《Living With Them || StrayKids ff》{Chapter 7}

As I opened the door, I came face to face with my grandma and I instantly hugged her. It's been a while since I last saw her, so I've missed her a lot. Although, what concerned me more, was the situation going on in the guest rooms.

To be honest I don't trust them being quite. Like, at all.

They're always chaotic. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.

I led my grandma to the kitchen and we both took a seat. Starting with casual conversation and sipping on out hot cocoa. Not even half an hour passed, when there was a sound coming from the inside rooms.

Oh, they are so dead.

"What was that?" , my granny asked curiously, stopping her momentum abruptly.

"What was what? I heard nothing ahaha...", I awkwarly sipped on my drink.

Can't I be more convincing? Jeez.

"I was sure that I heard something coming from-", she didn't even finish her sentence when another noise was heard.

That's it.

They'll gonna get it.

"We should check out if someone broke in here Rosie, it might be a burglar." , her voice dripping with concern.

Yeah as if.

Burglar my foot.

More like 8 little noisy kids.

I shook my head and forced a smile. "No, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about Nana, don't sweat about it.", I tried to convince her but it was hopeless. She stood up and started walking towards the door.

No, don't open that door!

"No, don't!", I yelled out of my nervousness. She turned and glanced back at me with a very suspicious look.

Oh, I'm doomed. She knows.

"Are you hiding something from me Rosie?", she questioned, while raising an eyebrow. I felt as if I was tied up in a chair, with a light bub just above my head, inside an interrogation room.

Oh, fork.

"Of course not Nana!", I lied, faking a smile and dragging her to the side.

"Then why don't you want me to get inside?", she pointed at the door beside her.

Please granny, let it slide...

"It's just...it's veeery untidy in there and it would be embarrassing for me if you saw.", I said nervously, while scratching the back of my head. Cold sweat drenched my forehead as I observed his face in disbelief.

God, I'm terrible at lying.

"Okay then.", she said and Iet out a long sigh of relief.

I'm so going to kill them, though.

I will deal with them later. They are dead meat.

After 30 minutes of endless talking about irrelevant things, it was time for her to leave. She hugged me one last time and left from the front door.

"Come visit me again Nana!", I waved my hand again as I was slowly closing the door.

But please don't.

"Sure thing sweetie. Bye bye now". He smiled, her wrinkles becoming more apparent.

I closed the door and let out the longest sigh I've ever held in me.

After composing myself, I inhaled deeply and straighten my back firmly.

Now, it's time for my revenge.

With swift steps, I opened the corridor's door and roamed in furiously. I then opened the guest's room doors, ready to fight, but they where nowhere to be seen.

Where the heck are they?

Just then, I heard voices coming from my art room.

Oh, no. Not the art room.

Those little-

I picked up my pace and stormed towards the room. Once I entered my art studio, one word could describe what was happening in there.

Chaos.

All my sketchbooks where laid on the table, while the boys were fighting over them to see the sketches.

"Heyyy, let me see! I wanna see!"

"No, I wanna see too!"

"Hey, give that back now Jisung!"

"Mate, you will tear it up be careful!"

"Wow, she drew you more handsome than you are Changbin."

"Her sketches are amazing! Look how handsome she made you look Hyunjin"

"Hey, I'm already handsome, you know."

Umm am I invisible?

Can't they see me standing there?

Furiously?

Wanting to kill them?

Apparently not.

"Ah guys? I'm right here, you know?", I raised my voice in order to be heard loud and clear.

"Oh hey Rosa! Didn't see you there...how long have you been here..?", Jisung choked out, while hiding my sketchbook behind his back. Yeah, so not obvious.

Seriously Han?

I menacingly took a step closer and they take a step back.

"Give me a good reason why I shouldn't kill you guys right this instant." I trailed off threateningly slow, while taking another step. They took a step back in advance.

"I was almost caught in the act by my grandma because of you, so tell me," I walked closer to them "why shouldn't I kill you?", my eyes narrowing and they gulped in terror.

"Umm because you...love us?", Jisung flattered his eyelashes, but that sounded more like a question.

"True", I agreed, easing my frown.

I let out a sigh and calmed down. What should I expect from them, though? I know how they would behave, so I shouldn't be that surprised.

I sat on a chair and looked around me.

At least, they didn't break anything. Still they looked through my things, without permission and they have seen my awful drawings.

Gosh, how embarrassing.

I groaned in frustration and burried my face in my palms to hide my pinkish tinted cheeks.

"We are truly sorry Rosalynn, please don't be mad at us.", Chan said apologetically.

"I tried to prevent them from doing so, but I was actually curious myself to see your sketches", Felix admitted, guilty of his actions.

Great.

Just great.

"We are sowwy Rosie, please don't be angry at us.", Jeongin pleaded, giving me his puppy doe eyes.

God, how can I be mad at this face? It would be illegal if I did.

"Please forgive us Rosalynn!", they all said at the same time and bowed in hopes I would forgive them.

I pinched my nose bridge and groaned. "Okay, okay fine! I'm not mad. Just a bit frustrated that you looked through my things without my permision.", I said defeated, giving them a glare.

Who could ever be mad at these dorks really?

"We are not going to do it again, we promise." Felix walked over to me and gave me his pinky finger.

Are we seriously doing the pinky promise now? Oh, yeah.

"Promise?", I repeated his words, making sure he was genuine, before giving him my pinky.

"Promise." he responded with his deep voice and grinned at me.

Felix honey...please don't grin at me like that. It's hot.

"But apart from that, you really are talented.", Seungmin broke the silence, his eyes darted to the scattered sketchbooks on the table.

"Yeah.", Jisung agreed and picked up a random sketchbook, analysing it carefully. "And I see, that you have a good taste when choosing what to draw as a reference.", the side of his lip turned upwards, smirking at me with a mischievous gaze. He was amused by the fact that most of the pages were filled with their portraits.

Oh, that was bold of him.

"Do you really draw only us though?", Minho questioned, while observing all the papers that I had hung on the wall.

Busted.

A warm feeling crept on my cheeks, making me want to dig a hole and stay there forever. "Well...you inspire me a lot. It's not that I don't draw other things as well though..." I said awkwardly, scratching the back of my neck.

Can we change the subject please?

"Yeah, I can see that. I can also see, that you have a preference on drawing more a certain someone.", Jisung teased again with the same smirk, holding up in the air a drawing of Felix, to make his point clear.

Oh lord,

I wanna choke him so bad right now.

Silence.

Awkward silence.

A very loud awkward silence was the only thing that you could hear.

Jisung was still smirking, indicating that he knows what's going on. Felix on the other hand, seemed to be...shy?

Was he blushing?

I couldn't tell because he was looking down on the floor.

I coughed out of embarrassment and tried to change this torturing subject.

"Anyways, my grandma brought me cookies! Who wants some?", I mentally thanked my grandma for this, because by the time I said that, there were sparks of enthusiasm in their eyes.

"YEAH COOKIES!", they all rushed to the kitchen, like a peck of hungry wolves.

Rip cookies.

There's gonna be nothing left by the time I step into the kitchen...

As I was about to follow the starving pack, I noticed that there was still a member here in the art room with me that didn't left.

Felix.

Uh oh.

He slowly raised his head from the ground and looked up, meeting my eyes. He gave me a shy smile, with his cheeks tinted with a light pink colour.

Was he blushing?

"Let's go.", he gestured me to follow him to the kitchen with him. So I did. He held the door opened, waiting for me to step out of the art room first.

Such a gentleman.
