After one hour of car ride at last the taxi stopped in front of a building.
Tina looked at her friend lost in her thoughts. Her eyes looked no more glassy and wet with water but it looked more like empty without any emotions and feelings inside them. It made her more worried for her warm nature friend.
She patted her shoulder lightly to get her attention.
There was no response.
She panicked a little with her unresponsive behaviour but called her calmly again instead.
"Saanvi!"
"Saanvi!!"
The girl unhurried moved her eyes from out of the window towards Tina who was looking at her in relief.
"We have arrived. Let's get out. Ok?"
Saanvi nodded stiffly without saying anything and opened the door beside her to get out of the car.
She was feeling numb. She didn't realise how she followed her bestfriend inside the building. How she was not feeling weak to actually have strength to walk all the way inside the lift.
Her eyes were continuously having flashes of her childhood crush Viraj. The way they both played together. How he took care of her wounds. How she fell for him when he has beaten the bad guys for her.
And now suddenly the man she knew completely took U turn in his welcoming personality. And changed into a heartless monster.
When he shifted to London with his family leaving her all alone. That was the first time she felt shattered and her emotions went out of control. Now is the second time she felt shattered once again. And it was his fault again.
"Hey! Take a seat."
She was pulled out of her depressing hole once again when a gentle yet firm voice called her.
She looked around her confused as she was now standing in a cosy apartment room.
It was spacious with little furniture. Tina was indicating her to take a seat on a comfortable looking couch resting in front of her.
'I cannot marry you anymore. I--I am sorry. But I don't love you.'
Suddenly her mind remembered again the painful words spoken from Viraj to her on phone. And her eyes flashed with something which consumed her numb mind once again.

"I don't lo-ve --?"
She slowly muttered under her breath and subconsciously her fists tightened. Her heart ached as it tightened.
"What!?"
Tina suddenly caught her words which were low but audible.
She didn't ask her about the conversation between Viraj and her on the phone but her suspicion was confirmed when suddenly her friend broke out in tears. As she wasn't the girl to cry in front of everyone. She was really good at hiding her pain and suppressing her feelings even in front of the people she was close.
"Nothing."
Saanvi shook her head and turned to look at Tina. A sad apologetic smile formed on her thin lips.
"Tina Can I ask you for a favour again?"
"What nonsense are talking about? There's no favour between us. Just name it ok!"
Tina frowned quickly at her silly friend.
Saanvi nodded satisfied and continued "Can you leave me alone for an.. hour?"
"How can I do that, No. I'm not leaving you. What if something happened to you? Just eat something and take rest."
The girl smiled at her friend's stubborn nature. She definitely cared for her so much. But she needed to do something to divert her attention from that prick man. Because of him she became a fool and came to this foreign country without thinking anything twice and got broken. If Tina wasn't here.. where did she go? Viraj was not even ready to accept her calls now.
"You just said to 'name it'. Can't you help me this once.. "
Tina's expression slightly soften but she was still unwilling to leave her alone after such a heartbreaking encounter with that guy.
"Please.."
She sighed helplessly and gave up looking at Saanvi's sad expressions.
"Okay. Just one hour. If you need anything... Just knock at my door. My room is across the hall." She pointed at her room" and that one is yours from now."
Then she left giving her a last look.
Saanvi quickly walked towards her luggage and pulled it with her inside the room.
Closing the door behind her she pulled opened the locked zipper of her bag and revealed the badly placed clothing inside them.

She was in so hurry and excited to finally meet Viraj after a long distance relationship that she didn't care about the correct method of placing her clothes inside it. She just wanted to become his bride.
After rummaging through the piles of different clothes finally her eyes landed on something with shiny and dark red. It was really beautiful with lots of sparkles covering it's front. One hand was full sleeve while other was bare.
But the only problem was ,it reached her mid thigh and was really short dress.
Her eyes rushed with bloodshot as her hands caressed the soft cloth softly through her fingers.
It was gifted by Viraj when he first time visited India after years. She was so stupid to ignore the changes in his behaviour from the previous warm man she fell for.
But it was partly her parents fault too, to push her beyond her limits by fixing arranged marriage to some unknown man she never met in her whole life. Then how could she marry blindly anyone and then pretend to love him.

Her soft caressness suddenly hardened as she gazed at the dress in disgust. In just few minutes that man has shattered her heart like it was nothing.
' It was when I knew how it felt to be in love in reality'
"What love? Haha.." she laughed bitterely and grabbed the soft dress in her hands and carefully looked around the small room.
Her gaze sharepened as she noticed the full body mirror in front of her.
With determined steps she walked towards the mirror and stood it front of it, holding the cloth in front of her body.
'how can I marry a girl from a poor country.'
"Poor country.. !! "
She blinked her eyes furiously stopping herself from crying anymore.
"Wasn't he also born in same soil as her before coming here and learning few money snatching words. That man thinks he owns the world because he is now living here. HA!"
She scoffed and cleaned her traitor tears with back of her hand.
"I won't leave you this easily Viraj. If my love for you was strong to come here then it is strong enough to pull you down to ground."
She quickly pulled out her phone and starting searching fiercely.

Tina anxiously waited for Saanvi to come out of her room.
An hour? Why did she need one hour? Is she planning to do something stupid?
Her eyes widened in panick.
She was currently outside her door waiting for her to come out. She was so worried for her friend that could not focus on her work and instead decided to wait for her outside in the hall.
She quickly put down her tea as finally after ages the door to her room opened at exactly after one hour.
She was about to say something but stopped in middle as her jaw dropped to the floor in shock.
There was not Saanvi standing but instead of her stood a goddess of beauty in short red dress.
"You---"
She was dumbfounded to look at the beautiful yet bold girl standing in front of her in heavy smoky makeup. The dark shade of light red lipstick completely complimented her red thigh length dress. Her bold dark eyes stared back at her with a new confident aura. Her dark hairs were in loose curls ,bouncing down her shoulder freely as she stood wearing pencil red heels.
It was complete opposite of her shy looking cute friend. How she converted into such a beauty in just one hour.
Her eyes wandered down to her tanned legs which looked more longer due to the heels. If she wasn't straight she would definitely be drooling over her right now.
'It was really that d* loss to lose such a goddess over fake bit*' sigh
She smiled proudly like a mother hen towards her friend and gave her a curious look.
"What are you planning yaar?"
