It has been 3 days since the torture incident happened and the head doctor came to check on her health again

‘I haven't seen Kaname lately because of some issues arising around the west and east that I know nothing about’ Yura thought to herself

"Your health is now improving but you still have to be careful and not hurt yourself especially now that you're carrying another life on your body" the head doctor stated

"Huh?" Yura uttered as she turned silent of the sudden words that she did not clearly anticipated

"Perhaps Lady Yura still does not know but you are already 3 months pregnant so you need to eat healthy foods from now on" the head doctor stated

Yura was in a daze for a moment by the sudden excitement that she did not realize that she was already smiling so widely

"I noticed that my stomach was getting bigger but I thought I was just getting fat, I did not think I was pregnant" Yura stated

"You will be fine as long as you do not overexert yourself, I will come every month to make sure you're in good health" the head doctor stated

"Thank you head doctor, I'm really happy about this, I can't wait to tell the crown prince about this" Yura happily stated

"Tell me what?" Kaname uttered

"How long have you been there?" Yura asked

"Just now, is it already done?" Kaname asked

"Yes Your Highness" the head doctor replied

"How was it?" he asked

"Her body is recuperating greatly so there won't be any complications unless she overworks herself" the head doctor replied

"That's good" Kaname stated

"Lady Yura, should I say it?" the head doctor asked

"Let me tell him" Yura stated

The head doctor nodded his head and Kaname looked at them in confusion

Yura gently smiled as she said "I'm pregnant, you're going to become a father"

Just like as Yura was, Kaname was in a daze for a moment before he started smiling happily

Kaname walked towards her then he embraced her gently as he said "I can't seem to find any words to express my happiness"

Yura hugged him back as he held unto her gently before letting her go

"Then I will depart now Your Highness" the head doctor stated

Kaname just nodded his head and the doctor went out immediately

"I haven't seen you lately, is your work done now?" Yura asked

"It was a success, the coronation will be coming soon and there will be a feast this night with the Aikawa clan to celebrate the success of stopping the west and east assassins's threat towards the Aikawa clan" Kaname stated

"Shin told me that you were the one who lead it and both west and the east are on your side now, he also told me that it was the reason the king is stepping down from the throne" Yura stated

"That's also the reason" he stated

"Then what is the other reason?" she asked

"I'll send Mizuha and the other servants here with the dresses you might like, choose something you want to wear tonight while I settle the remaining issues of the west and east side" Kaname stated

Yura nodded her head in response

As the night came, Yura was waiting for the crown prince in his room while Mizuha is still checking on Yura

"Did I miss something?" Mizuha uttered as she gazed at Yura

"The dress is already so beautiful and elegant, what more is there?" Yura stated

"You're going to meet his family, that is why everything should be in order" Mizuha replied

"Is he still not here yet?" Yura asked

"Don't worry, the feast won't start as long as His Highness Kaname is still not there" Shin stated

"By the way, why are you still here?" Yura asked

"His Highness Kaname had given me the assignment of watching you closely from now on" Shin replied

"Mizuha is already sticking so close to me, I can't afford having you two lovers together in front of me" Yura uttered with a sigh

"Lady Yura!" Mizuha stated

"I'm just joking but seriously though, I'm grateful to you two for supporting me and Kaname"Yura stated

Mizuha gently smiled as she said "Give me a hug"

"Are you done?" Kaname asked as he arrived

Mizuha immediately stepped back as she said "Your Highness!, what do you think?"

"Beautiful" Kaname stated

"I'm glad we had the same thoughts, ain't that right Lady Yura?" Mizuha uttered with a smile

Yura was not able to hear them talk as she was in a total daze upon seeing the most good-looking man she had ever seen in her life

Even though she have always seen that face but everytime he shines, it still leaves her in deep awe

‘Sometimes I think I must have been really beautiful to be loved by a man as great as him who had looks, skills and every woman's dream’ she thought to herself

‘Psh yeah right! instead of saying I'm really beautiful, I must be a witch that cast a spell on this handsome prince in front of me’ Yura thought

Then Mizuha started waving her hand in front of her as she asked "What are you staring at??

"It's who am I staring at" Yura replied

"What is it?" Kaname asked

"Darling, did you know?" Yura uttered

"What?" he asked

"Your face can save a country" Yura uttered with seriousness

Mizuha was giggling silently while Kaname had a confused look on his face

"Nevermind, let's go" Yura stated

During the feast, Yura was only allowed to go to places where she is in Kaname's line of vision so that he can keep a close eye on her

‘I haven't even talk with anyone ever since I got here’ Yura thought

"From which clan are you?" Suzuki asked

"Your Highness" Yura uttered as she bowed her head

One of Kaname's brothers, Suzuki Aikawa, the 6th prince who is 5 years younger than her

Unlike the other princes, Suzuki spends most of his time reading books and he rarely attends outdoor activities unless the king requested for it

He is also the son of Concubine Ayumi which makes him the only full blooded brother of Prince Hikaru

"Are you perhaps the servant that the crown prince brought over?" Suzuki asked

‘I guess I'm still known as a servant’ Yura thought

"Yes, I am that servant" Yura replied

"For a servant, you're beautiful" Suzuki stated

"You're saying I'm being dressed beautifully right, the crown prince is actually the one who chose this" Yura stated

"Is that so?, you must have been special" Suzuki stated

"Looking at him, he's exactly like our late grandfather, cold and cruel, I guess he also had a soft side" he added

"I don't know about that but he's not cruel" Yura stated

"The moon outside is very beautiful, care to go sightseeing?" Suzuki stated

"I'm not really allowed to go anywhere without the crown prince's permission" Yura replied

"Don't worry, I already told him about it" Suzuki stated

"Okay then, if you say so" Yura replied as she followed behind him

Just then, Yura was suddenly pulled in her hand

"Your Highness" Yura uttered as she looked at the person who pulled her

"Where are you going with him?" Kaname asked

"The prince invited me to watch the moon outside, didn't he already told you about it?" Yura uttered

"Would you also like to join us Your Highness?" Suzuki asked

"I clearly did not gave you permission to take her anywhere, a blunt lie can harm you someday" Kaname stated

The tension in the air felt cold all of a sudden

"Then forgive me for crossing the line Your Highness" Suzuki stated

"Don't go anywhere unless I personally say so" Kaname state

Yura nodded her head in response

Kaname maintained a cold look and ignored Prince Suzuki then he walked away

"Then I guess I should excuse myself" Suzuki stated

"I'm sorry about that Your Highness" Yura stated

‘Even though you lied to me’ she thought

"Don't mind it" Suzuki stated then he walked away

Just then, the king suddenly stood beside Yura as he said "What was that all about?"

"Your Majesty" Yura uttered as she bowed her head

"It was just a little misunderstanding" Yura stated

"I heard that the crown prince brought you here, you are such an extraordinary woman" the king stated

"The crown prince's right hand had his all eyes on you while the crown prince himself checks on you from time to time" he added

‘Shin is watching me?’ Yura thought

"I guess Your Majesty could say that we have quite a close relationship" Yura replied as she looked up to him

"Unlike my other sons, the crown prince is mysterious, I know the capabilities and my other sons’ way of thinking" the king stated

"However since I have not watched the crown prince grew up, I don't know much about him but he surely does exceeds me, ever since he was a child he already has the skills of planning and making decisions" he added

‘Why do I feel like the king talks like he has some favoritism among his children’ Yura thought to herself

"When he started becoming an adult I had unknowingly been following his judgement, that is when I realized that the crown prince is much better than me in many ways" the king stated

"When he finally asked me for the throne, I can't say no for the reason that he is way more capable than anyone in handling this nation, I will be handing him the throne soon" he adddd

"Handing the throne to the crown prince so soon, is the king perhaps experiencing some health issues?" Yura uttered

"It was a deal made from stopping the rebellion of assassins against the Aikawa clan and I think it is also the time for me to pay attention to the woman I love, I had already made her wait too long" the king stated

‘So the other reason Kaname was talking about is the king's beloved’ Yura thought

"Then if you'll excuse me, it seems like the crown prince is needing my assistance" Yura stated as she bowed her head and walked towards the crown prince

As soon as Yura got closed to him, she held the hem of his clothes

"Is something wrong?" Kaname asked

"It seems like I'm tired already, can I retire to bed now?" Yura stated

"Alright, let's go" Kaname uttered as he held her hand

"You're not staying?" Yura asked in surprise

"I'd rather stay with you than watch this lousy performance" Kanme stated

Yura giggled while Kaname ordered Shin to settle his departure

"But the women doing the sword dance are really beautiful though" Yura uttered with a smile

"You're the most beautiful of all" Kaname stated

"Saying that seriously makes me more embarassed about it" Yura replied

"I'll go prepare the bath" Kaname stated as he walked away

After they were done taking a bath, Yura was comfortably laying beside Kaname on the bed

"Snuggling in the bed with you like this is what I like the most" Yura happily stated

Kaname then kissed her forehead while gently stroking her head

"When you become the king, what will I be?" Yura asked

"You will be the most beloved and pampered queen of the whole nation" Kaname stated

"I don't want to be pampered by everyone, I only wanted to be pampered by you" Yura replied

"I want to learn the duties of a queen, if I'm going to be your queen then I want to be someone that can help you and the people" Yura stated

"I only want you to stay by my side at all times and serve only me, that's your only duty as my queen" Kaname stated

"Am I not going to be the queen of this nation?" Yura asked

Kaname sighed and embraced her as he said "Fine, but I'm still your first priority okay"

Yura embraced him back as the happiness she felt is overflowing in her heart

"Of course, you're always the first one" Yura stated

As days gone by, Kaname was already crowned as the new King of Azania while Yura is still reading books and learning all the duties needed to be the queen

After Kaname became the king of Azania thereafter she was crowned as the queen after 3 days from his coronation which surprised everyone since she was not from a noble family

There were officials that did not agree with Yura being the queen because of her capabilities

"I can't believe my little baby became the queen of this nation and to think that you're also carrying a little baby inside you" Koharu stated

"Jeez big brother stop with the hugging already, you're choking me" Yura stated

"Just a little more" Koharu uttered

"You do know that you're facing big problems ahead right, be sure to be prepared for it and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask for us, we might not be as powerful as the Aikawa clan but we also have power" Yura's father stated

"Thank you father" Yura replied with a smile

"The king sure is tough, I heard that he just spoke a few words to the officials and they completely stopped making a ruckus and became obedient all of a sudden" Rikka stated

"The king had hit there weakest spot, every officials has that weak point especially those troublemakers" Yura's father stated

"But what made me wonder is that how he did it?" Rikka curiously uttered

"He already had a lot of connection to powerful people, instead of making alliance with the head of a powerful clan he's targeting them by using an inside person against them" Koharu stated

"You are also interested in this kind of things big brother?" Yura asked

"Of course, I can't let my little baby sister fall into the hands of those evil people" Koharu stated

"For how long are you going to trap my queen in your arms brother?" Kaname stated

"Your Majesty" Rikka uttered as they bowed their head while her brother immediately let Yura go

"Jeez she's already yours, do you still have to be selfish?" Koharu stated

"Brother!" Rikka stated

"Tch, forgive me for being rude Your Majesty" Koharu stated

Yura tried to control herself from laughing on his brother's forceful apology

Kaname just gave him a nod and he turned to look at Yura's father then he bowed his head as he said "It is great to see you again father"

‘Kaname paying respect to my father makes me blush for some reason’ Yura thought to herself

Yura's father nodded his head as he said "It is also great to see you again, is there no problem arising now?"

"The problem between the queen was now settled and everything is going well as I planned" Kaname stated

"I'm glad that's the case, the rumor about you being like your great grandfather seems to be true, I myself can confirm it with my own eyes" Yura's father stated

"It's an honor father" Kaname stated

"What rumor?" Yura curiously asked

"The rumor about the greatest ruler in Azania of all time, he was cold and cruel to his enemies but he was a good and righteous king of Azania" Rikka stated

"During his time, only few wars had ever happened and many people have been living peacefully under his management, ain't that right father?" Koharu stated

"Indeed, it would be great if you could follow the footsteps of your great grandfather" Yura's father stated

"Even if I did not follow my great grandfather's footsteps, I will still make this nation peaceful and prosperous" Kaname stated

"That is a good mind-set Your Majesty" Yura's father uttered with a smile

"Of course you should not follow your great grandfather's footsteps, he may be a great king but he failed on being a great husband" Koharu stated

"Why did he fail?" Yura asked

"He threw away the woman he loves the most in exchange for power, he had a lot of concubines from powerful clans as well as the position of the queen which came from the Fei clan" Kaname stated

‘Lady Yumiha's clan?’ Yura thought

"Kaname will certainly not follow his great grandfather's footsteps because he has his own way of dealing things and I believe in him" Yura stated

Kaname and her father just smiled while brother snuggled at her again

"Don't worry, if His Majesty will leave you then I will take care of you and grow old with you" Koharu stated

In the next second, her brother was pulled away from her by Kaname

"Don't worry brother, I will be the one to take care of her" Kaname stated

Yura laughed at the two of them as they argued on who was going to take care of her

‘I wish things like this will stay the same but life is not all sunshine and rainbows, storm and thunder will always come and it's just a matter of holding on’ Yura thought to herself
