It was a week after Dylan got a black eye for a day after the crap he pulled with Mi na. The fact that he had a black eye for a day must mean that the girl punched him really hard, so hard that he took a whole day to heal. It was a surprise attack, one that Mi na actually felt bad afterwards and one that made both Cole and I wince and Dylan scream out of shock also out of pain.

Cole calls Mi na, Dylan, some of our strongest, well trained pack members and I in for a meeting. When he mentioned me to come, he didn't even look at me in the eye so it must be something that I won't like.

Dylan and I are seated whilst we wait for everyone to come and either take a seat or stand. When everyone arrived, Cole and Mi na look at each other before sighing.

"Do you know what this is about?"I ask in a whisper to Dylan who is sitting beside me.

"Yup and you are not going to like it"he mumbles back.

Now I was getting nervous and I hate getting nervous. Cole and Mi na haven't spoken yet, they just kept looking at each other than at the floor.

"Look Prince Charming and princess, I left my kids with a 13 year old baby sitter and I would rather get to them so please stop looking at each and tells us what's up"I speak up because I am getting annoyed.

"Okay... um I have found a contract when I was clearing out my office awhile ago."he took a pause which pissed me of to clear his throat.

"It was a signed by my great grandfather and it is something that I can't get out of. It is an agreement that if this pack needs help, we could help them no matter what. I guess you could say we own this pack couple of favours."he continues

"What pack?"I was getting really nervous because if I think what I really think the answer is going to be..Dylan would be right! I won't like it.

"I'm sorry darling but we recently received a letter, their pack needs help to strengthen the pack members. The alpha is really young and according to his father he is ready to get the stick out of his ass and be a good leader but to do that he needs our help to train the new adult generation"

"Cole"I glare at him hating the fact that I have to ask again. "What pack is this?"

"Red wood"he replies softly avoiding my eyes.

"Well I'm not going"I say standing up

"Sit down Charlie"Cole snaps.

I sit back down, glaring at him.

"I need you to come with us. You are a Ace wolf and are one of my best trainer and fighters. If you come, we don't have to stay long. Sam, Tom, Liam and some of the other trainers have to stay here and protect the pack"he answers my unasked question.

"I need you"he says

"Look baby girl."Mi na speaks walking close to me and placing her hands into mine.

"I know you don't want to go. Trust me I don't want to go and help these losers but we have the stupid contract and apparently because I'm the Luna I have to go too."she glares at Cole like it was his fault. "You look completely different because of your blue eyes so I doubt they would even notice you."

"Yes! And you act different too. You are still soft but now your badass side shows more. You don't have to let them know it's you. We would even call you by a different name"Dylan chips in.

"Also you get to see Amy"Cole says.

"Don't remind me"Mi na sulks.

This makes me chuckle, Mi na could be a bit possessive sometimes. She doesn't like her title of best friend being shared but she accepts it.

"Ohh shh. Once you meet Amy, you would probably forget all about me"I say in a chuckle.

"Mark and Samuel will come with us. Samuel is bring his daughter so she will babysit the kids whilst we train"

"Umm I don't understand why Maxine, Mark, Samuel and Sam can't go. They are few of the strongest pack members and the train really well."I say to Cole

"The treaty said at least four of the strongest pack members have to help. Yes the contract probably meant if they were in war with another but it is still valid for this. I asked my father and he said the same thing. Is four are the strongest pack members"

The room was silent for awhile before I broke it with my sigh.

"So when are we leaving?"

I could argue that I'm not technically in the pack but that would be like a slap in the face and would make me the biggest bitch ever to exist. Imagine allow someone to come to your house and you help them, let them stay, give them a room and when they need your help, you tell them to fuck off. That's not me, never would be me. This pack might not be the pack I was born into, but they are my family forever.

I'm a ACE wolf, I can hide my scent, I'm going to be alright. As long as I don't touch Calvin, he would never know it's me.

"Tomorrow"

"TOMORROW"I shout making Dylan wince.

"Tomorrow"Cole said firmly.

"I know it's last minute but the sooner we get there, the sooner we get back"

I stood up, biting my tongue to stop myself from saying something that would bite me in the ass later.

"If there isn't anything else Cole, I'm going back to my kids"

Cole nodded and I didn't even look back before I left the room.

This is going to be terrible. I haven't felt nervous for a long time, haven't been afraid or angry and I liked it like that.

-it's fine, it's fine, it's fine. Maybe if we keep repeating that it will be fine?-

I chuckled at my wolf. Even though she hasn't meet her mate, Calvin's wolf yet, she still hates him. I told her the Calvin's wolf and Calvin are apart of each other but they are different. Calvin's might be amazing. She told me to suck it. Have I told anyone how much I love my wolf?

"This sucks!"Mi na says throwing a pop corn at the Tv.

Mi na and I cuddle under the blanket on the couch watching TV whilst the kids are sleeping and Dylan, Cole, Samuel and Mark have a 'quick' meeting with Calvin and his father.

We arrived earlier today and I have been avoiding everyone and everything thing - successful may I add until Mi na decided that my sulking ass wasn't going ruin our weekly bachelor night.

"It's so clear he loves Lucy why the hell didn't he give her the rose?"she asks.

"Because Lucy is not Tv pretty"I said bitterly. Stupid men. "She's gorgeous, smart, curvy and pretty much wife material but she isn't realty tv worthy even though she's the only one with a personality. She is reserved and doesn't create drama. This is a realty programme, they want drama"

"So he's pretty much choosing fame over the prefect woman"

"Yup"I reply my eyes still on the tv.

"Men are stupid"she mutters.

"You can say that again"I mumble.

"I'm gonna take a walk"I say to Mi na untangling myself from her and standing up.

"Ok be careful"she mumbles not really pay attention to me.

I didn't reply to that. I just put my hoodie on, my tennis shoes and headed out of the temporary house that Mi na, Cole, Dylan, Samuel, Mark, the kids and I are staying at.

As soon as I stepped outside I let out a deep breath. This trip is going to be something to remember. I can feel it. I just don't know whether it's going to be a good one or bad one.

Chuckling softly I reply "Yh sure"

As soon as I shifted, snowy lets out a howl which makes me chuckle.

She starts to run feeling the breeze. The sun has set so it a bit dark but with my wolf vision I am able to see.

You know I need to stop sulking. I agreed to do this. I have to do this. This pack was hell for me for 6 years before that it was okay because I had people who loved me. I had a father and brother who were my best friend. I don't necessarily care about this pack but my son is going to be the Alpha in the future if he decides to meet his father so I should help the pack meet their standards.

Red wood is one of the strongest packs to ever exist. The new generation need to be trained well so they can continue being he strongest.

I'm glad Calvin finally started to realise that he has to stand up and be the alpha he needs to be.

My thinking progress was put on halt when I hear a cry of pain and some growls.

I sniff the air so I can estimate how many people are there and involved. My heart stops when I recognise one of the scent. I chase the scent and as I got closer and closer the cries got louder and louder.

I stop to see what's there. It is one on one and the one person I know was is losing because they weren't even trying. It was like they wanted to get killed. They could easily beat the crap out of that person, so why was he just letting the rogue hit him?

Why was Tom trying to get killed?
