《Noah Jupe imagines》Cramps
Advertisement
My period cramps today were absolutely horrible. I couldn't even get out of my bed, I didn't go school today either. My mum was at work, so was my dad so...i was at home by myself and to stop it off- in absolute pain. Normally when i have my period, my boyfriend Noah comes over and helps but..he's at school so he obviously can't.
Right now im chilling in bed, watching fear street, occasionally rubbing and putting pressure on my stomach to try and get rid of the cramps, but did it work? nope. I started crying from the pain and suddenly heard the door open which confused me. Only my mum, dad and noah had a key to my house (noah because i trust him alot, so do my parents!)
My bedroom door opened causing me to sit up, but i was met with Noah's adorable face. I smiled brightly but immediately groaned in pain and laid back down. Noah made his way over and sat at the edge of the bed. "Is it that time Angel?" He asked gently with a sad smile. I nodded and he pressed a kiss to my head and took my hand then began rubbing small circles on it. "Weren't you supposed to be at school?" I asked quietly.
"Yeah but..your mum kinda told me she wanted someone to take care of you today and i obviously agreed to it" he explained. My heart melted, he was too sweet- I'm so lucky to have him.
"Wanna cuddle for a little?" He asked and i nodded with a smile. He got in the covers and spooned me, his hand carefully pulled my shirt up a little and placed his warm hand on my bare stomach, he rubbed it a little then kissed my shoulder and the tip of my ear. I sighed happily as Noah rested his head in the crook of my neck.

"Im sorry I can't do much to help you.." he mumbled into my ear, i turned a little to look at him. "Just you being here helps me" I replied and he blushed and smiled brightly and cuddled me closer. "Need any chocolate?" He asked and i replied with an immediate "yes please"

Letters from Shanti Ashram, India
I lived in India from 1984-2005, and wrote to my parents regularly about my adventures in Indian ashrams. From 1984-1993 and again 2001-2005, I was living in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, and I am adding all of those my "Letters from India" book, which will mainly be of interest to those familiar with Prasanthi Nilayam, the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. However, from 1994-2001 I was staying at a wonderfully spiritual, quiet retreat called Shanti Ashram, and I am putting the letters I wrote to my parents while staying there, on this book. The ashram was a dream come true for sadhana. The people are welcoming, it is usually never crowded, and they offer separate cottages to aspirants. The rates are donation basis only.
