《Sweet Child of Chaos》5 easy steps to be a normal teen girl

Step 1: Under no circumstances you should ask for a deer or A+ blood.
Reason: People would look at you in fear and leave as quick as a supernatural being.
Step 2: Breaking a guy's arm is not cool, even if he was trying to touch you without your permission, you should cry and make a scene.
Reason: People would look at you in fear and leave as quick as a supernatural being.
Step 3: Never drink blood near people.
Reason: They are body and will try to drink it thinking it's a strawberry juice and eventually, throw up in your shoes.
Step 4: It's apparently not normal for 'hot girls' to eat three cheeseburgers with differently flavored milkshakes in a row, you should eat some salad and drink water.
Reason: if you're hot there's no way you can be happy and eat all that, you have to choose between being hot or happy.
Step 5: Forget the last steps and be who you are.
Reason: Being a normal teen girl is boring.
Malia laughed loudly once she read with difficulty the ugly handwriting on the note of their new refrigerator, those messy and small words had been clearly written by her vampire bestie.
Kisa suddenly appeared from the top of the stars, wearing a tight burgundy dress that hugged her curves with some high heeled boots that went up to her knees. Her hair was falling in waves in a bob cut and her nails were now painted a deep red, but still in a claw like style.
Malia stared at her in awe as the centuries older woman drunk directly from the bottle of Tequila, not even frowning or wincing at the strong taste, while trying and failing to learn how to use her new smartphone.
"You're gazing, how cute" Kisa said with a smirk, her eyes never leaving the screen of her phone, but attentively hearing the heartbeats of the other female, that seemed to be steady, making her tilt her head up with a curious look on her face.

"I was trying to be creepy actually... I'm hungry" the werecoyote muttered, jumping when the vampire suddenly appeared behind her, looking over her shoulder at the fridge that was full of food, courtesy of Anna, the elderly woman who was kindly letting them stay with her.
"You're aware you only have to take something and put it inside your mouth, right? I don't think it's that different from being a coyote" Kisa teased with a serious expression, before she broke into a grin as she felt Malia's elbow colliding against stomach.
"I can't handle you, Kit" Malia murmured, making the Petrova laugh as she nudged her.
"That's what my exes said" winking at the coyote before she took a black leather jacket and put it over her burgundy dress, leaving the bottle on the table as she walked towards the door.
"Do you want me to get you a deer? You could always try a blondie with me as well" Kisa suggested, waiting by the door as Malia put some sneakers and followed her outside.
"Hm... I was thinking about a milkshake actually" The werecoyote confessed, making a wide smile appear on Kisa's face as she took the girl's hand I hers, swinging it back and forth as they calmly walked to their destination.
"I told you milkshakes were the best! Mix some blood in it and you have perfection!" Malia only shook her head with a small smile.
"So..."
"So?"
"How's your twin like?"
"She's the most beautiful person in this world"
"Aren't you identical twins?"
"Yeah, so what? Where do you think she got the good looks?"
"Oh my god, Kit!" Malia exclaimed loudly, making the brunette laugh as she nodded.
"Fine, fine... hmm... Katerina has long hair, that's the only physical difference between us, she's a very emotional person and very manipulative..." Kisa trailed off, memories flowing through her mind like a wave.

"Has she ever...?"
"Manipulated me? She knew better than to play crazy to the owner of the asylum" Kisa joked, a soft smile appearing on her face.
"No, I'm the intelligent one, she tried, multiple times, but I was always ten steps in front of her" Malia's caramel eyes flew to the side, analyzing the emotions that were showing on her face.
"What about your ex?"
"Which one? You should know better than to think I only had one after five hundred years" Kisa said playfully, but her eyes dazed over and she kept silent for a long while.
"I had many lovers, but only loved one... he was mischievous, powerful, dangerous... he was my forbidden fruit you could say, but it wasn't as reciprocate as I thought it was" Kisa muttered darkly, her hair blowing with the wind while the light of the moon illuminated the side of her face.
"What do you mean, Kit? Did he... love another?"
"I guess he only loved himself, he was the reason I was taken into that dreadful place"
Malia noticed how that conversation was taking a dark road and decided to change the subject, her friend was clearly still hurt by it and she didn't want her to revive the pain.
"So... about those five steps, what do we do if someone says something?" Malia asked with an easy smile, seeing Kisa's eyes lightening considerably as a wide grin formed on her lips.
"Then you tell them..." the vampire stopped closer to the coyote, leaning her head to whisper on Malia's ear "Go fuck yourself!"

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
