《Living With Them || StrayKids ff》{Chapter 25}

The sound of my house's door being unlocked was heard.
I take a deep breath in and step inside, with Felix following from behind.
"We are back~" I say with a tired tone, not wanting to go through this.
I look around and see my best friend sitting casually on the couch with crossed arms and a raised eyebrow.
Well shit.
"Rosieee you are backk!.", the boys chimed happily and went up to me for a group hug.
"I am here too ya know.", Felix said in disbelief and I laughed.
I grab his hand and pull him into the the group hug.
How I missed them.
"Ahem. Care to explain this mess?", Vicky broke the silence with an obviously on purpose cough.
I break free from the hug and turn to look at her with a sheepish smile, trying to play innocent.
"What do you mean by 'this mess' Vick?", I grinned innocently.
"Oh don't play dumb gurl. You know what I mean. Now spill the tea.", she crossed her legs and made herself comfortable on the couch.
"I don't like her. She's mean.", Jeongin whispered in my ear.
Poor little baby, getting scared by my weird best friend.
I'm telling you she's weird because she's not into kpop. She knows what's kpop but she was never into such 'Chinese' stuff as she always says.
Of course I couldn't let her slide so easily so I was always bugging her about my favourite boy groups and showing her footage and stuff. She has mixed feelings to be honest but at least she's on a better path than she was years ago.
I smile apologetically to Jeongin and pat him on his shoulder.
"Vick I swear if you did something bad to these boys Imma whoop your butt.", I glared at her.
If she said something to these babies I'll make her pay for real.
"I was going to at first, but I chose peace. Give me a break here. How would you react if you were to see 7 guys in your best friend's house, huh?"

I sigh in understanding and make my way up to her. I stood infront of her and pulled her from her arm to make her stand up. I then gave her a last glare before pulling her in for a tight hug.
"I missed you, you little shit.", I mumble on her hair.
"I missed you too, idiot.", she mumbles back.
"Don't think that you are off the hook, just so you know. I want explanations.", she added.
"Fine.", I roll my eyes and break free from the hug.

"So you want me to believe all this?"
That was the first words she said after listening to the whole story. From the beginning till the very end. She was very focused on my explanation but know she seems to not believe me.
We are currently all sat around the dining table eating.
The boys were just staring the whole time like we are a movie or something.
"Yeah...?", I say but that sounded more like a question.
"Fine then. I believe you.", she responded as she took a bite out of her food.
Well that was awfully easy.
I looked at her in disbelief but I recovered really quick.
"Shall I introduce you to the boys then?"
"Well from an obsessed kpop fan best friend like you, I already know them pretty well, but I still have trouble pronouncing their names."
The guys laughed at her statement making me feel embarrassed.
She didn't have to roast me like that...
"You have taken it on another level Rosa.", Jisung said in between his laughter.
"Oh shut up. It's normal to fangirl to my non-kpop fan best friend. I have been doing that for years but to no avail. She's still not into that stuff. Don't make laugh of me, you little chipmunk.", I gave a death glare to Jisung and he quickly zipped his lips.
"Oh no honey, that's not normal at all. You guys don't even know in what mental pain I've been through because of her fangirling. She forced me against my will and I had to listen to her blubber for hours and hours of non-stop fangirling over StrayKids. Like, I respect you guys and your music but we are not born with the same taste. I was just waiting for her to stop talking all lovey-dovey for you guys. Especially a certain someone. Felix was it?", the smuggest face appeared on her facial features.

My eyes widened when she said her last words. I look at her pulling out daggers on her.
Oh she's so dead.
She doesn't even know how much I want to cut out her tongue right now.
Probably she does though. That's why she said what she said.
A flash of pink colour crept in my cheeks while I tried so hard not to smack her.
"Oh look at her. She's blushing. Newsflash she's in love with him.", she started teasing me.
Hold my water.
Imma splash it on her.
Felix started coughing out of the blue. He seemed...flustered?
Oh hell nah.
He probably feels ashamed.
Great.
Just great.
The rest of the boys started laughing really hard, while Jisung fell off his chair holding his stomach and Hyunjin accompanied him right after.
Oh well.
They might as well mop the floor at this state.
"Well we knew already but it's always fun to tease her like that. She's cute when she's flustered.",
Minho spoke after regaining his composure.

After lunch, Vicky had to leave to go at her place and see her parents.
Thankfully for me though.
Because during the whole time she and the boys were roasting me non-stop. They were literally exposing every little secret and act of mine.
I'll take my revenge some day. Just so you wait.
I blame myself for loving them so much.
I hate that I love them.
"See ya later, tomato.", she snickered referring to my precious state of blushing like a tomato.
She gave me a tighg hug before leaving the house.
"I'll make you pay for that, son of a biscuit.", I hugged her back.
She giggled "Pff yaeah right whatever. You'll be thanking me afterwards.", she coed with a smirk.
What?
"What do you mean by that?", I asked while breaking the hug.
She just shrugged her shoulders and winked at me. "Nothing. I'll be going now. Byee."
And she was gone.
I close the door and plop myself on the couch with a sigh.
This day has been a hell of emotional roller coaster. From fighting with Felix to being happy and then embarrassed from my own friend.
I'm mentally and physically exhausted. All my energy is drained out of my body right now.
All I want right now is sleep.
I close my eyes and let my body sink deeper on the couch.
"Tried much?"
I heard Felix's voice from beside me. The couch suddenly sunk deeper, letting me know tha he's sitting near me.
"Mhmm.", I mumble tiredly through the cushions. I was too tired to give him a proper answear but he seemed to understand me either way.
"Yeah me too.", he faintly said.
My world around me seemed to drift awayslowlly but surely, as I was getting closer and closer to my dreamland.
I even started having a dream at once.
In my dream there was a deep familiar voice, whispering to me something that I couldn't clear out. I even felt a hand stroking me softly on the head.
I made out a sentence.
"Let's get you to bed.", the deep raspy voice said.
I feel my body lighter this time. Like something or someone was lifting me up bridal style by two masculine arms. There was a nice smell coming from this body as well. A familiar woodsy scent.
Heart beating rapidly.
I was even hearing a heartbeat.
A very fast heartbeat.
After that, I felt something soft touching my body. I was been placed softly on some mattresses and covered by something equally soft.
Just then, I felt a light touch on my forehead. Something soft and plump. A familiar feeling, like a mother kissing her child.
The voice was heard again.
"Sleep tight, Rosalynn."
This dream felt too real.
