~PART 2 TO THE LAST IMAGINE~
querida = dear
I sat at the Madrigal table, Catalina was at the end of the table by Abuela and Camilo, Camilo looked really happy...did he actually like her? I stared at the two furiously, my snakes even began to hiss. "Y/n..a-are you okay?" Luisa asked from beside me, i turned to look at her and she pulled a face.
"Your eyes are..." i furrowed my brows until I understood what she was talking about. When i'm mad or filled with any sort of emotions, my eyes go snake like and the colour changes to red. I coughed awkwardly as Dolores and Mirabel stared at me in concern. "I'm fine..really" I reassured and Luisa smiled and gently pat my shoulder.
I looked back at Camilo and Catalina. Catalina was ALL OVER HIM! Her fingers running up his arm, she was whispering in her ear. I could tell Camilo was getting uncomfortable and yet my sister would stop.
"Umm..Catalina, i think you're making him uncomfortable..." i pointed out and Camilo sent me a grateful look. I smiled back. Catalina rolled her eyes but put on a fake smile and apologised to Cami. Before they began talking again..Camilo still smiled and even blushed while talking to her.
He definitely liked her more than me...
*night before dinner*
^ flashback
"So guys, here's the plan...Camilo, you have to flirt with Catalina, lead her on, blush at her comments, smile at her jokes! Abuela, make comments about how perfect Catalina is for Camilo and at the end of dinner...tell her that Y/n is just better for him. But before you do that, wait for Y/n to absolutely lose it and accidentally confess to Camilo. If she doesn't just...do the thing i told you to do before, okay?"

Abuela and Camilo nodded before I turned to the rest of the family. "You guys just..enjoy the drama?" They rolled their eyes playfully...Antonio was still confused but he wouldn't be at the dinner anyway since he has early dinner then goes to bed.
"Alright...for Camilo and Y/n!"
"FOR CAMILO AND Y/N!"
^present time
I sat in silence as i heard Abuela complimenting Catalina. "Catalina, querida, may i just say that you are the most beautiful girl. Perfect for my little Camilo!" Catalina blushed and thanked Abuela.
I held the glass cup in my hand so tight that it could've smashed but i heard Pepa whisper "Clear skies Y/n, clear skies" a thing she says to herself when her emotions go out of control. Maybe i have to accept the fact that Catalina and Camilo will be married in the future. I'll just die alone.
"Y/n are you okay, your eyes are kinda..." Camilo trailed off and i rolled my eyes. "Yes, I'm perfectly fine, now continue talking to your future wife and forget about me" i spat then continued shoving food in my mouth angrily. "I sense...that you're upset" Catalina said, acting all sweet in front of the family.
"Of course i'm upset, you filthy backstabber" she gasped dramatically. "How dare you!" She said. "How dare me? How dare you! I told you that i fell in love with Camilo and not even 2 weeks later, you BEG OUR PARENTS TO BE BETROTHED TO HIM IN THE FUTURE!" I yelled, my snakes coming to life and slithering on my arms then on my head.
"I HATE YOU AND I WISH YOU WERENT MY SISTER!" My eyes were a deep red now and Catalina flew to the ceiling in fear. Camilo walked over to me and placed his hands on my shoulders, softly and carefully rubbing them. "Deep breaths Y/n" he whispered soothingly.

My snakes turned to metal and my eyes went back to their normal (Y/E/C). I stared into his eyes and he smiled softly. "Good..good job" he gently praised. "Hmm actually, now i think about it...Y/n is much better than Catalina" Abuela said, looking up at the girl cowered in the corner of the ceiling. "She really is Abuela. Y/n, i've loved you since i laid my eyes on you..Catalina was nothing to me.."
i heard an offended gasp from my sister but ignored it. "Camilo, i've loved you for so long..and- i want us to get married when we're older. It crushed me when i thought you wanted to be with Catalina..." I whispered and he shook his head. "It's always been you, Y/n L/n" he said before kissing me.
ON THE LIPS!!!
I kissed back with a smile while his whole family cheered. Catalina came down from the ceiling before huffing. "Mami and Papa will hear about this, you selfish witch!" She yelled. I rolled my eyes and at one flick of a wrist, one of my snakes started going at her. She screamed and ran home.
I wrapped my arms around Camilo's neck and he leaned his forehead on mine with his hands on my hips. "You need somewhere to stay, amor?" He smirked and i rolled my eyes. "Its that an invitation, Chameleon?" I asked and he leaned close to my ear.
"Only if you want it to be, future Mrs Madrigal~" i could've fainted right then and there. My knees felt weak. Camilo was going to marry..ME! When i'm 20- i will be Camilo's...forever.

Generic Zombie survival Wuxia Cliche story
Same old same old. Zombies attack. Zombies Evolve. Humans evolve. Humans gain superpowers. No deep plot, no plot planned out at all actually. Writing it as I go and because I'm a sad boi trying to use stories as a form of escapism. Not going to proofread, not going to check for grammar or anything. Will definitely read like a machine-translated Chinese amateur web novel. Have a nice day. (The cover is from one punch man, no this is not a fanfic) (I don't actually plan/think anything in this will be too gory or "traumatizing" but since its a zombie survival story I thought I might as well add it, plus the fact that the MC does some pretty messed up stuff. He's the stereotype Wuxia villain so to speak, expect competently and not dumbed down to make the hero look smart.) I will add warnings in author notes before chapter starts if anything particularly "gory" or trigger events happen.

A Nation of Distances (possibly a dystopian love story)
Michael lives in a toxic macho world with extreme male hierarchy. When he gets a weird rating that makes his place even more problematic he's forced to choose a fiancée at a Wife School, and he slowly discovers more about the other side of the great divide between the sexes in The Nation. If only the world would stop being so complicated... On the other side there's Megan, who's more interested in books than in marriage, and the unpredictable Eliza who seems to have a connection with Micheal already. Will they be able to cross the distance and become friends against all the rules of their own world, or will they just be crushed? Are positive relationships between men and women even possible? And is there a way to change the world or is that just a naive thought of a silly wimp? 'A Nation of Distances' is a slightly dystopian dialogue-heavy drama set in a low sci-fi future setting about the war between the sexes, disconnect and friendship. The genre will fluctuate in between more slice-of-life parts and soft sci-fi drama with possible romantic elements, with alternating lead and switching perspectives once more of the main characters are established. Content Warning: Certain concepts and scenes might be disturbing and/or triggering to some, even though the story itself won't be extremely heavy most of the time. Sexism as a double-edged sword destructive to both sexes is an important part of the story, but so is friendship.Note that all descriptions of persons and places are purely fictional and made up by the writer, and any resemblance with anything in the real world is a coincidence, since the real world is not supposed to be dystopian anyway!
