That morning, sun came out with a smile, while the birds were humming songs, soft breeze swaying the curtains, giving the glimpse of two entangled body on the bed

Azeen was sleeping with her back leaned on the headset of the bed while Zaigham's head was on her lap, his hands around her waist and stomach while her hand was in his hair, her head on his shoulder

Azeen was the first one who's sleep got disrupt due to birds chirping and sunrays directly falling on her face, she squeeze her eyes shut and hugged Zaigham

In her sleep, she thought, she is hugging her pillow but when felt the breath of her pillow, it made her brows furrowed in confusion,

Slowly opening her emerald eyes, she raised herself and saw Zaigham sleeping in her lap which made her breath hitched, she was sleeping on him

She just moved her eyes and saw her hand in his hair and his hands around her

She still didn't dared to let her breath out as she tried to remember how they both got in this position

Most of the time she sleep here alone, and sometimes if Zaigham comes to the room, he sleeps far away from her at the other end of the bed

She tried to remember what happened last night

She read Zeeniya's letter, her and Zaigham having a proper conversation after so many years,

Zaigham talking about Zeeniya, his love, his pain and his suffering

Her comforting him, and them ending up sleeping while holding each other

She finally let her breath out when couldn't hold it anymore but when felt Zaigham moving a little, it made her scared as she again hold her breath

He was still sleeping, the peace on his face says so

When he is awake, his brows would always be in frown, his handsome face would have unpleasant look. But right now, no frown was on his face, his lips curved up into a small but noticeable smile

Slowly, she started taking her breath as her hand brush in his hair, his black hair felt so soft, she decided to let him rest there, in her lap

But she also didn't wanted him to wake up in this awkward situation where they both are

Slowly, scooting a little, she picked a pillow from her side, picking Zaigham's head a little, which was still heavy for her to pick by single hand, she put the pillow beneath his head, and slowly removed herself away from him

Azeen was trying to feed Aunn, who was unusually throwing tantrums,

This was unlike him, he never behaved rudely or refused to eat, Aunn was very well behaved kid of his age, but today only God knows what happened to him

"Aunn! Kya hua? Kyu nahi khana apko?" Azeen out the morsel down on plate and asked

(What happened? Why are you not eating?)

"Nahi khana..." Aunn got up from chair and ran away

(I don't wanna eat..)

"Aunn!" Azeen also ran after him,

She catched him very easily,

"Apki tabiyat theek nahi Hai Kya? Kyu nahi khana apko? Kuch aur banade hum apke liye?" Setting in floor to his height, she hold his arms and asked

(Are you not feeling well? Should I make something else for you?)

"Mujhe nahi khana, bas nahi khana..." Aunn shouted

(I don't wanna eat means I don't want eat...)

"Aunn!" Before Azeen could say anything, Zaigham sternly called him, he was noticing how Aunn ran away from dinning table and right now miss behaving with Azeen

"Baba!" Aunn freed himself from Azeen and ran to Zaigham, hugging his legs

"Kya hogaya Hai apko? Yeh ki tarah se behave Kar rahe Hain aap?" Zaigham picked Aunn in his arms and asked, no matter what, Zaigham couldn't take to him in stern voice more than one word, his voice insteadly become soft

(What's wrong with you? Why are you behaving like this?)

"Mujhe mamma ke hath se khana Hai." In his baby voice, Aunn said, which made both Azeen and Zaigham looked at each other, everything was going well with Aunn, he didn't asked about Zeeniya anymore and they thought maybe he is forgetting her, but seems like his mother was still in his innocent mind which couldn't understand that his mother left him

(I wanna eat with mamma.)

"Azeen apki mamma Hain." Zaigham told him

(Azeen is your mother.)

"Woh nahi Hai Meri mamma... Sab aisa kyu bolte Hain." Aunn again shouted, he was tired of listening to others, how they say Azeen is his mother

(She isn't my mother,... Why is everyone saying this...)

His step mother, like those in Disney movies, she would take his father away from him and will ill treat him

"Aunn, enough!...." Zaigham's loud voice boomed which made Aunn scared

"Zaigham!" Azeen didn't let him finish his sentence

Going to him, she took Aunn in his arms

"He is just a kid." She whisperedly said while her voice was very stern, Aunn hugged her and started crying because it was first time his father raised his voice at him
