I put my head into my hands over the note. 

"You sure you're not hungry Star?....Star! Everything ok?" I heard Amy ask.

"Yeah I'm fine." I said lifting my head.

"You sure?"

"Yeah. Just tired." I said putting the note up.

"Lash Stress?" Ashley asked sitting down.

I looked down and nodded my head.

"Star just forget about that jerk!" Ashley yelled. 

"Ashley!...here Star take my pudding." Amy said handing me here chocolate pudding.

"Thanks." I said taking it. 

I wasn't planning on eating but between everything that happened and the twins convincing me I ate the pudding. The whole time the twins were still arguing about what Ashley said to me and everything between me and Lash.

I finished the pudding and got up to throw it away. I made my way through the freshmen trying to find a place to sit and made it to the trashcan. As I threw my trash away I heard a familar voice.

"Hey Mary." I turned to see Lash standing right behind me.

"I wanted to know if you read my note?" he asked with such a sweet tone.

"Yes..I did read it." I said looking down.

"You know I mean all of it right?" he asked stepping closer.

"Lash can we just not talk about this now?" I said starting walk past him but he grabbed my wrist...softly this time.

"Mary please..wait...If I promise to start changing my ways then will you promise me that we can talk about it and that you will forgive me for everything?" he asked looking at me with a sad and fearful look in his eyes.

"If you promise to change and actually keep that promise then we can talk...And I do forgive you, truth is...I miss you too, but I don't want to go through another heartbreak." I told him.

"I know and I'll make sure that doesn't happened again...so can we talk tonight?" he asked with a sweet smile.

"Maybe." I said smiling back at him.

His smiled widened and he let go of my wrist. I turned and started to walk back to my table when I heard his voice again.

"Hey Mary. Wait I wanna tell you one more thing." he said grabbing my wrist again.

"Yes?" I asked turning towards him.

"Thanks." he softly whispered into my ear then kissed my cheek.

He smiled and let go then he headed back to the hallway. I tried to hide my smile but I couldn't. I looked to see if any one had seen what just happened and it didn't seem like it...which was good. I hid my smile the best that I could as I walked back to my table.

"Hey look who finally made it back! What took you so long? Did you get lost finding the trash can?" Ashley asked as I sat down.

"Uh no I went to bathroom." I lied, still trying to hide the smile from how sweet Lash was just now.

I got my IPod out and listened to music to block out all the noise and the arguing between the twins and to avoid any questions that I didn't want to answer. However the music couldn't keep me away from my own thoughts. I was now actually a little anxious to get to my last class to see Lash again.

Lunch was over and I kept my music in and walked to my next class until Amy caught up to me.

"Star?" Amy said pushing me to get my attention.

"Oh hey Amy." I said taken my headphones out.

"Everything ok?"

"After Everything that happened today? What do you think?" I asked her.

"You're right. Sorry don't know why I even asked." 

"I just want this day to be over." I said putting my Ipod up and trying to hide the smile that was starting to form just thinking of talking to Lash tonight.

"Same here...well maybe Stealth Practice will get your mind off of everything...even thought you are already an expert in stealth...I mean you are a pro when it comes to sneaking Lash into your bedroom." 

"I hate you soo much right now!" I said walking into class and dropping my books onto my desk.

"What? I didn't say that out loud! I thought it so no one could hear...you should be proud of me." she said following me. 

"I know and I am...but I still hate you for thinking that." I said slamming my head on my desk.

"She ok?" Austin asked.

"Yeah just being a drama queen." Amy answered.

"Ok class is everyone ready to start class today?" Mrs. Disappear asked.

"I'm ready to go home and die before I kill Amy for her stupid thoughts." I mumbled into the table.

"Oh stop complaning and lets get this class started and over with." Amy said pushing me lightly.
