The tunnel leading to nowhere according to the crew, was taking a long time to reach the end.
Torches were starting to burn out, and their legs couldn't afford to carry them much longer, still hanging in there they proceed to walk through the passage way. A strange bright light was slowly appearing at the end of their way, rushing in like hurricane Irma, finally they reached what seems to be a room filled with this painful atmosphere wandering around the room with someone tide around a steel pole.
'Valt!' Jay shouted
He slowly looks up, his vision was a bit blurry cause Red Eye had shocked him countless times every 20 minutes, he frowned at the figures standing in front of him trying to see who it is. But after they all ran up to him, he realizes and immediately want to dash to them, he moved his hands and the chains tighten again, he growled silently as Valt's happy expression turned into a really painful one, all of them stop to see the chains tense around the blunette's wrist. Shu decided to check up on Valt, while the others try to work out how to get Valt out of this torture thing, looking at Valt's face Shu couldn't help but attempt to make Valt see the light from the situation he is in.
Sheila and Aiko looked at the chain behind him, knowing that this chain is almost unbreakable they had to think of something quick before Red Eye enters the room again, examining the steel rope that was used to tie Valt to a pole they noticed a little hole that supposedly for pushing the key in to break Valt free. But, the twist is that there were multiple key hole and they only saw exactly 1 key on the room while looking around, struggling at the chain riddle Sheila had lost patience and her wings had turned into steel now, she plucks one single feather out and laid it on top of the iron rope. Wakiya thought that the feather can't cut through the impossible metal but everyone knows he's wrong, with one swipe the chains are broken and Valt was free from the rope.

Bursting out of from it, he rushes to Shu and squeezed him, the albino balder had to calm the blunette down by petting his hair telling him that it's gonna be alright now that he is unbounded from Red Eye's death rope. Not letting anything happen to Valt, Shu carried the other male piggyback style while Valt was still clutched to the Spriggan blader, taking chances the crew went for the front door leading outside from the building. Running as fast as their feet can take them, the gang was certain that this one impossible mission was over, but what they don't know that this was all going smoothly according to Red Eye's plan, security cameras are filled in this building and the maniac knows what the crew is doing also where they're heading.
'C'mon guys, we can still make it!' Daigo cheered
'Let's hope so.' Rantaro spoke
Seeing the exit door right in front of their eyes, they took no time and ran to the door with the last bit of energy they got left. Though they thought that they would make it, everything was a big ugly lie when the gang took notice that the door was slowly closing and they wouldn't make it on time. Shutting pretty harshly down the floor, they had no choice but too take the long way, before they could even turn around, they already heard clapping from behind them.
'Well done, took you long enough.' Red Eye said while clapping
'What do you want now?' Sheila spoke preparing her feathers
'Seems that you actually broke my chain, impressive I must say. However, all of this is going in my direction and you couldn't even figure out the simplest idea of it. When you found the mask in the glass box, it was a tracking device that sprays mist that can eventually give me your coordinates to where you're going, how straight-forward is that?'

Stood there listening to Red Eye's explanation, they soon found him twitching again, but this time it was more defined and more saner than the last one they saw. Pushing everyone behind Sheila, Red Eye had held in hand a broken piece of chain that looks sharp enough to stab, more footsteps followed and soon after Chris appeared in the view so supposedly she was cooperating with Red Eye to finish the job off. The crews prediction about his plan was no where near his true plans, the reason he put Shu to sleep was to make someone come to the rescue, once that his phase 1 is complete, he turns over to Valt, considering that if Valt disappeared the crew would have to search for him, which meant Sheila had to lead the search again. After reaching here, it was the heterochromia female that broke Valt free, all of this was to lure Sheila here for a purpose.
Looking at Red Eye, he had a syringe in his other hand, some genetic weakness was syringes cause they were born already injected substance into their body. So, after the girls saw them their eyes widen in shock, but taking risk they still held strong and was prepared to attack, Chris was still staring at the syringe feeling the same thing as the other girls are feeling but held the urge to step back. With no hesitation Red Eye sprinted towards the group but since the boys are all pushed back Jay and the other girls will have to face Red Eye and Chris.
Aiko had broke the door and told everyone to run out of the building, whilst she was doing that Jay was handling Chris with all of her might and Sheila struggling to blow the masked blader, soon after everyone was out, Aiko joined the battle and nothing was going anywhere it's all messed up.
The war isn't over...
At least not yet.

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Trying to discover his place in the world, Jerry will live great adventures. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
