why don't you show me the owner of the body, huh?" The Petrova vampire asked excitedly, her eyes shining brightly and a wide grin on her face.
"Can't let that happen, sweetheart. I'm in charge right now" The nogitsune answered in annoyance, wrapping his hands around her own as he tried to overpower her hold.
"Oh that's a crying shame, I was trying to be civilized, but if that's how you want..." as much as he tried not to show, Kisa was trained to acknowledge the simplest change of a human's body, like the way his eyes darkened the moment she said it.
"I see... you haven't really seen a vampire before, have you? This would mean that you don't know what I can do while I know about you, I guess it's a big disadvantage for you, isn't it? Are you feeling angry? Frustrated?" The brunette taunted, whispering the final words as she watched his features intensely.
The vampire laughed when she saw his glare, only making the dark kitsune angrier by the second, before she threw him against another locker, making a loud bang.
"Ah no need to pout, dear! I can show you all you want to know, supernatural strength, speed..." she started, suddenly appearing behind him as she whispered in his ear while putting both hands on his head "... mental manipulation"
And with this she was inside his head, vampires often disregarded this specific ability, not because it wasn't useful, but because it was difficult.

It wasn't easy to enter someone's head, they had to be more powerful than the one they wanted to manipulate, but the thing with the mind was never about how old you were or what species, it was more about your spirit.
There was something, however, that no one knew about the Petrova family... the twins never told anyone about the harsh training their father made them pass through, they never told anyone about the things that happened on their family.
The patriarch was a Hunter, one of a very old and known lineage, of course he didn't like having two girls and no male, it was a family of male hunters after all, but it didn't stop him from training the twins to perfection, it was how they could survive for so long with the original hybrid chasing after them.
But they didn't take the same training, Kisa was the first born, she was supposed to lead their men, their father wouldn't accept failure and while that made her powerful, witty and a perfect weapon, this also broke some of her humanity.
Katerina would never admit, but she was jealous of her twin, while she fell in love with Klaus, Elijah, Damon and Stefan, which put them in danger several times, Kisa was the one always telling that they should leave and rethink the situation, she acted with her head, not with her heart.
And that made Kisa incredibly powerful in controlling other's mind, going as far as entering an Original's head without him knowing, which would in the future, cost her years of life locked in that asylum.
So entering a Nogitsune's mind? She was up for the challenge.
She could see white walls, red lines nailed on the wallls, with tons of pictures hanging from them.
Interesting
She walked slowly through the halls, careful with each turn, the lights were flickering and the walls were closing by her, until she saw something on the ground.

There he was, sitting on the ground with his arms hugging his legs as he rocked back and forth, hiding his head between them.
"Hello there, sweetheart" she immediately stopped once she saw his fearful face, raising her arms on the air in a non threatening manner.
"Hey hey hey, it's okay! I'm not that mummy thing" She saw his body relaxing for a second and took it as a permission to go on.
"H-how did you get here?" The boy whimpered, his hands shaking and his pale skin exalting the red color under his eyes, making her hickory ones soften as she remembered how she was centuries ago.
"Well, that's a good question... great question... hm, why don't we start with how I can help you and then we start on the how I do things? Cool? Perfect!" Kisa rambled, sitting down beside Stiles, who gave her a weak smile.
"...okay" he whispered quietly, raising his head a bit to look at her.
"Have you ever played Baduk?" Kisa asked, making him shake his head in a negative manner.
"It's a Japanese game that looks like chess, it starts with an empty board and each player has stones, one player gets the black while the other gets the white, can you imagine it so I can show you visually?" The vampire proposed, moving closer as he did what she said, making the board appear in front of them, which resulted in his eyes widening.
"This is your mind, sweetheart, you can create anything" She said, answering his unsaid question with a small smile before she turned her attention to the game.
"The objective of the game is to use one's stones to form territories by surrounding vacant areas of the board. It is also possible to capture the opponent's stones by completely surrounding them" She started to explain calmly, placing the stones as she demonstrated every move she could, until her head began to bang loudly and she had to place a hand on it to dull the pain.
"Sorry, sweetheart, it seems like my time here is over... you'll have to win against him alone, just remember... when you're playing against the bad guy, there are no rules"
And with this she started to disappear, leaving a panicked Stiles trying to hold her there while she escaped between his fingers, her words echoing in his mind as he screamed her name.
Now there was only the Nogitsune and him.
On the real world, Kisa laid unconscious on the ground, blood running down her nose as Malia tried to desperately wake her up with watery eyes.

The heir is missing. The emperor, dead. So the story goes for many empires. On Deoch 7, the current heir of the Kilgore empire would be cursed to travel forward by royal decree. Sigrios, the heir of a forgotten empire, must now find his answer in this age. An age torn between warring lands of heroes and warlords. Where guilds and factions hoard treasures found only in deadly dungeons. But before he could step onto the world stage, he must adjust to his new body.
8 306Voice of reason with a hint of insanity
Follow the story of Joe and his sentien subconscious voice of reason through their journey around Wanderia. What should have been an average monday turns into an adventure not for the weak of mind. From giant man-eating tentacle plants to cults of potato worship there will be much to be experienced. The diffrent wielders of power and monsters fight everyday in a battle of survival all the while Joe is just starting wars, waking ancient city eating beasts and all such nonsense just because it seemed like a fun idea. The happy-go-lucky attitude of his will be tempered and changed somewhat along the grueling battles of body and mind all the while Svor makes snarky comments and terrible jokes. This is my first story so becoming better along the way and all that. Not a native english speaker so expect misspelling to happen.
8 153How The Weak Live
This was a rough draft. Quite a meh one. The newer version is These Games of Ours. ---------- Lucious is deserter among many, living by dagger and beggary. Argento’s thirst for knowledge is endless, as is his belly. Kora is the perfect soldier, yet her sword grows dull in monotony. Formally known as the Empire's legend, the Captain is now stuck in stagnation. The Gods, grown weary of human deeds, have decided to indulge themselves in a different way. -------------- THE 7 REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF Clichés shall be avoided like the cancerous tumors they are. The world shall not spread its pink butt cheeks for the main character’s convenience. No character shall be thinner than one slice of white American cheese. No female character shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main character is. No villain shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main characters are. Grammar laws shall be upheld sometimes. I, the author, swear not to be a prick. I, the author, swear not to go away without warning. If other LitRPGs are like Skyrim, then this is going to be a combination of Dark Souls and Total War. Don't expect action for the sake of action. Be warned, this is a slow novel. Read the reviews to see if this novel is a decent fit for you. Disclaimer: I do not own that gorgeous cover art.
