A whole day passed by,

I was roaming the streets then,

snow lightly covering the ground.

Dad had called the police,

the school had posted flyers.

I waited a couple more hours

and then I went home.

Dad was crying when I came back

he seems to be doing that a lot

and it hurt.

Either way,

dad was ticked off when I arrived.

He hugged me,

he hasn't done that in a while.

"i thought you killed yourself, elliot"

"don't ever do that again"

But I don't know why

dad was worrying about me.

He never worries about me

and I've gotten use to that.

So I'm fine

I'm fine

I'll be fine

without dad's worrying.
